My husband and I went for lunch today. Nearly $34.00 later we got 2 regular bowls, a soft drink and an egg roll. Took 20 mins to get our food. My husband had to end up going to the counter to ask about our food because people after us were getting their food and we weren’t. When he got up to the counter, our food was sitting on the counter. They said “our names got crossed out” whatever that means. The food is made fresh, the veggies are so good, and whatever sauce that is on the table with no label on it, was delicious. However, my noodles under my meat and veggies were so sticky and dry. I took a bite and just couldn’t eat them. I ended up taking my veggies and meat out of the bowl and eating them off my lid. My husbands “fried rice” was like a mix between white and brown rice and was mushy underneath his meat and veggies as well. Unless I have some great coupons, I won’t be going back. I’m not much of a frugal person but this wouldn’t even be on my top 5 places to eat in Fort Dodge.

Wanted to try this as we're huge fans of Panda Express and Hy-Vee Chinese. Got there, looked over the menu and ordered 2 bowl combos, filled out drinks and stepped to the side. 35 minutes went by until they called our order. She pulled it off the online order shelf so I have no idea how long it'd been sitting there. Numerous people had gotten orders, other tables had gotten 1 order with the other people still waiting. Checked the food for warmth before I walked out. It was somewhat warm so I just left because I was frustrated. Take the bowls out once I got to the car and everything was covered in a sticky sauce and black charred crumbs. Assuming the person dishing up orders hadn't changed their gloves recently. Went back in to ask for new bowls and 2 other people we're also having issues so I just left and said never again. Once we got to the food, my salmon was dry as cardboard, veggies were bland, egg rolls were flavorless with a very odd texture and not crispy whatsoever, and my wife's rice was a soggy gooey clump of wet fried rice. I'm willing to give places another chance but this place is a disaster. Worst dining experience I've had in a long time.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Must be a whole bunch of picky eaters, or maybe they just don’t like this type of food. The food here is AMAZING. I don’t mind waiting, it is a new restaurant and a lot of people are wanting to try it right now. Maybe that’s also part of the reason for some bad experiences? When things are super busy things do get messed up sometimes. That being said I don’t feel like the wait was that long. Also I would assume since it just opened there’s new employees who are learning. I will eat here over and over again! Like I said the food is AMAZING!!!

We ordered online for pick up. The food was very good, and the portions were a decent size! The staff was kind and even called to ask about a substitution.

Extremely good food!! I loved it my 1st time ordering. (Online) my husband went and picked up and eventhough they were busy it wasn't long til my husband had our food! Hot and ready!! He told me about the inside and how coworkers were helpful to one another and the manager was awesome and helped my husband throughout.

We had waited to try this place to make sure everything was running smoothly first. Unfortunately that strategy did not serve us any justice. The amount of rice you get is so huge in comparison to the meat and veggie portions. This wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't SUCH A LACK OF SAUCE. There should be no reason why everything is dry as a dessert. I'm not sure who is running this place however each sauce should be able to be differentiated from each other. My boyfriend ordered the orange chicken and couldn't taste the orange flavor at all. His solution to this was drinking an orange crush soda. It is clear they are not washing the pans after each dish is cooked due to the overwhelming burnt flavor and black bits all over the food. The crab ragoons we're hard as a rock and under seasoned. For two dishes and one four piece crab ragoon our total was $31. Not returning unless things improve.

This was a surprise for us. We stopped and the first thing to note is the restaurant is clean. The menu is also easy to navigate with special dietary options labeled. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and it was delicious. The rice did seem a bit overdone but honestly I would eat it again. The young man at the counter was polite and answered our questions with care.

My husband and I ordered delivery. He got a teriyaki chicken bowl and I got a spicy orange chicken bowl. Will not eat their food again. Fried rice was overcooked and flavorless. The chicken was tolerable. Crab Rangoon was absolutely nasty....total waste

SUPER friendly staff, very helpful if it's your first visit. Food is served hot, the super hot sauce is not terribly hot, very good flavor. The large bowl looks small, but It took me 4 tries throughout the day to finish it. Noodles are top tier.

Very small portion of chicken considering I ordered a large bowl. Also, at least half of the white rice in my bowl is hard and not really enjoyable to eat. Definitely not the best Teriyaki Madness location I’ve ever eaten at.

Food is really good I get the spicy chicken bowl with noodles well marinated chicken sauce is really good. A little pricey but comparable to any decent teriyaki place. A nice healthy option in FT Dodge depending on how you order.

food wasn't that bad, but all of the fountain drinks had no flavor in them so you were essentially getting sparkling water in different colors, except for the lemonade was the only one that had flavor, they also had brisk tea, which also had no flavor and was at room temperature. and on top of all of that, with their drink lids if you tip them so water gos to the brim it spills out of the cup, making the lids completely usless.

After a long day, and ending up being stranded overnight, Teriyaki Madness in Fort Dodge, Iowa came through for a evening meal. Have never eaten here, but would definitely recommend. My wife had the Teriyaki Chicken and fried rice and I had the Orange Chicken with noodles. Add in the vegetables and both were amazing. I did have it delivered which added to the cost, but the price of the meal was in line with what I was thinking. The delivery driver was helpful in explaining why it took so long, from orders, to some issues with google maps not being able to locate the delivery address. Was not a big deal to us, and was a good meal to end a long rough day.

Food is ok. Definitely is hot when it came out. Prices are outrageous spent close to 40 dollars for two people I would rather go to a sit down restaurant and spend that kind of money then for fast food if you call it fast food took close to 20 minutes for it to come out. Menu does not say there is an additional charge for fried rice. Radio station that is being played is from Missouri not Iowa. Durian your time there the alert for severe weather kept going off on the radio. Had all the customers confused about what was going on when the weather was sunny and the news stations in the area said nothing about storms coming.

First time trying Teriyaki, just got a simple orange chicken and noodle bowl. It was pretty good, only thing though it did have too much extra sauce. Other than that food good, service was great and clean. Overall pretty good, but little pricey.

It was a nice and calm environment with really fast service. The staff was really kind and considerate. Really good food too. Fills you up better than Hy-Vee ever did ♥️

Small little lunch spot, especially if you're doing laundry next door. Service was good and accommodating to children. Hated the music but to be expected in Iowa I suppose.

I placed an online order for pick-up and it was ready to go when I arrived about 10 minutes later. I got the chicken katsu and the panko-breaded chicken was crispy on the outside and not greasy. I didn't like the katsu sauce, but that's just my opinion. The noodles were cooked just right and the vegetables were broccoli florets, sliced zucchini, cabbage and shredded carrots, also not over or under-cooked. I'd say this food was just mediocre...not really bad, but nothing to rave about. The vegetables aren't stir-fried in any type of sauce and they're pretty bland. Just plain steamed vegetables. I probably won't go back.

Went on 11/06/22 with my family. Service was good, food came out fairly quickly. It is a little pricey, but it was soo good. I asked them to make my chicken “mad spicy” and it definitely had a kick to it. Eggrolls and crab rangoons were great. My daughter loved the chopstick/fork, that made it easier for her to use chopsticks. Lobby and mens room were clean. 5/5 would recommend, will return.

OMG, this is my new favorite place to grab some food in Fort Dodge! It was great, made from fresh ingredients from what I could tell and the eggs rolls, A++++!!. So glad to have them here. Spicy chicken bowl with veggies did not disappoint!

First, last and only time. The food was very disappointing, the teriyaki steak tasted like it was swimming in soy sauce, no sweetness at all. Both my veggies and yakisoba noodles were undercooked. The spicy chicken was like rubber. The brown rice was overcooked. We didn't even finish, ended up throwing away the food. If 0 stars were an option I would use it for this place.

First time we've ordered from there, didn't know there was a pickup window for online take out orders. Was not greeted or even acknowledged. Food was pretty good but very overpriced considering portion sizes

Clean, fresh facility. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The five star review goes mostly to the staff: The staff were champs and were doing their best to keep up with a rush of people since it was opening weekend. They were all working so hard and had great attitudes even though they had to be tired!
