A lot of people giving 5 stars whining that Bindle shouldn’t be held accountable. They knowingly liked a status that they knew could drive away more than half of their business. If it isn’t the consequences of their own actions. Stay away from this place. Fort Collins has plenty of other local coffee shops that are not run by hateful people. Oh yeah, it’s overpriced too.

After years of getting coffee there, I am sad to hear that they decided to mix their politics, which are firmly against my own, with their coffee. Waiting until after the SC ruling is cowardly. There are plenty of other good places to get coffee in town. Separately, as a non-Christian, I always felt uncomfortable by how many people there were reading or discussing the bible. I never felt very welcome because of this.

I prefer my coffee without someone else’s politics in it, just sugar and cream thanks! I’d highly suggest taking your business elsewhere, there’s no shortage of great coffee in Fort Collins and you don’t have to get it with the side of evangelical weirdness.

What a cool shop! Great vibe and cool location. It was definitely small and busy but that just made it quaint and showed how many people love it. Had a great cappuccino, veggie breakfast sandwich, and the morning bun was to die for! Bun had amazing taste and texture!

We went there this morning for the first time to celebrate my birthday and it was so good! Everything we ate was uniquely tasty and freshly made: cappuccino, breakfast sandwiche, ham and cheese croissant, morning bun and cinnamon bun. The place was packed but the customer service was fast and great. Also there is a very nice outdoor area. We will definitely go back.

Best coffee in Foco hands down!! It’s not even a question. If we are judged by our social media likes and comments… At some point we’d all be cancelled by someone somewhere for having different views. It’s crazy what our culture has come to. “I’m so mad that someone has a different opinion than me, so I’m going to cancel them. Wish them to go bankrupt, threaten them, and hope they die.” Really? That’s your solution. Good luck drinking sub par coffee somewhere else.

If you're actually looking for a well reviewed coffee shop, I feel sorry for you. The review forum here has become a battleground not about coffee quality or service, but about political opinion. The owners of the coffee shop (or someone who just happened to work for them) liked a designer's post that said "LIFE". That's it. That's all they did. Is this a reason to cancel them? We don't even know their true opinions on the matter before everyone jumps in and decides they don't have the right to support their families or collect a wage. I've never had their coffee before, and never met them, but my 5-star review is based on more common sense than any of the 1-stars from the childish playground bullies who aim to destroy people without thought. If you don't care about any of this, good on you. Go try their their coffee and leave an honest review on your experience!

Bindle consistently serves up quality coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and sweet baked goods. This morning, I ordered a vanilla latte and a spinach and pepper breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. Note - you can get their breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit OR an english muffin. Their sandwiches come with eggs and cheese then you get to select bacon, ham, or the veggie friendly option. Everything was delicious! Their bakery items also looked scrumptious. I eyed their peach and blackberry muffin and their vanilla chai cinnamon roll. I resisted the temptation today. I will have to come back to try these items when my sweet tooth hits! Other things to note- I have been to Bindle a handful of times over the last couple of years and the baristas behind the counter are usually very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Enjoy!

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The coffee is AMAZING, the pastries are all made in house and are to die for, and the staff treats you like family! The owners are the kindest people, and every person who works there is great. I’ve been coming for years, and even before I lived in Colorado and would come visit, Bindle was always a necessary stop. Seriously, the best people and the best coffee in NOCO!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their friendly staff. They give me a rundown on their origin coffees and were eager to answer any questions I had about their brewing process. While I did not like their drip coffee, the Ethiopian pour over I had was fantastic. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, including a fire pit outside by the entrance. Nice cozy place to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

Even though the woke mob wants to shut this business down we shouldn’t let them! Great coffee, great location and friendly staff!! My husband and I have loved coming to this coffee shop after birth appointments at tender gifts and will continue to do so! Don’t allow liberal agenda to deter you from a good coffee shop.

The coffee is perfectly brewed and the pastries quick delicious. We tried the coconut mango muffin, blueberry scone, and morning bun. The morning bun was the biggest hit.

Delicious bacon breakfast sandwich and Americano. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos are sold until noon or sold out. They only had gluten free left when we got there about 11:15 on a Monday. It was a very long wait so be prepared that it may take awhile if you're in a hurry. Homemade syrups and baked goods and they also have various gifts for sale. Nice outdoor seating area by other shops.

This place is a must visit if you are in Fort Collins. The coffee was smooth and nutty. The place has a great ambience. It is a local community based coffee shop part of Jessup Farms. My only complaint is, I got an iced latte and requested for less ice. But I was given the entire glass full of ice. I am disappointed that they couldn't incorporate a small request. It could be specific to the barista and not of the place itself.

We will continue to stop in for a cup as well as purchase whole bean coffee for the foreseeable future - as ownership indeed cares a great deal about creating a pleasant and quality experience worth your time and money.

Great coffee. Looks like they had a lot of good pastries. Parking not great. I went on a Saturday and it was insanely busy. 20 min. Wait in line. Coffee was worth the wait. Only took 3 min. After my order was placed which was awesome. The guy who took my order was pleasant. I highly recommend at least going once.

I’ve been here several times in the last 5 yrs. I’ve brought several family and friends here. Some visiting from out of state. It’s a TINY but adorable and cozy space, coffee is good but a little pricey. Really do love the ambiance but I think it could work on customer service. The last 2 times I’ve been here with the recent visit being on 10/27 around 2:30 pm, staff was rude and condescending. Not welcoming at all! I understand working in customer service can be tough but please work on being more friendly, especially with people who are being nice to you and are tipping you. Sometimes going and getting a coffee is the highlight of someone’s week and a nice treat, not a habit they can afford daily.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Collins. The coffee is amazing--smooth and flavorful. The pastries are out of this world. They are buttery and flakey and so fresh! They also have a delicious gluten/dairy free muffin available daily. My only complaint is that there is very little seating inside, however there is a lot of seating outside. Good job, Bindle.

Great coffee shop! Best vanilla latte! The foam is smooth and vanilla flavoring is delicious. Staff is friendly and make you feel so welcome. I highly recommend you go get your next coffee at Bindle. Tell them Debbie sent you.

Great coffee and service but, due to space limitations, tables inside are TINY and sparse. There is a lot of seating outside. I saw gluten-free muffins but no vegan pastries.

Cool little coffee shop in Jessup Farms, a small shopping center off timberline, in Fort Collins, Colorado. It is small and can't hold a lot of people, but that makes for a really nice coffee sipping atmosphere. Enjoy it inside or take it outside on the patio by the fire pit. Staff is very helpful for selecting coffee or hot chocolate, if you're not sure what you want. They also offer small pastries if you're looking for something to eat with your coffee.

I go to Bindle and I ask, can I just have the worst cappuccino ever? They say "no way, man!" Then proceed to craft one of the better beverages I've ever had. I vowed to never go back and have such a tasty brew again! I go back weekly...

Great home brewed coffee, tasty snacks. Super popular among the locals. The hummingbird muffins are so good!

Had a wonderful experience picking up some coffee and gift cards. The service was impeccable and so friendly. I got everything I needed and even got a food treat for my patient kids. I got a bag of coffee to take home and an iced coffee. Both went very quickly in their own manner and need to plan my next resupply! I always love the atmosphere here. Not a ton of seating indoors but if you get a covered table inside it truly is a wonderful treat.

Fun place for coffee and a pastry. The frosting on the cinnamon rolls is delicious. Be prepared for a line on those beautiful Saturday mornings! Worth the wait.
