Every 2 months they have to shut the water down for repairs. It's getting ridiculous. Prices are increasing due to granite countertops. The AC units are aging. Could of spent the money on better AC units. Ever since the new management came in the priorities are just off.

My wife and I moved here at the beginning of August and we want to say we love it here. The management is really on top of keeping the property nice, clean, and safe. If there’s an issue they seem to be taking the necessary steps to fix it. Keep running a tight ship, it’s really appreciated. They communicate regularly and maintenance is knowledgeable and quick. They are constantly promoting the community aspect with events. Looking forward to staying here.

Jordan was an extraordinary help with getting more information on the apartments. She took us on a tour of the apartments and made sure we were aware of everything they had to offer! I’m very pleased with my experience.

These apartments are beautiful spacious and very modern, the complex is peaceful and safe,, the maintenance department always taking care of any problems almost the same day and the management office staff is friendly and very helpful with everything you need Jordan and Lauren are incredible. First and foremost, this apartment complex two years ago was SAFE. I could sleep fine in my unit not concerned about my vehicles. However, ever since the property changed management, there has been COUNTLESS times that the front gate is broken. Specifically on the left side. It is ridiculous. Therefore, guess what happens? Criminals come in and steal your precious hard earned tires straight from your car. Break into your vehicles only to wake up to the rude awakening that you are that person that this unfortunate event has happened too. I reported it to the apartment asap, but have they gotten back to me? Nope. It is now Tuesday, my tires were stolen on Friday morning! No call has been returned to me. No footage of the criminals leaving has been shown to me. Apparently the only camera that this apartment complex has is ONE and where is it might you ask? At the front where you can barely see anything through the camera. On another note, no email was sent to our community to inform these well paying customers about this incident!!! And to put the cherry on top, tow trucks do have access to come deep in the night to tow our vehicles if they aren’t registered. That they do know how to take care of. Oh and valet trash? They come around maybe once or twice a week. I pay for Sunday through Thursday evenings for valet trash to come pick up the trash just like everyone else. Just like the contract says. I am upset. It is unfortunate that at night I cannot sleep soundly anymore due to the lack of security this apartment complex provides. Don’t live here. Find something better where safety is a priority.

This place really turned into a dump the last two years. Notice how most of the positive reviews are from new tenants and not from existing residents… Exclusive contract with ATT, capped at 75 mbps, in 2024… come on. Also some units need gas for heat, a little antiquated but fine. Rude front office who are always bothered by having to help existing residents. Absurdly high levels of car break-ins considering the small community. They love towing their own residents or guests deep at night, being registered as a visitor won’t always save you. But they can’t stop break-ins at night? 🤔 Theres like half-a-dozen complexes within 10 miles that either have better QOL or rates. They should change management again as they often do, maybe that’ll fix it 🤷 Maintenance is good at 1-2 days, though is standard. Glad I got out

Me and my girlfriend went to look at the apartment complex and it was very nice and we were welcomed with open arms! Nice units!!

I completed my move in with Ciboney and I have to say she is amazing. From start to finish of the application process she communicated in a timely manner and made my transition much smoother. She made sure everything was in tip top shape for my move in and also provided much needed pointers. I did not tour the property before starting the application process & now that I have moved in there is no regrets. Apartment is spacious, clean & UPGRADED and the property is well kept. I will definitely recommend this property to friends of mine taking a leap like I did and moving to Houston.

My family has been here since July. We were nervous at first about living in an apartment again but we’re glad we chose this place. Not only is the staff very personable and friendly, the upgrades that come standard are top notch. My kids love the popcorn Fridays and popsicles by the pool every week. They also started this new free Fitness Thursdays where they do fitness classes!!!
