I had a lovely experience here. All three people that served me were very nice. I believe Matthew and Jake helped make my bowl, and Ari checked me out for my order. All very hard workers but very friendly.

I eat here about once a week. The staff are always really nice, the dining area is always clean, and the food is great! Jessica, who I believe is the manager there, is awesome! She always greets me when I come in and is super friendly! I honestly prefer this Qdoba over the one closer to my house because of the great customer service I receive here.

This is honestly my favorite sport to stop at for a bite to eat. The whole staff morning to close is always welcoming and are always so sweet. The manager Jess is so funny and hard working and runs a good location. Jacob always makes it fun and takes great care of you and make sure you get something good to eat.

It was very clean and comfortable, and the people were very friendly. They offered me a bowl of water for my dog before I even asked. Their cookies taste fresh made and not chemically like you sometimes find with other places.

This Q Doba is like a transcendental experience, every time I can rely on well portioned bowls made by very friendly staff and an overall irreplaceable Q location. This place should be a model for every other Q Doba in the country the parking lot is just like unholy.

I frequent this qdoba and find myself delighted with the atmosphere, food, and employees. All the staff is so friendly and patient and extremely knowledgeable on their menu. The restaurant it self is very clean and the food is always cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. Thank you west Elizebeth qdoba I will certainly be back.

We love Qdoba, so our experience here was incredibly disappointing. We had a very busy day, and got to the hotel late Sunday night. We're tired and hungry so we order delivery from here, about half an hour before closing. I'm writing this review late because we were busy and just wanted to enjoy our vacation. My quesadilla and the queso dip was standard deliciousness, altho the guac was a bit old. But my partner got a burrito bowl that was so lackluster. It was only barely more than half full, and the steak was overcooked (or, like the rest, had sat there all day at the bottom of the tray until it got gross). But worse than that, and honestly unacceptable, was the chips. Those had clearly sat at the bottom of the tray all day, continuously getting fresh chips piled on top. Some were fine, crisp, like they should be. But around half were so old that they were almost rubbery. No crunch whatsoever, disgustingly stale. I couldn't eat them. Last of all, I thought well at least I have a delicious brownie to make up for it. Alas. I have never tasted such a terrible brownie. I. LOVE. Brownies. I'm sure part of it was also that it was stale, but that surely couldn't be the only reason? It tasted like cardboard. I took one bite and had absolutely no desire to take another. My partner agreed. It wasn't even just "not that great." It was gross. A gross brownie, I don't even know how that's possible. Sorry, I'm very passionate about brownies lol. I'll grant that perhaps this place is great during the day, but next time i visit, I will definitely not go here later at night when all the food has sat all day.
