Weird. Government website says they'd take 'Stay' vouchers, so chose to book with them. Added a note as couldn't reach office (late in day). On arrival, lady at desk says "fine, download vouchers and we'll sort it". We booked a day trip thinking we'd saved some $. Next lady, "No sorry, it'll muck up my booking system".. then "you have booked thru a 3rd party". Went back to show the direct booking. "I can't refund - I don't have your card details", (I'd booked with them). Then, "you can get a credit". She had every opportunity to adjust but chose not to. Says, "Nothing I can do" and kept on working, ignoring me. Honestly thought she was sorting it but then told me she was closing the office and I'd have to go. So odd. We'd have gone again happily but this just didn't seem like an ethical use of tax payer dollars. Nice spot though.

A real hidden gem in a great location within walking distance of everything. The self contained villas surround the heated pool, tennis court and play area, making it ideal for families. The complimentary ice cold water and tea and coffee on arrival was greatly appreciated. It is so well maintained and has a lovely coastal vibe. Will definitely be going back for many years to come.

We always stay here when we come to Forster for our annual holiday. Location is so close to shops, beach, wharf, river and islands. Management are always very kind and helpful. Clean and modern rooms, suitable for couples and families. Pool, BBQs, Tennis Court, Jumping Pillow and small playground. Easy drives to nature walks and photographic places.

Iโ€™ve given this place 5 stars because I couldnโ€™t find a thing wrong here , from the lovely manicured gardens down to the seaside decor in the cabins everything was great. The management were always there when you needed them and they even made sure there was a jug of cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The location is perfect itโ€™s walking distance to everything from shops , lakes and clubs for dinner. Come to think of it maybe I should have kept all this to myself so people donโ€™t book the place out for when I return .

A whole bunch of us stay here every June long weekend to play snooker, about 15 of us. Been coming back year after year and I tell you what, this place is friendly, clean and welcoming. With a half tennis court, kids obstacle play yard ne t to it and clean BBQs with plenty of seating. Can't fault at all.

The village is quite small but when you get a good group staying at the same time in the villas it's a pleasant stay. The play areas outside is suitable for kids of all ages, the pool and tennis court are both well looked after also (though I question if the pool is really heated). We've stayed a few times in the 3 bedroom villas. There a few upkeep issues in the place but overall the villas are comfortable and feel homely. The location is a short pleasant walk to the foreshore and centre of Forster and to the bowling club.

Loved our last stay in the village. It's been taken over by another company. It won't be the same.

Outstanding holiday accommodation for anyone visiting Forster. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious and ideal for couples and fanilies. The facilities are great. A good sized pool, tennis court, trampoline and two basketball rings. All equipment provided. A play area for children is also available. 4 super clean and modern gas BBQ areas are also available. Great location and close to Forster Main Beach and other tourist locations. Owners are outstanding and super welcoming and accommodating.

Great family holiday stay. Cabins are very clean and the village is close to all the amenities. Great if you want to get away from the hustle from a big park while still having a wonderful time. Staff are very friendly and the place is maintained to high standards. Definitely recommend.

Second visit here and I stayed in unit 1 which had recently been updated to make it disability friendly. Having suffered a stroke that left me with mobility issues, the unit was great. Easy walk up the ramp from the parking spot. Easy access to the bathroom from the living area and bedrooms. Plenty of seating in the shower, grab handles and rails in the bathroom. They even have a bed with controls to make it easier to get in and out of bed. Having the made the weekend so much more enjoyable, if you have mobility issues and require a wheel chair or scooter to get around I can highly recommend Forster Holiday Village and the specially setup unit one.

First time down this way to play bowls with ex Navy personal at Forster. There mini houses with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, lounge and 1 carport. Walking distance to the bowls club where the staff look after your needs. Will be there next year for sure.
