This
Starbucks
is
lacking
customer
service
and
ensuring
accuracy
of
orders,
compared
to
any
other
stand
alone
location
I’ve
frequented.
I
had
3
separate
orders
and
upon
entering
the
store,
the
barista
never
asked
my
name
while
I
stood
waiting
at
the
mobile
order
counter
for
approx.
7
minutes
for
2
of
my
3
drinks.
It
wasn’t
until
the
young
man
asked
for
my
name
was
I
informed
as
to
the
status
of
my
bakery
items.
Shortly
thereafter,
the
young
lady
working
the
drive
through
recognized
that
one
of
my
drinks
was
sitting
at
the
drive
through
counter
vs
mobile
pickup.
When
the
barista
finally
finished
my
3rd
drink
she
just
stood
there
looking
like
she
didn’t
know
what
to
do
next.
She
then
proceeded
to
walk
to
the
drive
thru
vs
mobile
pickup
counter,
until
the
young
man
told
her
the
drink
was
mine.
Happy
to
get
my
drink,
I
opened
the
lid
to
see
it
was
filled
with
foam,
which
my
order
(see
pics)
clearly
stated
’No’
Foam.
I
was
so
tired
of
waiting
at
this
point
that
it
wasn’t
worth
it
to
have
her
attempt
to
make
another
one.
I’ve
had
other
order
issues
at
this
location
before
but
thought
they
were
one
offs.
At
this
point
it
is
clearly
a
training
issue.
Management
at
this
location
really
needs
to
look
at
the
low
reviews
and
adjust
the
training
accordingly
to
ensure
accurate
orders
in
a
timely
manner.
Needless
to
say,
l
will
never
return
to
this
location
again.
Make
sure
you
check
your
order
before
you
leave
this
location!
