Average at best. As stated by multiple others, this location is awful at adding things to the order that we are charged for (extra cheese, onions, etc). Also seems to be one of the slower McDonald's as well. Definitely been in worse but I've also visited much better location. This last visit went smoothly, but I did verbally ask for the them to follow the extra cheese, extra onions, etc requests after ordering on the kiosk.

Nope nope nope. They can't read. Like they can't read English. They give you honey mustard for honey. They can't even get any kind of substitutions correct don't even hold your breath. Poor tall guy and the supervisor that was literally just shaking her head the whole time were the only ones giving a damn. F this S in the A. Tell em to goto steamboat they probably have family there they can stay with....

It's McDonald's. You go here if you don't mind a stomach hurting because it's cheap, if you're lucky the fries are fresh and that's the only way anything tastes good. Giving the service 3 stars because it's not their fault it's McDonald's. Though, tbh, 3 star service is pretty damn generous. If you care about health or you want something that tastes very good this is the last place you should go. That app is clutch for a quick cheaper than average meal if you don't care about your body though. Or if you're young and nothing has big effects yet.

Very nice place, restrooms were clean. Manager brought the food out to me while I was filling my drink. Fast service. Good food. Smiles on their faces. They got my order correct. I had just enough sauces. Plenty of napkins. Chicken nuggets were perfectly cooked. French fries exceeded my expectations. Who knew McDonald’s would put a smile on my face today? Thank you. When are you bringing Pokémon back? Haha

I lived in North Fort Collins for a little over three years. I have been to this location more times than I can easily count of all my fingers and toes. With that being said, this store is one of the most consistent McDonald's I've been to over the past 5 years or so. With great service and top quality food, this store is worth eating from anytime of day. I've gotten delivery, take-out and have dinned in at this store. The food quality does not change. The employee on the other hand I feel fall short of great customer service. There have been plenty of times where I have needed support from a manager or associate and waited until I had to flag someone down. The services I received is always warm and friendly though. The atmosphere is also something to be noted. The store is in the heart of CSU so as you can imagine, there is a lot of foot traffic in and around the store. Love this place and its always my go to if there isn't another location near by.

First of all the food was cold. Second of all I was missing food. I was missing a fudge sundae, an apple pie AND! I ordered a LARGE.. caramel frappe. I was given a MEDIUM! They need to check their bags better..

Every time I order from here they never get the order correct. I’m sorry but how hard is it to make sure everything is there. You have a receipt that tells you what the order is. I have worked at McDonald’s before and never had this issue. This is just people being lazy and not caring. I didn’t spend 42$ to not get what I ordered.

The dine in is my favorite because we get to converse with Mr.Robert. The food is always fresh and they are fast!

This is the best mcdonald's I've ever been to. The food was fresh and tasted great. The service was great. Even the soda was crisp. This store should be the training facility for all of McDonald's. Good job to all that work here.
