This was the quickest place to get into in town which wasn't quick at all. Set up an appointment back to back with my aunt with the same doctor. I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. Not a great first impression and he was clueless with my aunts situation and did not really offer much support. I needed an urgent care follow up...the best they could do was a phone appointment 3 weeks later. Dr Flory called me almost an hour past my appointment time at which point I was at work and could not complete my appointment. It took more than 24 hours for them to respond to my portal message about a debilitating migraine which I ended up just going to urgent care for. Honestly, I'm just going to keep going to urgent care for my own needs. But it may be worth the wait for you to be seen and your time actually respected elsewhere. I can saw my kid's doctor is great. But that's about it.

I have been going to Salud for several years I do believe the people that work there are dedicated and kind. The clinic is very clean In the past several years the appointments I have made have been very close to the scheduled time. They also have a pretty good website You can set up appointments keep track of your labs and get your prescriptions refilled There is a pharmacy on the 2nd floor I do recommend Salud

Always clean and accessable. Has a helpful staff that genuinely want you to get the care you need. The doctors are diligent and friendly. The book selection in the waiting room and patient rooms is great. The whole place is English and Spanish bilingual. It's really nice.

Doctor was openly hostile to disabled people, refused to meet through telehealth, and was condescending and refused to answer when I asked why telehealth was not an option. This is unacceptable behavior from any adult, but it is shocking to feel like I'm talking to a toddler when trying to set up an appointment with my Doctor.

Saluds system sucks for both patients and doctors. The appointments with the doctors are 10-15 minutes MAX for in person or over the phone. That’s all they have time since they are overloaded with patients. The doctor wants you to come back next week since they didn’t have time to address anything. You try to book and they are booked for 2 months to get in person, and 3 weeks before another phone appointment. However the doctor and her team are actually quite nice and helpful, if we had more time together I’m sure things would be better and issues would be addressed and resolved more quickly. If my doctor started a private practice I would definitely follow her. I hope admin gets this message because reading other reviews I am certainly not the only person with this issue.

This company had computers hacked and if you are a patient your info has been stolen.your patient info is NOT AVAILABLE TO THE DOCTORS. This is the reason they are all on leave right now. Many businesses have to pay a ransom to get up and running again. It is PRETTY DAM CLEAR TO ME they have not paid and are not going to pay the ransom. Colorado medicaid was also recently hacked and if you were ever on Medicaid your info was stolen at STATE OF COLORADO LEVEL as well. I personally have put a freeze on the 3 credit reporting agencies.freeze can be lifted when I apply for credit.

Did not give proper information about payment beforehand, while making an appointment 3 months out. Highly unprofessional. (Edit) to add to all of this they suggested several other (very poorly rated places) these places are rated poorly for a reason. Then they suggest places that are not accessible. Do better.

Lack of access to care! Unprofessional and never on time to my appointments. Making appointments with other providers because your Dr is on extended leave is impossible. Takes no responsibility in carrying for my needs. It's been 7 months and still haven't been approved for my wheelchair. I lost my leg in February it's October. Looking for a new PCP

I love Salud..I’ve been coming here with my family for the last 10yrs and won’t go anywhere else. We have seen a few doctors here and I think they’re very caring and knowledgeable..I however have picked the one that I just click with and feel most comfortable with. Anna Picket..she’s absolutely amazing. There’s literally not enough words to describe how amazing she and this whole place is really. I definitely recommend coming here for sure!

Lack of access to care! Our Dr. Is on extended leave. We haven't been able to get an update on her return in almost 6 months. Making any appointment is months out. They are never on time for their appointments. They take no responsibility for getting timely paperwork signed and returned for patients seen at their facility. If you have a Dr. At their facility that is out on leave but need to see a Dr ASAP it is impossible. They are unorganized and unprofessional in caring for their patients needs. I'm to the point I won't recommend this place to anyone. I will be looking for a new PCP for my whole family, ANYWHERE ELSE.

Salud is by far the worse doctors office I've ever dealt with. Good luck to anyone who uses them. You're more than likely going to experience a bunch of headaches because of their lack of organization.

Awsome doctors, very nice nurses, as well as front desk staff. Most are bilingual. Super friendly, have never had an issue here!

I see Kelcy, and I love her. But after speaking to Katie, the Receptionist I felt like I was totally talking to the wall. I had told her that I'm going to need prescription refills after surgery I had 2 days ago and that Kelsey cannot prescribe the medication I need, so I need to see somebody else that can And she totally gllossed over it. I absolutely hate calling this clinic to try to get an appointment They need Educate their staff or do some more training possesses getting old. It makes me want to go somewhere else that's how bad it is. But as always they don't care if you leave.

Dr.Miller and Dr Whitman are the best !! Whitman has been my sons doctor since they were born and I the nice and he's always been amazing ,always hears my concerns and listens to them also, We've never felt pressured at all.. Dr Miller has been my doctor for over 10 years now and if it wasn't for her i probably wouldn't be here , she has been amazing and was the only one who listened to my concerns in 2013 regarding my health declining and if it wasn't for her I would've never known I had cancer ! Now she's also the doctor for my 2 daughters and she continues to be amazing ! Best 2 doctors! Also Mabel, Christina and Sandra are amazing medical assistants!

I would advise looking for another Healthcare facility to use as they have a bad track record of providing support. The lack of assistance when a provider quits (which has happened twice) or a provider is absent is extremely harmful to your ability to receive care and has caused many issues for me. I wish I could say they cared but it really just feels like they check a box and move on.

This place is horrific. The doctors don't care about their patients. In several occasions I've been harassed, told I was a bad person and today a doctor literally laughed at me over the phone and gave me a wrong diagnosis. Turns out the thing I told her I had- that she laughed at me for saying- was correct and she was wrong. I suggest going literally anywhere else but here.

Normally I'm not one to complain but after this experience I felt it was necessary to share. My son has been seen by the same doctor since he was born. Dr Whitman since 2019. I had nothing but good things to say about trusting him and his professional nurses until COVID hit. Our last visit was a normal routine checkup. The question if I wanted my COVID shot was brought up and I quickly dismissed it. The conversation continued with the doctor and the heated pressure to "do the right thing" for my family was brought up. For this I was pressured into getting something I knew I didn't want but did it anyways because he's the doctor right? Months have gone by and I continue to have a sick feeling with how he peer pressured me into doing the right thing so I just stopped taking my son. A year has passed and I thought well, my kiddo has a rash and it looks like it needs to be seen by a professional. So I put my pride aside and muster the courage to call his Drs office to schedule an appointment. The nurse completely disregards the seriousness and states he cannot see my kid until DECEMBER 2022. I called end of October to address the issue. She asked if he had a fever and because I said no his issue wasn't priority. Had I dismissed my son's issue like his nurses had his infection would've continued to go untreated. My son required antibiotics for his infection and had they offered to see him via zoom or even email photos his treatment could've happened sooner. I have lost all respect for the man in the white coat and highly recommend finding a doctor who takes your children's medical care seriously.

Waiting almost 2 months for my first prenatal appointment. I’m already in my second trimester, and high risk. The first appointment I got, just to get into the facility to get prenatal care, did “prenatal” blood work (poked me 3×, took two different nurses, only to find out they sent out a STD panel) I’m so irritated! Final got my ultrasound results, talked to Dr about my results (they didn’t call me, I set up an appointment for a referral)…for her to tell me I’m been diagnosed with placenta preva…NOT ONCE did she tell me it’s NORMAL for this a 14 weeks! When I got referred to another clinic, they couldn’t believe she would diagnosed this at 14 weeks…..I spent 2 weeks SO WORRIED waiting to see another practice! My placenta is fine, it migrated to where it should be….can’t believe a Dr. wouldn’t explained this is common at 14 weeks and allowed me to think the worst! Absolutely try to get a referral somewhere else, nothing but bad experiences here!!

Patients are numbers not names they don't care my kid needed to see his physician and they are 45 days out Zero sense or urgency just a joke of a doctor's office. Would run away as fast as possible.

Patient portal doesn't recognize my name and birthdate despite being a patient for about 6 years. Calling to change appointment gets 8 minutes of hold music before it just hangs up on you, but they threaten to drop you if you can't make it in without notifying them first. If you finally do get an appointment, expect to sit in an exam room for at least an hour. I'm on GP number 4 because all doctors move on to bigger and better things eventually.

My doctor is great, and when arriving fir a scheduled appoinment the wait time is very short. Just wished they were open 7 days per week as getting an appointment can be a wait. Maybe they need to hire more doctors or PAs to staff.

I'm satisfied with my medical treatment through the salud family health center. I wish the online communication was better. I feel safe and confident in their ability to provide outstanding care. I would recommend them to friends and family of all ages. They really care about their patients and it shows.
