    Love this Starbucks! Always great service and smiles from the baristas. Lots of seating inside and out. Ample parking that’s handicap accessible. Fresh bites available to include gluten free options. They also have a range of branded products to include cups and mugs. Starbucks coffee by the bag. Texas branded items too. Free wifi, comfortable seating so you can take work or studies on the road while you enjoy a bite and some coffee. Located adjacent to the HEB.

    Location is convenient! Consistency is key!! Every time I come here I just hope my order is correct. Sometimes if it’s not busy, I can go back through and get them to correct it but on days when it’s busy you’re just hit. Very rarely is my order correct. And my order is not that complicated I do it through the app so it’s extremely precise and easy for them hopefully and without errors ordering over speaker. It’s just a cappuccino with white chocolate syrup but the thing is I’m not really a coffee drinker so I don’t like it super bitter and so I’ve had more times than not. I’ve had to throw it out because it was so bitter they just don’t pay attention or whoever maybe different baristas make it different But the sweetness is never the same. 30 min in line today just to throw it out. (Holiday business I’m suspecting but they are always short staffed. Management: do better

    This Starbucks is lacking customer service and ensuring accuracy of orders, compared to any other stand alone location I’ve frequented. I had 3 separate orders and upon entering the store, the barista never asked my name while I stood waiting at the mobile order counter for approx. 7 minutes for 2 of my 3 drinks. It wasn’t until the young man asked for my name was I informed as to the status of my bakery items. Shortly thereafter, the young lady working the drive through recognized that one of my drinks was sitting at the drive through counter vs mobile pickup. When the barista finally finished my 3rd drink she just stood there looking like she didn’t know what to do next. She then proceeded to walk to the drive thru vs mobile pickup counter, until the young man told her the drink was mine. Happy to get my drink, I opened the lid to see it was filled with foam, which my order (see pics) clearly stated ’No’ Foam. I was so tired of waiting at this point that it wasn’t worth it to have her attempt to make another one. I’ve had other order issues at this location before but thought they were one offs. At this point it is clearly a training issue. Management at this location really needs to look at the low reviews and adjust the training accordingly to ensure accurate orders in a timely manner. Needless to say, l will never return to this location again. Make sure you check your order before you leave this location!

    So I ordered a venti flat white with oat milk… and I got something completely different. Granted, I don’t care if it’s a different coffee because I love all types, but I’m not sure why I didn’t get the full venti size? My 6$ coffee should be the size I want- it’s as if they poured coffee in there and then took some out ? Definitely make sure you check what you’re getting from here before walking out

    Open on Christmas Day! What a blessing! I ordered 2 carafes for Christmas breakfast, they had them ready in good time. Friendly service, even though they had to work on Christmas.

    Terrible taste and service during non peak hours. I ordered a Green Team Matcha with light ice and got just water and ice in return. No taste of Match at all. Also orderred Hot Chocolate with it , but missed the order and explanation given was she wasn’t looking at the screen. Had to redo it. I am a regular here as I live close by - and have seen the quality of the coffee’s go down significantly over time. I would highly prefer the one across the street inside Target.

    I placed an order via the app while in the store and somehow the order went to another store. When hearing this, Andrew replaced my order right away with a smile and even got my attention to say that my order was ready. What awesome customer service!!

    Watered down drinks! I’m so over this Starbucks location. Starbucks is a well established chain. I’ve been to so many of them across the country and rarely have had an issue. And naturally, because it’s a chain, you should expect the consistent flavor at all of them. My standard drinks are a chai latte, and my winter favorites creme brulee and chestnut praline latte. At this location, for my Chai lattes stats I’ve had two weak ones, questioned if I was going crazy, had one normal one, another weak one (literally mostly milk/water), and my 5th attempt, I said “hey can you make sure to follow the recipe? This is the only location I’ve been too where I don’t taste the chai at all.” They asked if I wanted to pay for “extra pump” and I tried to explain the situation and person still kept saying only option was to pay for another pump. So I was frustrated and said fine. Then it was wayyyy over flavored. At this point I decide I’m never ordering a chai latte from here— I stopped going for a while. It’s now winter so let me try the chestnut praline latte from this location and see if I’m having the same issue. Keep in mind I’ve had two of these at two different airports last weekend in two different state and they tasted normal and delicious. So I set off to test the chestnut praline at this location. To my disappointment, it was incredibly watered down. I got a venti and it’s like they took a grande latte and just added a lot more milk or even water. I pass by 4 independent Starbucks (I.e. not one that is in a target etc) on my way to work; I was going to this one because it’s the first one and drive thru is fast but I will no longer be going to this location. Corporate Starbucks— please come to this location and check it out for yourself. The times I went were weekdays and were between 6-8:30am

    I went there to buy three lattes for my friends, but upon checking, I realized they were only filled halfway. I was completely disappointed, and it has left me with no intention of returning. Don't waste your time and regret going there!

    THIS LOCATION IS SUCK. They need to change the LEADER OF THE TEAM CUZ THE INTIRE TEAM IS WRONG. They always make bad coffee no matter what time of the day or whenever and very RUDE .I have been a loyal customer of Starbuck of over 20 years and every day pretty much going there and no location is bad like this one I go to HEB right there a few times a week but I have to go to the different STARBUCK to get my daily coffee after hundreds times trying at this location.
