Absolutely brilliant hotel. Our room was ready a little early, we used the gym which had lots of good machines. The free coffee in the morning is tasty and the whole hotel is really nicely finished. Our room was big enough, very clean and very quiet. Would love to come back.

Fabulously fun hotel! Record player in your room, vinyl library (although a limited selection, nothing new). A lovely terrace to lounge... Comfy chairs with tables and plugs in case you have work to do on a laptop. The marble spiral staircase is so pretty. The staff are super friendly and helpful. (They brought a microwave to our room since we have dietary restrictions.) Rooms were quiet and clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great location in heart of downtown. We walked to live music in the square and delicious restaurants.

Convenient location in the heart of old town. Restaurant in the hotel is good without being outrageously priced. The only thing I would like better is if they left the coffee out in the lobby past 7 am, instead of having to go to the cafe.

I loved photographing a beautiful wedding at The Elizabeth Hotel! The side alley was super unique for the ceremony and the Magic Rat was fun for the reception....but my favorite location was The Music Suite. It was an absolutely gorgeous backdrop for getting-ready photos - I highly recommend all brides and grooms book The Music Suite for their wedding at The Elizabeth!

This is the nicest hotel in Fort Collins and is still reasonably priced. The minute you walk into the lobby, you can tell this hotel provides a very upscale, unique experience. The restaurant, bar, and lounge on the first floor all have character. The rooms are a bit small - we had a top floor king room - but they are simply decorated and are very clean. The standing shower keeps you warm, which is especially appreciated after long days in the bitter cold. The location could not be better - it is a 3 minute walk to the center of Downtown Fort Collins and Old Town Square. This hotel is everything you'd expect from Autograph Collection, and we'd highly recommend it to any couple wanting a getaway in Fort Collins!

Loved everything about this place! Incredible location that's walking distance to everything, the beds were wicked comfy, as were the pillows, and the room had everything I needed. I love that you can borrow records from the music room to listen in your room, and the bar downstairs has live entertainment. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great weekend with family visiting our college student. The staff at The Elizabeth were fantastic, breakfast was great, lots of fun to bring albums to your room to listen with each room's record player...live music on site....and steps to all the dining, shops and bars of Old Town. More expensive than staying at the Marriotts further south. But the amenities and proximity to Old Town made it all worth it.

Great place to stay in Ft. Collins. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall vibes were great and fun music theme with vinyl records to use in your room.

Tried to call the front desk to deal with a minor logistical issue on a reservation (we just wanted to let them know we would be checking in later in the evening). Rather than a human the phone system gives you a poorly working automated system that also tries to sell you on a Mariot credit card. What could have been a thirty second phone call was instead turned into what felt like a ten minute sales pitch that you're forced to listen to to complete a simple task. And then of course it wants you to complete a survey. This is my survey response. Edit to add: The room itself was clean and about as nice as I would have expected for an upper-mid range hotel. However, the whole experience (annoying phone system included) was far worse than less expensive hotels delivered this same trip. And it's far, far worse than actual upper end hotels deliver. I can recommend this hotel to people who can find a cheap deal for it (around $100/night or less), or in cases where hotels in the city are booked up and not much else is available. But if you're looking for a nice hotel and have other options, other hotels deliver a better experience for a better price.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time! I am a Marriott platinum elite member - have stayed in many wonderful hotels. The customer service is by far the most EXCELLENT!! Record players in the rooms, great selection of vinyl! And again amazing customer service!!!

This hotel is amazing!!!! You have to stay here!!!! You get to grab some old LP’s (33’s for the youngsters with some knowledge), check out a guitar or electric keyboard for your room (I think) if not for the downstairs. Our king room is awesome!!! Will try to post some pics later. Great 2nd floor terrace and fitness room (indoors) I have lots more to say about the location and hotel but need to stop here and enjoy it. Later I’ll post more.

The Elizabeth Hotel is a music lover’s dream. There’s a vinyl library and each room has a record player. They had an amazing collection of records too. Literally everything from old school R&B, to jazz, to classical. I was in heaven.

What a lovely hotel and in the most desirable location. There are great venues within the hotel with live music and the restaurant was so fabulous every time! I'm not sure what they do to those pancakes but they were the best I've ever had! We especially appreciated the staff! They are so kind and considerate and treated us like family. We will definitely be coming back, thank you!!

Honestly was disappointed with this hotel and can't believe it's a 5 star. The main lobby is very nice and the staircase is impressive, but overall just not 5 star quality. The room we had on the top floor was incredibly small with no place for 2 people to sit except the bed, and the air conditioning never reached even remotely close to where we set it during the night we stayed there. The parking for the hotel is in a public garage next door that anyone can access, and there were multiple homeless people on the street right outside the hotel and garage that approached us when we left in the morning. The man at the front desk was very nice, and we do really appreciate that wherever we go. Just wouldn't recommend spending your money on the overall experience.

We had such an amazing stay here. My husband was here for business, while the kids, our dog, and myself came along to enjoy Colorado. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We love the instrument rental that they offer. My 11 year old plays the ekulele and rented one from them for our stay. We had a traumatic injury with our 3 year old and I came to the front desk asking for help as I was just in shock and didn't know what to do in the moment. The manager and another person (position unknown) helped tend to her and helped us both calm down. We are very grateful for them! Thank yall for helping us have a great stay!

I booked my wife a room here last minute for a work event. Her commentary on the hotel, its amenities, and her room specifically were all very positive. The reason I am leaving this review Kristy D. who went above and beyond with exceptional service both making my wife feel welcome but also making sure that items left in room were shipped back to us immediately. I can't express enough how great her attitude, actions, & demeanor are! The Elizabeth is lucky to have Kristy & we will certainly stay again based on our interactions with her.

We just love downtown Fort Collins, and Elizabeth's location in the heart of old town made it possible to walk or bike to all the restaurants, shops, and river trail. The hotel staff is wonderful - very friendly, polite, and attentive. One hotel employee gave us a quick review of the electric bikes available for the guests ( a really nice amenity), and explained how to get to the river trails via the more bike friendly streets. Our room, although small, was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and elegant, with a cocktail/lounge area and restaurant. We will definitely come again!

Center of all the happenings. Superb service. Superior restaurants. Highest of quality amenities. Bring: your own slippers (yes, they have carpeted areas in the room and don't provide footwear), your own robe (one is not priveded). Surprisingly, provided (upon request): road/mountain bike storage, toothbrushes, records for your in-room record player, tips, and ideas for in-town adventures. Note: Uber and Lift we're quickly accessible in and w/in 15 miles of hotel. Therefore, areas of interest that may be too far to venture by foot are easily accessible by other transportation options (for a relatively small fee).

Beautiful hotel! Within walking distance of a lot of fun shops, restaurants and bars. They had parking available for an additional charge. We loved the record player in the room and all the available records you can take up to your room. We had issues with our record player and they came to look at while we were out. The restaurant looked delicious but we didn’t have time to stop by.

On March 14th my husband and I stayed at one of your properties Marriott Bonvoy The Elizabeth, in Fort Collins, CO. We had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredible, and the hotel representative took the time to explain to my husband and me all the new properties and changes happening across the US. There was a wonderful hotel attendant named Chloe, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful. The hotel theme (music) was incredible. Our musician son came by the hotel to play a couple of guitars. What a fantastic idea. He also found a piano in the hotel parking garage that he had to play. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going through Fort Collins. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

It's a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and an awesome location -- I'd live there if we could. We extended our stay 2-3 times simply because we didn't want to leave. The record players and guitars are a nice touch also. Loved the attached restaurant. Unfortunately, I left my prescription glasses in my room; I called immediately and they assured me they had my glasses and would mail them to me. That never happened, and the times I called back they had no idea who told me that and no record of finding my glasses. Bummer.

Amazing hotel with incredibly thoughtful & attentive staff. The front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to enhance my stay. I have nothing but good things to say about the Elizabeth: the decor, the location, the amenities, and the restaurant are all top notch. I do wish they'd bring back Sunday yoga though!

We had a wonderful time exploring Ft. Collins with our 10 month old baby in tow partially because of how amazing the staff at the Elizabeth Hotel. The entire front desk team was not only warm and welcoming and went out of their way to provide us with some unusual requests such as dish soap for the room to clean babies eating utensils. We booked a room last minute two nights in a row and the staff rearranged some reservations so that we could prevent moving the baby all the all of his gear. Larry was phenomenal! He checked on us numerous times to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations on where to go in Ft. Collins. The hotel was clean, the food was memorable, and the location could not have been better for checking out old town, downtown, and the Poudre river trail. Thanks to the team at the Elizabeth, we will be back soon. Drew W.

Great Hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were amazing, and attentive to our needs. The first room they assigned us was above a very large wedding dinner party, so we asked to move to a quieter location and they were quick to help us move. The TV in the room was going bad and the color was purple. We called again and they sent up a technician, but he was unable to fix it. Replacing the TV would take a lot of time so we opted to watch purple hues. The front desk accommodated us for our troubles with a $30 breakfast voucher. The bartender and waiter Brendan was nice. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in the heart of old town Fort Collins. They have parking right next to the hotel with a convenient unloading area right in front of the hotel. The hotel lobby is very nice and so are the rooms. This is Fort Collins most upscale hotel. There is a rooftop bar, a restaurant and a bar in the lobby with live music. They also rent e-bikes at the front desk. The restaurant has a great market like selection of wines and a great bar as well .

This place has everything you want in a hotel. A great restaurant that is not overpriced but so good. A coffee shop for those quick fixes and a bar with live music almost every night. I wish all hotels were like this. The room is the weakest link but still way above average. If it were bigger with a quiet heater it would be perfect. However I will live with that for the rest.

I loved everything about the Elizabeth Hotel experience. Hats off to HR Dept! The Hotel Staff was beyond exceptional- what you would expect at a luxury resort. Not 1 staff member wasn't pleasant, friendly, and hospitable. I esp. enjoyed room service amenity. Thanks for making my 3 day stay in Foco even more enjoyable.

Very comfortable hotel built around a music theme. Record players in each of the rooms and a large vinyl collection to peruse and borrow. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking at the neighboring garage was full for folks who arrived later for check in.

This is such a fun place to stay! Late review for a stay last year! The location is great, the staff, above and beyond accommodating. They offer free music instrument rental/check out to guests! The room was really clean, beautiful view & relaxing. Close to Cafe's, shops, bakery, restaurants, entertainment, museums..etc ✨

Absolutely beautifully designed hotel with a Cracker-Jack staff to boot. We came in from Vegas for a midweek party in Ft. Collins in the late evening and the front desk staff took care of us right away since the restaurant/bar was closed. Hot tea, bottled water and anything we needed was at our fingertips. Larry, the front desk supervisor was a delight to work with when the A/C seemed to need more freon. He couldn’t do enough for us regarding our stay. And, everything done with an incredible smile. When it comes to hospitality, this hotel knows how to hire the right people I.e. clearly, they enjoy their jobs!

Beautiful boutiquie hotel in the heart of old Ft Collins. Easy walk to a multitude of eating places, bars, or shopping. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I did miss a microwave, but otherwise complete with everything needed. Ordered room service from the fabulous restaurant. It was delivered super quickly. And can we talk about the restaurant?! The menu was tempting in so many ways it was difficulty to choose. Looking forward to another excuse to visit Ft Collins just so I can stay again!

We have an excellent stay at the Elizabeth while visiting Fort Collins. The hotel was upscale, clean, and the staff were top notch friendly and helped us out when we needed. They even made recommendations on food and entertainment. The music theme to the hotel was a really nice perk. The record players in the room and their library of records in the lobby was a really nice experience.

My trip to Fort Collins was unplanned. My stay at the Elizabeth was to find a place of Serenity and peace, and a change of scenery before i could return home. The hotel provided the serenity, peace of mind, and change of scenery I was looking for. The hotel has a fun and whimsical design which was beyond beautiful. The on-site restaurant provided wonderful meals. The hotel, restaurant, and room was very clean. I would stay here again, if my travels ever bring me back to Fort Collins. The hotel has parking in the parking garage next door. The surrounding down town area is cute and quaint and very walkable. The eventide late night entertainment district surrounds the hotel, and allows for a night out on foot. P.S. The hotel has record players in everyone room. In the lobby is a huge vinyl collection that you can check out and take back tobyour room to play. They also have a number guitars in the same area you can check out and take up to the room and play and then return at a later time. This hotel is worth the stay, make it a must stay for you. Make your own memories here.
