What a great time...AT THE DENISTI My son (8) had to get some fillings. He was very nervous coming in. The first thing to set his mind at ease was the amazing aquarium in the waiting room. What a beautiful collection of sea stars, anenome, and tropical fish! Even a Dory and a few Nemos! The front office staff was kind and welcoming, and one lady even came over to us and gave us a tour of the aquarium. But the real magic happened during the procedure. Dr. Allen is a master of kiddo interaction! Right at the start he directly addressed my son with a warm and friendly demeanor. He showed him each of the tools he'd be working with and even let him touch them and see how they functioned, using kid-friendly language like "water whistle" instead of drill. As an anxious patient myself, I kept thinking, "Why don't all dentists do this?!" All throughout the procedure he spoke to my boy, encouraging him, explaining what he was doing, and keeping him distracted. His ability to do the work while keeping my boy calm was most impressive and appreciated! As we pulled away, my kiddo literally said, "That was actually really fun, because the dentist was so nice and funny." I know...unheard of, right? Wish I could give them 6 STARS. You can trust them with your kids, which is just about the highest compliment I can pay.

I was very nervous going in. Robin at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Allen and Haley were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Allen took the time to understand my concerns and had fully read all the patient paperwork that had been filled out so he was prepared with questions to make my visit that much better. They took the time to help make my referral process that much easier and called the oral surgeon offices for me. They went above and beyond on customer service! While I am not sure I am ready to say I look forward to going to the dentist I atleast know I am going to a location that cares about their patients!

Dr. Shiloh Lindsey is an amazing one of a kind Dentist. She takes care of every little detail. I’ve been going to her for years now. I couldn’t say enough good to describe her. Five Stars is not nearly enough! If you’re looking for the absolute best! It’s Dr Lindsey and her team!

I have been a patient at Espire Dental for many years now. Dr. Ken Allen and his team of hygienists and assistants have always treated me well for periodic cleanings and dental restorations (crowns). Dr. Allen's attention to detail is excellent and he is very easy to talk to for a consultation to assist me in making the right decisions for my dental health. The front office is very professional and well organized. I appreciate that they file my out-of-network insurance claims in a timely manner and gladly answer any billing questions. The tropical fish aquarium in the lobby is fascinating to watch while waiting for my appointment.

The most caring dental facility I have ever been to. They make you feel like family and truly listen to you. I will never go to anyone else. Dr. Allen is amazing!!!

You wouldn’t think going to the dentist would be a good time but every staff member that I met were so kind and positive! I needed a crown and it went so smoothly. Thank you Dr Allen and staff for a positive experience with zero discomfort!
