I've been going to Dr Cunningham for about 4 years. Dr Cunningham is a good dentist and the dental hygienists and technical staff are very competent and very personable. However for the past 4 years the people at the front desk have been consistently short, rude and very difficult to help accommodate me- even in an emergency. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with them when there are plenty of friendly good dentist offices in the immediate area. It took me 3 minutes after getting off of the phone with Dr Cunningham's office to find another excellent dentist that got me in that day!

Literally the worst experience of my life. The guy at the front desk who answers the phone is a living nightmare, such a cruel, grumpy, evil man. The first time I tried to call and schedule in a painful extraction, he never conveyed to the dentist what I was there for. Though I discussed it with the dentist while I was there, to confirm after my appointment (mind you it is his job literally to confirm these types of questions) I asked him if I was getting the 1 or 3 teeth extracted at once, he was beyond rude, told me it was my job to have discussed that with the dentist and not his... then told me I guess I’ll find out the day of my appointment. I wanted to switch dentists and have my X-Rays from him which I paid for, he refused to send them to the other dentist and wanted to charge me a no show fee in exchange for my X-Rays which is illegal! He literally refused to send my x-rays what a thief, I paid for those and am entitled to them!

I previously posted a good review. Unfortunately, today I have to retract it. When I tried to inform the dentist, in person, about a mishandling of scheduling by a person on his staff, I was confronted by a very unprofessional and severe case of anger management issues. You would think that any medical professional is conscientious of their duty to at least hear what the patient is trying to say. You would expect the same from any civil person. Making presumptions in advance and cutting the patient off with aggressive interrogations instead of actually listening fairly is uncalled for. Turns out, you never really know what lurks inside a person until you see the monster reveal itself in an irrational episode of rage.

Dr. Cunningham and his staff are very capable and very personable are you feel you can talk with them about any issues you may have with your dental care and they will solve your issue

I think the world of Dr. Cunningham and his staff. I get great care and excellent service. In the past, I have encountered the gruff person at the front desk, but he no longer works there now.

Horrible had veneers years ago by him. Awful liar they didn't last 6 years still have issues need full set top teeth bottom partial cost outrageous

I've been seeing Dr Cunningham for 11 years and have had nothing but the best of care. Any concerns you have he will carefully discuss with you and not just dismiss them in a hurry. His office is up to date. His staff is caring, professional, friendly and even funny. I highly recommend.

Smart, gentle, kind and meticulous.
