What a great place to "winterize!" Not only for boots but for related apparel such as parkas, vests, sweatshirts, snow suits, hats, gloves and an array of other necessities you could use when the season changes to the utmost in cold! And the kind, people-oriented sales people in this store are very knowledgeable about the products -- how they fit in with the winter scheme to help keep you warm. Of course, the store also offers a wide selection of shoes such as sneakers . . . AND it also offers a sense of "community" as it's popular for holding fitness events during non-winter months! So I highly recommend this business for its offerings beyond your basic shoe store . . . it super fits in with the pulse of the community! -- Ian 🙂

Love this particular store. The employees are very friendly and know their stuff. They readily answer any questions, provide the pros and cons of the shoes, and do not push for a purchase. I find that they listen closely to what my needs are and offer potential solutions for me, not generalizations. They share what has worked for others to help guide and understand that each person is different.

This is a great, classic, full-service shoe store. They have multiple widths instead of trying to cram everybody into a medium. They have half sizes even up in the larger sizes. They have trained sales support. I would say you should never buy your work shoes anywhere else.

In the time I've spent shopping there over the last few years, I have never left dissatisfied. The staff has always been helpful and understanding, and offering to order whatever shoe you need if it's out of stock. Would always recommend coming here.

I purchased a pair boots for work a month ago from here, unfortunately they hurt my feet. With that being said i stopped back aging and found another pair that helped tremendously and they took my other pair back for credit on the new pair. Fantastic customer service and quality boots. Mike

Staff seems knowledgable and helpful. Only downside of this location is that nobody seems to know the timetable of getting work boots repaired. Took a pair in after being told it was only going to take two to three weeks and it's been almost two months since I've taken them in. Great place to buy work boots and other shoes because of their variety. But I would recommend avoiding their boot repair program.

Renovations were going on when my daughter and I were in, both of us purchasing 2 pair of discounted shoes. The young man helping us was ept at his work, even answering questions regarding completions of renovations. Warm and welcoming atmosphere! Thank you, Brown's for taking care of needs and more.
