The redbull infusions are very good but any time I try one of their coffee drinks I’m disappointed. It feels like they’re charging Starbucks prices for things that aren’t really comparable/as good. The employees are super friendly and I don’t have any complaints about service except they switched to a mobile form of rewards and wouldn’t honor a completely full punch card I had and should’ve been able to redeem a free drink for, which kind of sucks. Spent over $15 for two drinks that I wasn’t super impressed with. Edit: Not super impressed is an understatement, coffee went in the trash and I’d like a refund because I really shouldn’t have had to pay for it anyways because I had earned a free drink, whether they changed their rewards system or not. I’ll get Starbucks next time for the same price and it’ll taste good…

Great coffee. Tasty burrito. Incredibly friendly folks every single visit. Nice extras like the coffee beans and stickers give every trip a bit of whimsy. Thanks to the staff at this location for always starting my day off with a smile and kind word.

Yum! I had the medium roast and it is very tasty. Kind of nice when I only have one eye open yet while I'm driving. This coffee opened up both.......just in case you are concerned about me driving with only one eye open.

Great food an drinks! I really like their chorizo sandwich or burrito and their citrus refresher. Their coffee is great, and they also have chocolate covered espresso beans to sample.

I am still not sure why strangers expect you to share personal details in a drive through scenario... However, I like Ziggy's offerings and drive through options. I was glad to see them expand into Fort Collins.

This used to be my favorite coffee spot and it was great they were next to my house. The last few months the coffee has been just truly bad. I've tried asking for extra cream to help but they don't even get that right. This last time the cup lip was bent so the lid didn't fit. Spilt extremely hot coffee down my front. I actually find myself going to Starbucks over them the coffee has gotten so bad. Starbucks!!!!!

Overall experience was good! Enjoyed the coffee and company! Sat outside in the sunshine and traffic didn't seem to bother us even during the afternoon traffic.

Aubrey and Keilah served me this evening! It was having a really rough night and they were absolutely so sweet. And honestly one of the best drinks I've had from this location!

Good coffee and quick service. However, it sucks that I couldn’t use my reward app because I forgot to scan it until after the transaction and it was not allowed. It would be great if the employees would ask if people have their rewards.

I have been going to Ziggis for a while now, and lately, I have been disappointed with there drink service. My drink is always messed up now, and I had them remake it (multiple times in the past) but it's still the same nasty drink I did not order. Ziggis has lost a loyal customer.

Ziggis is the freaking best. I come here way too often, but it's worth it! Gluten free breakfast sandwich is such a treat and they have better coffee than Starbucks 😋

have never been here before. the car lengths were weird and it took a bit for ya to get up there to order. ordered two drinks, one of them was wrong and it took them a really long time once we got to the window. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯wouldn't go out of my way to do there again

Stopped by before leaving town for a road coffee or two. Nearing the end of a road trip where coffee stands were a rare sight, this was a gem to find. Great flavor to the coffee, prompt service, very friendly help, and one of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever ordered from a coffee stand. Thank you Ziggi’s from the Washington road trippers. 😃

Went there the morning of 12/20. Literally not a soul in line or in the store. The barista said “hiii!! Hold on!! Hehe!” 4 times and just let me sit there. I kept saying hello? And she’d just do the same thing. Without a single customer having gone through the last few minutes and no on inside, what could she have been doing that was a priority over taking an order? Eventually someone was behind me so I just left. Bizarre.

Service is always fantastic, and the chocolate coffee beans always makes me so happy. It's surprising they even have macha Latte.

I made the switch to being a regular at Ziggis instead of Dutch Bros! Alex, Anna, and Julia who work at this location helped solidify that more! They are amazing people and they think my pups are cute! Ziggis Coffee couldn't ask for three better people to represent their brand! Thanks! 😊

Ziggis has some great options and plenty to choose from. Pumpkin lattes year round too. Only complaint is they kind over cook there food in that little oven- especially the breakfast burritos

Today is my birthday and I ordered the incorrect birthday size, an Italian soda. I was told in a curt time I had to pay for it instead of getting the correct drink. I was told I can come back tomorrow or they could make two drinks and I could pay for one of them after splitting the large into 2 drinks. They finally gave me a 16oz Italian soda. I have bought many drinks at one time but started going to Dutch bris which is closer snd they create s magical coffee experience. I quit driving here because the drinks are not worth sacrificing customer service when I can get both elsewhere?

Walked all the way over because I saw they had a cookies and cream drink. Thinking it would be similar to the cookie crumble drink from Starbucks (considering their menu specifically says the drink has cookies pieces in it)... I was completely disappointed. It's already bad enough they charge $1+ more than Starbucks. They can't be bothered to put cookies pieces in a drink that they themselves promote as " being transported to cookie heaven" Yea. Right.

Tried out spicy chai. Service was faster. A small sticker is put on the top of the cup, I used to cover the sipping hole as it was raining :)
