We checked in late last night on our way home from Wisconsin. Staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast. We will be staying here again and highly recommend!! Price was very reasonable for an exceptional stay!

This is a hidden gem in Fort Dodge for sure! Price is extremely reasonable and the hotel and rooms are immaculate! Our room had a nice big lounge chair to watch the big screen TV too! Staff are awesome and really make you feel at home! Breakfast was very good and consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles and cereals. Only one drawback is there is no elevator in this two floor hotel, so this may be an issue for some. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel! I wouldn't look any further in this city and will definitely stay here again if we go through the area.

Sherri V. is rude when talking on the phone. She allows the breakfast/bar/lounge guests to be so loud, it’s hard to hear when calling the hotel. She allows guests to become loud, drink excessively, and basically do as they please. She allows guest/men to answer phone for her. If you look at reviews, majority by men. The workers here cater to and entertain the men. Clean hotel and good price.

Love staying at this hotel, stay in Fort Dodge once a month and have tried many of the hotels here, this one is by far the best in my opinion, clean updated rooms, the staff is amazing, there’s always a good breakfast with a good amount of both hot and cold foods, and the location is great, close to the highway, but also pretty close to a good amount of food and shopping locations.

This place is fabulous. All the amenities and a great vibe. Way better than our stay at Hampton the night before. Glad to have found this great stopping place out in the middle of Iowa. Keep up the great work!

Work has me often in hotels. This is the cleanest, safest, nicest, quietest budget hotel. Staff were wonderful. 10/10 recommended.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a couple years, I was impressed. Everything was comfortable and the toiletry amenities were great. Only con is you can hear people walking, flushing toilets, and doors closing all night.

We stayed there 2X in 7 days. The beds are comfortable and the noise level very low. The free breakfast on the other hand is completely disappointing with 3 small crockpots; powdered eggs, sausage links, and gravy; biscuits are cold in a cookie jar and as dense as a brick. Go somewhere else if the breakfast is important to you; we went elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. It had updated furniture. It was very quiet there. We didn't hear traffic or other guests. I can't vouch for the breakfast because we choose not to have a meal at the hotels but I did see coffee and a variety of teas.

Room was adequate and filled our needs. (refrigerator) The breakfast was disappointing. 830 am on a Sunday they were out of waffle mix and said they weren't going to make more. The English muffins (instead of waffle) were frozen.

Reservations was very helpful as I had to change several times before our actual stay. Easily located and near restaurants and State XC course. Good price for our family to be able to stay. Not a fan of the mattress at all. Very lumpy. Both my wife and I did not sleep well. Room was big with couch/living room area. If room was reconfigured it would be nice to have more space between bed and desk. With a chair at the desk it was constantly in the way from the room and beds to door or bathroom. We ended up moving it into the β€œliving room” area.

Very safe and attractive building and grounds. Easy parking in the front desk staff pleasant and helpful. This is a fine motel with a full breakfast line. Slept like babies.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff is super nice. Bonus - they had Van's gluten free waffles for breakfast on request. GF is so hard to find at hotels with Continental breakfasts. My daughter was able to eat this morning.

Extremely clean and exceptionally kept up property! Hotel was quiet, comfortable and loved the lobby coffee and welcome cookies. It was a great place for our quick overnight stop while in town for a college visit. Large room fridge, comfortable beds and nice breakfast offering that was also so well kept up and clean. They had a small bar area we saw with $3.00 beers, unfortunately it was closed when we arrived at midnight. Will definitely stay again while in town.

We stayed a total of 3 nights while in town and it was pretty good. When we first got there the heat in our room was on and it was horribly hot in our room, like so hot everything was warm to the touch. Once we were able to cool off the room it was enjoyable. Did not enjoy that breakfast went until 9am only. One morning we wanted to sleep in a little later but also wanted breakfast and accidently missed breakfast. Other than that it was a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay.

The Cobble Stone Inn was a great experience. I traveled through the area on business and checked in late. The staff was very kind and friendly when I arrived and very nice about the late check in. I had a room just off the lobby. It was quiet, updated, and extremely clean. The bedding was new and in perfect condition and extremely comfortable. The shower was updated and had great water pressure. There was a flat screen and coffee provided in the room. Another little detail was that they had gluten free bread at breakfast!! That was such a nice surprise for me because I have a wheat allergy and this is pretty rare in free hotel breakfasts. There was plenty of parking that was easily accessible and the hotel itself was close to several restaurants. I had a wonder experience and I will certainly be back!

From the moment you walk through the door the lobby is very welcoming. The front desk staff are wonderful.. I have stayed here at least six different visits, each visit is five nights. Libby and all of the staff are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff make sure rooms have enough towels , etc. I feel this is the best hotel in Fort Dodge, and it is affordable which is rare these days! Thank you for another great experience we had during our visit 2 months ago.

I stayed here for two weeks for work. I looked this place up before I got there, and I was amazed at what I saw and how my experience was. First of all, the workers were kind and professional. My room was very clean, and the free breakfast was great! Best of all, there were complimentary in-house baked cookies, as well as packets of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby. There was nothing wrong, AT ALL, with my stay. Everything was amazing!
