Nice little coffee shop, great ambiance. The cappuccino could be done more on the microfoam side, but it tasted good. The cookie was very dry and didn't look like the ones in the showcase. On the other hand, the customer service was great and the cinnamon bun was easily one of the best I had ever had!

I am sad to say this place has really gone downhill. I just pulled some very hard, rubbery, yet greasy egg out of my kolache. I can't even order a latte here anymore. I'm not sure if this place changed ownership or what is going on, but Crooked Cup has gone from my go-to to my last resort.

Consistency has improved. Back to five stars! I love this place!! Update: so unfortunately we have been having a little issue with consistency lately so i have dropped my review to 4 stars for the time being. Our bagels have had an excessive amount of cream cheese on them rather consistently and our drink ratios have been off almost everytime we have come lately and I have had to have them remade. Really a bummer because the consistency was one of the biggest perks to eating here! Looking forward to better consistency in the future i would love to be able to move back up to 5 stars because this is truly our favorite place to eat breakfast!!! Love this place! One of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing!! There is an occasional miscommunication, which mentioned in my previous review, but management addressed it prompty and they have adjusted accordingly. This shows me that they truly care about your experience being a good one which is what customer service is all about!! 10/10 I highly recommend to other people!!

I love this place. The staff is SO cool and the concoctions are creatively delicious. I love the Crooked Daydream hot or cold. All of the food is extremely tasty - try a bagel sandwich or a breakfast burrito. It's a speakeasy breakfast or lunch spot - you don't need to know the secret password but you'll always get fast, quality service (without the long waiting lists). Great gem in Old Town.

First time in, really cute place. I loved that the baristas were kind and in a good mood. Seems rare these days to find so it was definitely appreciated!

Really great stop in old town, Fort Collins. Great coffee, and great food. We had an iced soy latte, cold brew, and cappuccino and all were delicious. The cold brew has that perfect berry taste typical of a good blend. The bagel breakfast sandwich and BLT were both delicious. It was quick with great and friendly service. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and it is a smaller coffee shop but on a Sunday morning it wasn't too crowded. Great stop for a quick bite or coffee!

This place makes some fabulous Chi tea!! My absolute favorite in all of FoCo! They have some interesting names for their drinks, but it makes the event of ordering your normal late a little more fun. People behind the counter are always nice, they have plenty of options for folks with allergies or non-dairy consuming diets. It’s my go to for that perfect warm drink!

Stopped here and I got a bagel sandwich with some juice. Very tasty, the order came quickly, and the service was lovely. Definitely will come back in the future :) 👍👍

Great coffee shop vibe. Small hole in the wall. Staff was friendly. Seating is limited. One couch and two sofa chairs. Rest are high and low tables. Because seating is limited, it can get noisy. Coffee is mid. Bagel sandwiches were great. They do have wifi. I’d say, if you want something quick I’d definitely recommend. But if you need to study or work, not the best place.

Weird ambiance, college age barista with serious attitude, flavorless coffee, and stale microwaved pastries. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

If you're cruising around downtown Fort Collins and looking for a caffeine fix, swing by the Crooked Cup. They're doing some great stuff with coffee and tea over there. Plus, they've got this drink, the Crooked Tree Hugger, which you really need to try. And the food? Top notch. They do breakfast like champs - the burritos and kolaches are the real deal. It's hard to pick a favorite, honestly. One of the best things about this spot is the people. They've got a knack for making you feel at home the second you step through the door. The place is cozy, but the staff's warmth and friendliness are what really set the mood. So if you're in the mood for good vibes and even better coffee, check out Crooked Cup. You won't be disappointed.

The service was quite friendly. It's attached to Sprouts, so it's convenient to combine this with a shopping trip.

Cute! Staff was very helpful, told me that the bagel sandwich was the most filling. Even though it’s microwaved eggs it turned out really yummy and yes it’s pretty filling! The hazelnut cappuccino wasn’t too sweet, it was just right! 🤤 The image was already after I consumed almost all of it 😅 My favorite part was the service. It’s a simple gesture, but he came and asked how my sandwich & coffee were. This place was very deserving of the tip!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in a Fort Collins. I say that as a tea drinker. The Crooked Treehugger is good both cold and hot. The service is outstanding. This morning only one person was behind the counter (normally there are two), Bry, managed 20 patrons expertly. She was friendly and remembered regulars orders.
