Be careful when using drive through, there is always something missing or wrong with the order. Today I ordered a Big Mac with No Pickles and the young person put it down as no Big Mac Bun!!! Honestly if pickles sounded similar to Bun I could understand…!

McDonald Forrestfield, Perth Australia Consistently Inaccurate Orders - Disappointing Drive-Through Experience I recently visited the McDonald's drive-through in Forrestfield and unfortunately, it was yet another frustrating experience with my order. I specifically requested a double Big Mac, but I received a regular Big Mac instead. This is not the first time that my order has been incorrect, and it's becoming quite a disappointment. In my previous visits, I have received incorrect items or missing items, which is not what I expect from a well-established fast-food chain like McDonald's.They always get my Grilled wraps mixed up with crispy ones which doesn’t taste as good and I always have to throw them. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when they occur on a regular basis, it becomes a serious problem that needs to be addressed. Not only does it waste my time and money, but it also leaves me feeling dissatisfied with my dining experience. I visit McDonald's because I enjoy their menu, but the recurring errors have made me question whether it's worth the hassle. I urge the management of this particular McDonald's location in Forrestfield to take this issue seriously and implement measures to ensure the accuracy of orders. It's essential to invest in training the staff to pay closer attention to customer requests and to double-check orders before handing them out. A system of checks and balances could go a long way in preventing these repeated mistakes. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that necessary steps will be taken to improve the overall service quality. As a loyal customer, I believe in giving second chances, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to justify continuing to visit this location when my orders are frequently incorrect. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made, and future customers will not have to endure the frustration and disappointment that I have experienced.

After repeating my order because it was wrong I got attitude from the girl working at the cashier window(8.24pm 7/7/2023), order was incorrect a 2nd time as I got only half my order. Chips were cold and past their throw out time, nuggets were cold and not fresh, drink lids weren’t on properly and made a mess in the car. Didn’t get the sauces I ordered for either. The double quarter pounder was good however.

Ordered nearly a $100 of food for kids birthday lunch 5 happy meals plus. Delivered all shoved in a bag missing items cold food no help from staff in store. Thanks for ruining a birthday lunch

Hi I am very disappointed in what I got for my order. I ordered a cheeseburger medium meal, 3 nuggets, hash brown, apple pie, and a kids cheeseburger happy meal. The chips were cold and stale, I didn’t receive one of the burgers that I ordered and the nuggets were also very cold. I’m not impressed and I hope you guys upgrade your knowledge on how to pack an order and get everything right. It also took more than 30 minutes to be ready and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to come, not knowing that the food would be cold, stale and food missing. I won’t be buying from Forrest Field MacDonald’s again. 👎🏼

The worst maccas location ever. Got a large meal. Burger was cold. 'Large' fries were less than half filled, luke warm and soggy. This is totally normal at this outlet. Too late to do anything about it by the time you get home. So along with my gross cold 'meal' i also got a side of furious anger. Thanks maccas for another awesome experience, you guy REALLY suck... lift your game.

do not go here early in the morning if you want fries. they'll serve you with old stale fries. they couldnt be bothered to cook fresh chips if its not peak time

This is the most dirtiest McDonalds I have ever experienced. The toilet was atrocious. Skid marks all over the bowl and rim, toilet paper on the ground, and the hand basic was filthy! Even had mould on the bottom of the hand basin, which makes me wonder, "When was it last cleaned?" Pick up your game management!

GORGEOUS PLACE, GORGOUS FOOD! I came here for my wedding, the food was wonderful, it was quick and cheap! My whole guest list of 347 all had food in no time, I 10/10 recommend, will be coming back soon 😗😚😛😘🙃😎😝😏😉☺️

Some staff are friendly, watching the Interactions between staff and delivery drivers could do with an upgrade, I was there one night and the manager tells a driver they were only allowed McDonald's orders and wasn't allowed to have any other orders at the same time, staff tried to tell manager that it's allowed but she just ignored them. Finding out she's from high Wycombe. I don't think I would go to McDonald's with her working at any of the McDonald's as she spoke as if she was above the driver and the workers who tried to inform her that.

I swear each time I come to this McDonalds the experience gets worse every time. Your cafe staff need better training! Ordered an Iced Chai Latte and first sip it tasted off. So handed it back to the worker and he returns with another and it’s basically just milk. Get home and empty it out and all the Chai is stuck to the bottle of the cup…. Probably the same cafe worker that gave my kids COFFEE in their babychino! Not to mention the amount of times I’ve been given frozen banana bread in the morning! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I arrived at 9.15 am this morning and ordered hash browns and banana bread. I said don't you have a deal on the hashbrowns and they said no. Even asked the manager. I said cancel my order. We then went into the store. They still said they don't have that deal and it would be on the app. I said you have a sign out the front that has a loose change menu and they still said it would be on the app. I checked again and said yes it's 10.30am it starts but it's not on the app

what wasn't amazing was just how bloody rude the servers were. My mum ordered three ice cream cones along with our dinner and when we got to the window to get our food there were the icecreams... sitting there dripping away. When it came to the sever giving my mum the ice cream cones my mum refused them and said she would like a fresh set of icecream cones the lady then took the icecream cones and asked one of her co-workers to make fresh ones in which we can hear her respond with "why?" and the sever then explained why in which resulted in several other staff members mouthing off and one in particular saying loudly "what!?" In disbelief, even after realising that we were in ear shot they moved out of eyeview and continued to mouth off. Seriously if you don't want to remake ice cream cones then make them when we get to the window and/or before we get out food. Thankyou
