Easy to park at and great food !! I had the Prime rib Steak (medium) with shrimp grilled on the barbie and fries. Had a 2X beer and the service was outstanding, my waiter was Ritchie ( good service). Looking forward to stop by next week !!

I don’t know what it was but my food tasted absolutely bland… I ordered the steak and coconut shrimp and sweet potatoes…Although the shrimp was good the sauce that it came with everything else was not flavorful.. The seven dollar margarita is a scam !! As if I was drinking juice there was little to no alcohol in there I was better off drinking a glass of wine instead… I even asked the waiter is it worth it lol ….It was pretty expensive too I paid $35 I don’t mind spending that much money on a plate of food but I need to enjoy my food and reminisce and think about it even the next day so I was unsatisfied. Ambience was nice though.

Although we were greeted at the door by a somewhat disagreeable host who was very aloof and did not smile, we were thankful to get a server, Allie, who really made the meal. This location has quite a mixed set of reviews but overall the food is excellent as well. The sirloin steak was top notch and the coconut shrimp was five star. Everything went seamlessly… However, I think this is mainly due to the professionalism and upbeat personality of our server. A restaurant is nothing more than its staff if the food is equally as good as other venues. Outback at this location seems to be improving and we will return.

Definitely worth visiting the new location of Outback which moved from Federal and Cypress close to Imperial Pt Hospital. The new decor is modern, spacious with an open layout. The bar us guge and wrll stocked, nice for a TGIF after work hangout. The service has definitely improved, all servers were smiling, friendly and provided great customer service. The food is great value and taste for a corporate steakhouse. The manager visited my table was very polite and I feel awful I lost the paper she wrote her name on for me...my sincerest apologies.

Service was absolutely terrible! . I would have never go back to this location. Food was average, and server was disastrous. My food came wrong many times, late, cold, not as I ordered it. The whole thing was a mess. Went for lunch at 3 pm, the place was kinda empty. No excuses. Terrible

Victoria our server was pleasant attentive and really made our trip awesome. We had a party of 4 and the service was greatly appreciated the food was very tasty and done perfectly.

Made the mistake of ordering delivery on Sunday, July 17th. I got an way overcooked Blooming onion. I also ordered an steak with 2 sides. The steak was ok. The sides: The loaded potato with "everything " was, well just a salt crusted potato with so much salt in it that made it inedible. A sweet potato accompanied witha a tiny container filled up to a quarter with butter and cinnamon. Adding the little bread to the order is always nice, except that there was no butter. I should have taken more pictures. I am positive that if someone from Outback HQ received such order would have something to say about it. Not ordering ever again from this location.

Great food, but the portions seemed a little small to me. See for yourself. For a $22 steak and shrimp entree with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, I thought it would have a little more. It tasted wonderful though.

Enjoyed some appetizers and a drink after flying in for the evening before a cruise. Staff was friendly and large appetizers.

WOW isn’t even enough for the experience i had there! I went to outback with my family and friends and Kayla took care of us and she was amazing! She made the experience for us very nice, she was very understanding, and extremely accommodating! Wonderful Job Kayla! When we come back she’ll definitely be taking care of us again !!! Tonight, unfortunately our dinner service wasn't great. Sides were forgotten, we couldn't find our server to refill our empty drinks and 2 out of 3 steaks ordered were not good. We had to get the attention of three different employees before finally having our swrver sent to our table My friends did not take more than a couple of bites of of their sirloin steaks. (I ordered the ribeye which was great.) The saving grace was the manager, Mike; he handled the situation expertly and we left feeling much better about the overall experience thanks to him.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kayla at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, she made my dining experience exceptional. Kayla's friendly and attentive service truly stood out. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured our orders were perfect. Her warm and welcoming demeanor added to the enjoyment of our meal. I highly recommend dining at Outback and requesting Kayla as your server for a top-notch experience.

We got seated and waited a long while before our server came to the table. It was apparent they were very busy and most definitely under staffed. Our server was very nice, friendly and apologetic. It took forever to get our drinks even water. Several of us had the blue cheese chopped salad and it was soggy and had way too much dressing on it. But we were starving and knew it would take forever to get it remade. Steak was ordered medium well and we got medium rare. Couldn’t eat it. Server was kind and took it off our bill. Alice springs chicken was over seasoned and dry, it was missing the honey mustard sauce. I can say the bread and butter were good! All around not a good meal! They need to improve on the food and service.

I came to eat, I ordered a pasta without shrimp, only with steak, the first meat was very very spicy, I didn't understand why then I asked them to change it and they brought me a smaller portion than the one I had, the restaurant was empty, no one inside and bad service. The manager was very kind and took care of me and apologized but they should be more delicate in the kitchen.

We came out for a girl's dinner and were unfortunately seriously underwhelmed by the experience. The steaks were mediocre at best. The service was very slow which was frustrating. That being said the manager, Mike, was quick to assist us. He saved the evening from being a total loss. We will give them another chance since the blooming onion and the sides were good though very heavy on the salt.

The fried ribs are no longer on the menu :( Great location, minutes from the beach and shopping. The food was awesome, but I don't think our waiter wanted to come into work today. Nevertheless, it is one of my fav spots, and we look forward to returning. Drinks: Boomrita Appetizer: Kookaburra Wings w/Buffalo sauce on the side Entrée: Alice Spring chicken & The outback burger w bacon.

The food is great. The price for 1 steak and baked potato a bit much. The shrimp are delicious. The children's dishes, sufficient and good.👍😋

Service was very good with attention and follow-up. We were a large crowd with eat sitting availability. The place is well maintained and clean. Food quality is average with no highlights to call out.

I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ Outback Steakhouse! There's something on the menu for every palate; And, eating their food will make you feel like there's a party in your mouth 😋👍🎉🥳....delicious! From their coconut shrimp, to their mouthwatering steaks, and let's not forget, the soft, warm brown bread! So Good 💯💯💯! The manager at the 17th causeway location, is super friendly and he makes you feel relaxed and welcomed!!💯. And, from the little bit that I was able to observe, he's one of the few managers I've encountered, that actually knows how to "manage." I was very satisfied, and will definitely order again!

I ordered a 16 Oz prime rib Rare .My friend ordered a 12 Oz med rare Prime rib . When they came out they were switched .When the manager came to the table he took the 12 Oz prime rib back to the kitchen to weigh it .He came back and told us that it weighed 14 Oz. I explained that the problem was that my 16 Oz was too done for me and my friends was too rare for her .He told us to switch plates and he would charge us for 2 12 OZ Prime ribs .He didn't and we didn't want to do that .I wanted what I ordered. We absolutely will never return. BTW we used to go once a month .Awful management.

Gracious and friendly hostess. Friendly and efficient server. Both he and the hostess checked on me to make sure everything was okay and did so in a non intrusive manner. Rib eye steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. Great seasoning. Didn't even need steak sauce. Dinner salad had plenty of blue cheese dressing. And bread soft and warm and satisfying. A really great meal experience and I certainly will be back there!

I have ordered twice from them online and both times it has been cancelled. Their food is great when they are willing to provide it. But it's extremely frustrating if you order online. I'm not sure why my money is less appealing just because I'm not standing there.

I read other reviews that the food and experience were great . I have to unfortunately tell you that our food and experience were really bad . From the time we entered the restaurant the staff at the door was unprofessional looked as she didn’t want to be there or just didn’t care to deal with people. They ran out of coconut shrimp. Had to ask for water and our drinks several times and took forever. The soups were cold returned them twice and still came back cold . Asked for a sirloin medium well came out rare , sent it back and it came back charred and still red . Service was really poor , maybe just a bad night but nights like that can have an impact on business.

Came out to outback to enjoy a date night with my daughter. Logan provided excellent service to our table and gave us great recommendations. Everything came out in a timely manner. Steven, I believe is a manager walked around and checked on all the tables. Stopped at ours to make sure everything we ordered was to our liking and it made our dining experience a little extra personnel. 5 stars to Logan and Steven, keep up the great work

The food was good as always but the waiter was serving 1 2 many tables and he wasn't doing it well. I wanted desserts but since the waiter was so busy and taking long for even the refills I skipped desserts. My alcoholic beverage had 0 alcohol in it lol. But other then that everything was great

Incredible experience!!! The food was very good, the ambiance was pleasant. However, I must mention that the waitress Christina was superb. Attention to detail to its finest, she made us feel as though we were at a five star fine dining Michelin star restaurant. Will go again but must be served by this young lady.

We had a great dinner the steaks were cooked perfectly to order. The server, Brianna was kind, very attentive and made our night even more special. I really appreciate when some one goes above and beyond to make my experience excellent. The food was much better than I expected and we will be coming back!

We love Outback and try to go to a new one whenever we travel. The food was on point but the best part was our server Kristen. She was amazing. Best personality ever. She was the absolute BEST at her job. I highly recommend this location and ask for her section.

I loved this place. I walked in and the host was very friendly, she had a big smile and attended to me quickly. The service and the food was great! I enjoyed every part of this visit. I even had the manager Ben walk by and check on my table. He was very positive and friendly. I recommend visiting this outback.
