I went there just for my annual general scaling. They took X-rays of me, claimed my insurance after the inspection, and then refused to clean my teeth. The rationale was that I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning. After the cost of deep cleaning is half of the insurance cover, I still have to pay more than 1700$ out of pocket. They just looked at my teeth, took x-rays, and my insurance paid for it, but they kept sending me extra bills in the mail. That wasn't the first time I had my teeth cleaned. My insurance can cover two regular dental cleanings per year. It was my first teeth cleaning last year when I went to your office. My insurance information was given to you in advance when making the appointment. I also confirmed with your front desk before taking the X-ray film that day, and I don't need to pay any fees for this dental cleaning. However, you not only refused to clean my teeth, but also wanted to charge more.

I had to find a new dental office because my old one doesn’t take Medicare patients. I am very impressed with this practice! Friendly and efficient front desk. The dental assistant was kind and gentle. Dr. Ike was thorough and completed all my fillings on the spot; no need to make another appointment to get them done! I’m very happy I found Ideal Dental Falcon Landing.

If I could give this place ten stars, I would! The dentists are very kind and explain everything they do and have an excellent bedside manner. And the staff is top-notch. I was freaking out if I decided on the right shade for a tooth replacement, and they were so helpful and sweet and were very patient with me. I am very happy with my decision in choosing Ideal Dental of Falcon Landing, and you will be happy you chose them too!

They were able to get me in the same day for a broken tooth and wasn’t even a patient. Dr Nworah provided excellent service, was extremely professional and kind. Can not recommend enough. You will be very well cared for at this practice.

I was not pleased this morning. It took 1/2 hour to do some fancy X-rays. Everything was not working properly. It was the first appointment of the morning it would make sense to ensure the equipment is functioning properly prior to beginning to see patients. They consistently try to up sell the fluoride thing. Just give me the basic x-rays with the basic cleaning and let me be on my way.

The wait time was very fast and everyone was very friendly. The dentist was very well verse and talked about my oral issues with me and explained the entire process. The front desk was very nice and explained to me the pricing with my insurance. 10/10 would go again since I’m going again to get my fillings next week.
