I
was
apart
of
this
gym
for
a
year
and
I
have
mixed
feelings.
The
team
trainers
and
group
x
instructors
are
awesome!!
The
classes
are
always
so
fun,
engaging,
and
push
you
to
be
better.
That
part
I
loved
and
it
was
so
worth
the
money
for
that
part
of
the
gym.
The
equipment
is
usually
clean
and
the
stuff
usually
works,
although
there
were
a
handful
of
days
where
the
water
fountain
was
broken.
The
things
that
have
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth,
however,
was
the
treatment
I
received
when
I
was
doing
anything
other
than
checking
into
the
gym.
For
example,
back
in
December,
I
came
back
to
the
gym
after
being
gone
for
a
week.
While
I
was
gone,
the
mask
policy
updated
from
being
not
required
to
required.
I
walked
into
the
gym
without
a
mask
on
and
a
front
desk
member
asked
me
to
wear
one.
No
big
deal,
except
the
gym
was
not
providing
people
with
masks
so
I
ran
back
to
my
car
to
get
one.
When
I
walked
in
a
moment
later
with
my
mask
on,
a
different
front
desk
member
snapped
at
me
that
I
had
to
check
in.
I
found
the
tone
unnecessary
and
rude.
I
was
sad
to
have
to
cancel
my
membership
because
of
a
move.
When
I
went
into
cancel
eight
days
before
my
bill
came,
I
was
told
I
was
going
to
be
charged
an
extra
month
because
of
the
ten
day
rule.
Annoying,
as
who
finalizes
all
billing
-
with
no
way
to
change
things
-
so
far
in
advance?
Fine,
take
my
money.
But
now,
as
I
have
paid
for
an
extra
month
and
the
gym
has
already
charged
me,
my
membership
is
already
shut
down
even
though
I
should
have
twenty
five
paid
days
left.
So
disappointing
as
I
have
really
loved
this
gym
overall.
I
used
to
recommend
this
to
my
friends,
but
I
am
not
going
to
anymore.
