The best Gym in Forster by a mile! Quality equipment and friendly staff make this the go to gym in the area. We're up here from Sydney every couple of months and it's the only Gym fully equipped to get a proper workout in! 🙌😎💪

Great staff. Everyone is very friendly. Very person centred. Apo and Sam really care. Classes are great no matter your ability. I have just started Zumba and it is also great exercise and lots of fun.

Honestly one of the most inspirational environments to train in. Colour scheme and layout is on point and doesn’t feel like you’re cramped up against others and equipment. 24/7 access is a viibe within itself. Amazing sound system and taste of music. Caters for all. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Isabella especially, nothing but big smiles and high vibrations.
