I'd heard about Cava for a while and had just never gotten around to it. Now I've gone twice in the past couple weeks. Friendly staff, delicious food. Quick service. If you need some fast Mediterranean food, this is the place to go.

Bring a sweatshirt if you plan to sit inside. AC was very cold. Great food, our group comes here for lunch quite often. I see reviews mention small portions, I asked for double meat (chicken) and received no less than 4 scoops. It was so much food i will be taking some home. Total charge under 12$.

Delicious! Have eaten here twice now, once during the lunch rush and once during a down period where no one else was in the restaurant. It was spot-on both times. Manager seems super friendly, helpful, and competent. Service was excellent. It was quite loud inside due to the amount of open space and hard surfaces but not everyone will be bothered by that. I got my food to-go.

The food here is great. Everything is fresh and full of flavors. Service can be hit of miss. If you happen to be there during the afternoon shift change, good luck. Otherwise good place to eat. Dinning room could stand to be cleaned more often for the amount of people who go there.

update: The food was good and healthy. there was some hard bits that I had to spit out. I was concerned if there was a lot of oil used. I had never been there and the kids that were working there did not greet me when I came in. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to start ordering. I did appreciate the high fiber choices and it was very tasty.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place deserves one. Great, healthy food for a very reasonable price. Lots of options to build your bowl/salad/pita wrap. Keep it up, Cava. You’re doing everything right.

Delicious, authentic, adventurous, Mediterranean flavors clean kitchen patient staff. They also have their own line of sodas and drinks they are delicious try them all. And just when you think it can't get better the portion sizes they give you make this place cheaper than mcdonalds

Very good food and friendly staff. Good portions even though a little more expensive for fast casual. Good value. Food is healthier than many other options. One of the only places you can get lamb, and I would definitely recommend it if you like lamb or want to try something new.
