You
would
get
better
service
from
an
inanimate
piece
of
wood
than
you
would
at
the
Rice
King.
In
fact
as
I
was
ordering,
I
felt
like
I
was
talking
to
an
inanimate
piece
of
wood.
So...let's
break
this
down:
Food
(1/5):
I
mean...Chinese
fast
food
in
the
United
States....so
we
are
not
talking
the
best
of
the
best
here.
However,
coming
from
Japan,
I
had
a
hankering
for
some
Asian
flavored
food...or
at
the
very
least
an
American
version
of
Asian
flavored
food.
I
ordered
the
General
Tso's
Chicken...which
in
no
way
shape
or
form
is
from
China.
Now...I
have
eaten
MRE's
out
in
the
field...I
have
eaten
Spaghetti-O's
straight
out
the
can...so
I
am
not
picky.
However....your
food
should
break
apart
when
pierced
by
human
teeth.
I
almost
needed
to
go
to
the
dentist
after
trying
to
bit
through
this....chicken....which
was
served
cold.
The
rice....well
geez...if
the
rice
were
king,
there
would
need
to
be
a
revolt
to
overthrow
the
monarchy.
I
ordered
a
soft
drink...all
of
the
drinks'
solution
had
run
out
or
was
close
to
it...so
I
had
a
very
watery
Mountain
Dew...kind
of
more
like
just
dew.
Cleanliness
(1/5)
Again...I
have
eaten
out
in
the
field,
used
the
same
plastic
fork
for
three
meals...which
I
kept
in
my
pocket
for
safekeeping.
I
think
the
rat
from
Ratatouille
worked
there
and
invited
his
friends
for
after
hours
parties.
Service
(1/5)
Ah...the
piece
de
resistance...service.
Living
on
a
military
base,
I
do
expect
a
certain
level
of
service.
It's
not
that
I
think
that
military
members
are
due
more
respect,
but
I
think
there
is
a
sense
of
service
that
is
infilled
on
the
bases
I
have
served.
The
woman
who
worked
at
this
place
looked
annoyed
that
I
came
in.
She
picked
up
the
chicken
to
serve
me...and
dropped
it
in
one
of
the
other
containers....she
then
picks
it
out
and
puts
it
on
the
tray
to
be
served.
Besides
this,
she
got
my
order
wrong
and
look
irritated
when
I
asked
her
for
forks.
And
I
really
really
think
somebody
needs
to
check
in
with
her....she
didn't
look
happy.
Like
I
get
not
liking
your
job,
but
I
think
we
might
need
to
see
if
she
is
ok
and
if
she
really
need
to
talk
to
someone.
So
overall....cannot
recommend
the
Fort
Belvoir
Rice
King.
For
a
restaurant
that
depends
on
a
contract
with
the
US
government,
I
think
they
ought
to
step
up
their
game.
