What a fantastic gym! I don’t know how it gets much better than this. It’s completely cost effective and offers so much for the modest monthly fee. The gym is huge and has all of the equipment that I need for a complete workout. I haven’t tried any of the classes but they seem to be popular. The facility is very clean all of the time and we’ll managed. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are sanitizing wipes located throughout the gym for convenience. I never have any trouble parking either. A great location too at Broadway and Belleview! I love this place.

The supervisor abruptly and without cause, asked me to leave and called the police (3 cops came in two vehicles). Why would such force and so much tax dollars be necessary? Well, my brother wanted the 7-day free trial but when we walked in, I said "guest." Shift supervisor insisted we said "guest" (which I did) and wouldn't sign my brother up for 7-day free trial. Annoyed, I told the supervisor, "Okay, you can be right. I said guest and I meant "7-day trial." Can we get the 7-day trial and work out now?" He then ordered me to leave due to me "not upholding the culture." When I refused, remember, I drove down there, paid my membership dues, and was bringing a potential new customer to join. Instead, this unhinged supervisor called the police. How unnecessary. All because, what I can only imagine, he didn't like my tone. Honestly I think he was angry because he didn't feel like signing us up, so he tried to punish me by weaponizing the police. I'm TRAUMATIZED by this experience and I NEVER want to go back here. AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU COULD BE NEXT. Go to Vasa or Englewood rec. The saunas suck anyway (never any space and cold). And who wants to deal with a mean human on a power trip when you just want to relax, workout, and enjoy your life? This place has such baaaaaaaad energy all around! Run to and at another gym! Finally, how scary is it that THREE cops came to stop me from working out instead of out there fighting real crime? I didn't even get that response when my car was stolen!

I miss when this gym had low lighting. The vibe was different and better. This gym only has one free motion cable unfortunately and it’s been broken a little too often. The gender bathroom thing is weird and inappropriate to me when there are same gendered employees working on the clock

I was apart of this gym for a year and I have mixed feelings. The team trainers and group x instructors are awesome!! The classes are always so fun, engaging, and push you to be better. That part I loved and it was so worth the money for that part of the gym. The equipment is usually clean and the stuff usually works, although there were a handful of days where the water fountain was broken. The things that have left a bad taste in my mouth, however, was the treatment I received when I was doing anything other than checking into the gym. For example, back in December, I came back to the gym after being gone for a week. While I was gone, the mask policy updated from being not required to required. I walked into the gym without a mask on and a front desk member asked me to wear one. No big deal, except the gym was not providing people with masks so I ran back to my car to get one. When I walked in a moment later with my mask on, a different front desk member snapped at me that I had to check in. I found the tone unnecessary and rude. I was sad to have to cancel my membership because of a move. When I went into cancel eight days before my bill came, I was told I was going to be charged an extra month because of the ten day rule. Annoying, as who finalizes all billing - with no way to change things - so far in advance? Fine, take my money. But now, as I have paid for an extra month and the gym has already charged me, my membership is already shut down even though I should have twenty five paid days left. So disappointing as I have really loved this gym overall. I used to recommend this to my friends, but I am not going to anymore.

I usually go to a different location, but I was really happy with this Englewood location. I use the pool, so when I saw a bathing suit spinner/dryer in the very clean locker room I was elated! (My usual location doesn't have one). The amenities are modern and very clean. I liked the pool, it's just not a very well lit room. The location I usually go to for swimming has two walls of windows and a ceiling of skylights. This location has a couple windows on one wall, is painted a dark blue, and the lights inside are pretty dim.

This is honestly one of my favorite places. The staff is super friendly and always making their rounds, wipe stations well stocked, machines are never down for more than a few days and even the other gym goers are friendly and serious about their fitness, you don’t really notice people just wasting time when I go early mornings. Great place to work out

Have been going here a few months now. It has Been a good experience. Equipment is clean, and when things are broken they fix them in a timely manner. The employees are always kind. Place can get pretty busy but even when it's busy it didn't hold me back on what I needed to do for my workout. The movie theater is great if you need to distract yourself for cardio and the fact you can get a protein shake made on the way out is great.

Had to switch from Vasa to Chuze due to moving . I will admit I was hesitant. I was pleasantly surprised and it has been a great experience until…. Jan 2nd. Like most corporate gyms Chuze has massively oversold memberships to the “new year, new me” crowd. While I won’t fault anyone for wanting to better themselves, I will certainly fault the gym for overselling memberships… Experience has become miserable. A wait for every squat rack, bench etc. Try to supplement on a machine .. wait there too. , crowded gym floor, increasingly dirty bathrooms… mind you- I arrive at 4:30 am.. I feel for those who come at a busier hour . Hopefully this corrects itself as the year progresses.. I guess it’s what you can expect for 25 a month

Attended a zumba class (mid-high level) and loved everybody and everything about it! I haven't been in a gym in forever, always feel intimidated but none of that here. Staff are friendly, facility is clean with zero weird smells and the hydro massage chair was wonderful after my workout.

Great gym!! If you're looking for an inexpensive public gym I highly recommend Chuze. Anyone complaining about it being busy should consider a private gym... also as far as other gyms I've been to I would say this is still one of the cleaner ones. staff has always been friendly to me! I think you receive the energy you give in most cases! My only complaint is that I really want to utilize the smoothie bar more often but they do not offer any good milk alternatives. Some people are allergic to almonds. consider oat milk or coconut please!!

I recently switched from 24 hour to Chuze and I am SO happy. Cheaper fees, more to offer, and they actually are open decent hours. 24 hour says they’re are open 24 hours…but most of their gyms are only open from 5am to 9pm. Chuze is open from 4:30-12 most days if I’m not mistaken! I love that they have a smoothie bar also :-)

I have been coming to this gym for years now. Friendly staff. But the Men's bathroom from sitting in the first two stalls there is what appears to be black mold that's been sitting open and visible for over a month. It's on the base board of the pillar next to the door on the inside. Also the water fountains filters need to be changed more regular. The cup fountain next to the movie theater hasn't even worked in over a year. I like the gym. And the hot tub.. well just avoid it there is always a film over it. A little bit more tlc would make this place a solid 5.

Love love love Chuze Fitness. Best gym I've ever worked out! I have been to several locations in the Colorado area but the Englewood location has got to be one of the cleanest gyms ever. I'm blown away how they keep the equipment up.and working and all areas of the gym sanitized and super clean. The staff is also super friendly helpful and cool. Thanks so much! I love how clean the gym is, and I have some favorite staff I want yall to recognize, Deanna V. This young lady is very professional and super knowledgeable whenever I have any questions. I always see her busy, cleaning up, helping others, and answering any questions anyone has. She is super kind and her customer service is through the roof. I will be going back to this gym.

Great gym! Has everything you could possibly need at a gym, staff is very friendly, and the massage chairs are amazing! Wish the locker rooms were slightly more spacious though and will say that they should clean their hot tub more often.

I was excited to try Chuze and really happy with the idea that I could have a 7 day free trial. However, I was kinda dissatisfied with my experience after activating and starting my free trial Firstly, the machine selection is kind of bare, a ton of treadmills but only 4 stair climbers and 2 row machines. The turf training is small and always packed and I found it hard to find a place to stretch comfortably. Second, the water in the showers never gets hot and that’s very uncomfortable. Lastly but most importantly the reason why I will not choose Chuze as my home gym is the pool and hot tub is DISGUSTING I mean, chunks of hair and lint floating in the hot tub and a foul oder of sweat and rotten eggs coming from it The pool had a similar effect. So gross. Idk what they’re cleaning schedule is like but they are not going a good job and it’s extremely concerning. Good luck Chuze I’ll be continuing my fitness lifestyle elsewhere.

Super sad I have to cancel my membership as there are no Chuze gyms close enough to my new place. I have zero complaints about any Chuze I have visited. This was my home location, and I was here every day I could be for years. I have seen the staff change a few times, and they have always been stellar. Current staff is no exception. They make you feel welcome and keep everything clean and working. Amenities are awesome. Staff is awesome, the price is right, and the patrons are super chill compared some other organizations. Have made more than a few friends at Chuze. If you're considering gyms in the area, Chuze is the way to go.

I love this place. Plenty of cardio equipment, machines, and free weights and I am a big fan of the turf area for the sled. Also, the sauna and hydro chairs are a must. I've participated in several classes and every single one was enjoyable. Kudos to the fun staff too. Their app pairing with my watch is amazing as seeing the data tracked so well has kept me super motivated.

I support green initiatives100%, but paper towel are absolutely necessary IMO :) -------------------------- My favorite Chuze location, but lacks two must have items, like the other locations: 1. Hand sanitizer dispensers 2. Napkins and tissues in the bathroom. Need to use toilet paper when I need to dry my face and hands Also, electronic lockers would be way more convenient

The facility is always clean. The employees are super friendly. They have a good selection of classes but I wish they had more Zumba classes. Parking at this location is so much easier than some of the other locations nearby. A great place to work out!

I've never been ro such a clean, fun, and affordable gym! Everyone who works there is friendly, kind, and informative. I was overwhelmed at all the features and access to facilities you get with your membership. There's a smoothie bar, swimming pool, infrared sauna rooms, steam room, team training room, spin room, and machines galore! They even have a cinema room with treadmills and a hydro massage room. The best part is I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for my membership. Truly blown away and highly recommend this establishment.

Awesome customer service once I walked in the door. I used my 7 day free pass for new members which gave me access to everything but the tanning room and daycare. They have a really hot hot tub and big pool with about 3 lanes I’ve noticed. They also have a sauna and steam room and a water jet massage room. I say it’s definitely worth checking out and the one on Bellevue is pretty clean.

Best value I have ever experienced at a gym. This one is a bit smaller than the others but I can take classes, swim, and the floor is well kept. My deal is 29.99 month and worth every penny. I get a +1 every time no extra charge. Thanks CHUZE!

I love this gym! It is unlike any gym membership I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a gym before and it truly makes a difference! The Team training coaches are awesome and the workouts are killer. The workouts are always new so you don’t get tired of the same routine. The hydro massage and smoothies are a nice addition as well. The points system is great motivator and incentive. I definitely recommend Chuze!!

I love sweating out in a steam room after a workout but many mornings I finish my run and the steam room isn't even on. It takes a long time to heat up and it's lost. Plus I am tired of having to go bug the employees. The water bottle fillers also don't work. Other than that, it's a great gym.

The staff are so friendly here and made me feel welcome when I started going to this location. It’s always so well kept and clean, friendly environment and wonderful people in and out! Happy to have a membership here! Been a loyal Chuze customer and will continue to be!

I will quit the gym if Tyler K. stops teaching yoga on Saturday mornings! I love her flow, her playlists, her facilitation style, and the overall energy of the class. As far as the gym itself, Chuze has great equipment and a variety of other classes for every fitness level. My only gripe is that the “30 minute circuit” area is always bogged down by people who camp at individual machines rather than treating it as a true circuit. I wish it was possible for staff members to regulate this area better, but I understand that that could be difficult and rub people the wrong way.

The hours are still “Covid hours” - no reason the gym can’t stay open later or 24 hours. The pull up bars are unsafe - I see 98% of people jumping up to reach them or climbing on the equipment to reach them. They are too tall. If you want to do weighted pull-ups, this is a no go as the descent/drop will put lots of pressure on your spine and joints. If you’re 6’6” tall or above you’re fine.

I love this gym as it reminds me a lot of the university gym in that it enforces cleaning after every work out (even if some people turn a blind eye). I do believe the cancelation policy for the gym membership is a little crazy steep, especially since you cant appear at any Chuze fitness, you can only go to your location. This causes issues when I travel for work and want a quick workout. Regardless, the facility is clean and organized. I enjoy the "machine pulled a hammy sign" that indicates the machine temporarily not working (especially when its on the water fountain). I would say the water fountain is not my favorite because you can tell that the filter is old but I just bring my own water from home. Over fixing broken machines is extremely timely. I think the culture around Chuze is really great, people of all ages and all ethnicity are presented in both your customer base and your staff. I do not however think there is enough diversity in your pricing, There should be a higher price point for people who use the gym everyday versus only uses it up to 3 times a week. Overall the negative things are minor, I love the gym as a whole.

I recently joined Chuze Fitness and I am blown away by the level of excellence this gym offers. The hydromassage chairs are a game changer and provide the perfect post-workout recovery. The workout equipment is always in top condition, and I love having a variety of options to choose from. The turf area is a great addition, and I love being able to incorporate functional training into my workouts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and motivating. I highly recommend Chuze Fitness to anyone looking for a high-quality gym experience. 5 stars!

Looking for a new gym and ran across this one. I had never been in a chuze and this one was awesome! The staff, especially Cayla was so welcoming. The place was clean, well maintained and definitely a place I’d want to work out. Definitely can’t wait to sign up!

I enjoy this gym a lot. This is my primary chuze fitness but have been to many around Denver depending on where I am at the end of the workday. The staff is very friendly, the gym is kept pretty clean, and the gym goers are also a great group. Sometimes the equipment is down and some for a little longer than expected which could be due to supply chain issues. The only weird issue I have is the water from the fountains taste awful however I still drink out of them so who is really complaining. Overall I would rate 4.5/5.

The gym and bathrooms are always clean, equipment is top notch but above all I wanted to emphasize the customer service from the staff, especially Brandon. He always greets me with a smile, wishes me a great day on the way out and makes sure I feel acknowledged as a member of the gym. I had a friend visit with me months ago and he still remembers a very positive experience he had with Brandon! The kids club is amazing, staff is super friendly, caring and engaging the kids. My kids can not wait to go there!! I used to train at a pro gym but gave that all up and now I only come here and look forward to it everyday. I highly recommend!!

Been coming here religiously for two years now. In a sense, it’s my happy place. The staff here is incredible, always willing to help out. Being a type 1 diabetic, I’ve had my fair share of close scares at the gym when my glucose plummets and the staff here is attentive enough to know when I’m acting “out of it”. Big shout out to Tyler, McKenna, Brandon. They hold the fort down. Continue being the best guys..

When 24 Hr Fitness closed near my home a few years ago, I had to go to Chuze Fitness due to the location, it was the next closest gym. However, I'm very glad I did. I noticed almost immediately the difference between the2 establishments. Especially the higher level of cleanliness, equipment, and amenities. I've been going here close to 2 years now, and I don't see me going anywhere else. Once here, I noticed the friendliness and engagement of the entire staff. I really enjoy coming to this gym because of what it offers. But more importantly, I look forward to coming here because of how the people make me feel. I highly recommend it.

I am a personal trainer, nutritionist, and fitness instructor - so I've spend A LOT of time at a gym and in the health space. Chuze is great!!! I love how the front desk staff greets people every time they walk in, AND when they walk out. It's the little things that really add up. They're also super helpful when I have questions about how to use certain amenities. Everyone has been so friendly. Not only that, the environment is great -- super clean, tons of nice equipment to use, everyone puts their equipment back and wipes things down when they're done... I love the sauna... everything is just wonderful!
