Michelle is an excellent professional. The spa is very clean and the customer service is impeccable. Michelle goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of that customers. She makes you fell comfortable and at ease when providing the waxing service. The quality of the wax she uses top of the line. She also pays attention to details and has a technique that hardly hurts. I would 100% recommend her services.
