It
almost
requires
two
reviews.
Different
areas
require
different
responses.
I'll
start
with
the
wonderful.
The
actual
ER
is
filled
with
doctors
and
nurses
who
are
kind,
considerate
and
efficient.
I
was
extremely
impressed
with
the
actual
care
I
received.
I
can't
express
enough
how
awesome
they
were.
The
check-in
and
security
however,
that's
a
whole
different
story.
Walking
in,
you
reach
a
security
checkpoint
with
a
detector
and
guard.
As
you're
standing
there
in
pain,
the
guard
takes
his
sweet
time
going
through
your
purse.
No
sense
of
urgency
for
your
discomfort.
Then
moving
on
to
the
check
in
lady.
She
demands
your
social
security
number
be
said
aloud.
When
you
question
the
safety
of
this,
she
gets
snarky.
She
tells
you
there
is
no
one
in
earshot,
when
in
actuality
there
is
someone
sitting
a
few
feet
to
your
left
and
someone
behind
you.
To
even
imply
that
this
is
safe
is
completely
naive
and
ridiculous!
The
fact
that
this
area
isn't
even
remotely
safe
is
proven
by
the
need
of
being
searched
before
I
can
enter
and
is
compounded
by
the
fact
that
upon
leaving,
my
truck
was
stolen
right
in
front
of
the
security
office
where
seven
guards
were
sitting
and
doing
nothing!
My
husband
parked
right
in
front
of
the
security
office
to
pick
me
up
and
walked
in
and
58
seconds
later,
our
truck
was
stolen
with
our
dog
in
it.
I
went
to
the
security
desk
to
ask
if
they
checked
video
or
if
one
of
the
multiple
guards
in
the
office
did
because
my
truck
was
stolen
with
my
dog
in
it.
The
guard
looked
at
me
like
I
had
three
heads!
They
tapped
the
office
window
and
a
guard
came
out
and
when
I
told
her,
she
looked
at
me
the
same
way!
She
went
back
in
and
found
the
video
and
then
helped
and
was
great
from
that
point.
We
called
the
police
and
they
put
out
a
bolo
and
the
guard
gave
them
the
footage.
After
the
police
left,
I
was
working
on
getting
transportation
when
the
same
guard
came
out
with
a
man
who
might
have
been
their
boss?
He
was
out
of
uniform
and
only
wore
a
badge.
They
wanted
to
know
what
my
plan
was.
Am
I
getting
a
ride?
I
explained
that
I
was
on
the
phone
working
on
it.
They
made
me
feel
as
if
I
should
just
move
along!
Finally
someone
from
the
ER,
Maggie
came
out
and
offered
a
Lyft
for
us.
She
said
it
was
the
least
they
could
do.
She
was
kind
and
caring.
I
leave
you
with
this...
How
is
it
safe
to
broadcast
your
social
in
public?
Why
is
going
through
my
purse
more
important
than
my
pain
I
want
to
be
seen
for?
How
in
the
world
does
a
big
red
truck
get
stolen
in
FRONT
of
a
SECURITY
OFFICE
WINDOW????
The
departments
surrounding
the
ER
are
extremely
problematic,
but
the
ER
itself
is
amazing.
The
only
reason
I
gave
a
two
is
for
the
care
of
the
actual
ER.
The
rest
is
a
joke
and
risk
of
safety.
