Another fabulous stay at Villa Venezia! I love this small boutique set of villas ! It’s my third stay and I can’t say enough about it. Location. Water view. Beds. Pool overlooking the canal. Cozy. Safe. Homey. Wonderful staff. It’s truly a gem. My favorite place in Fort Lauderdale ❤️

Wonderful little slice of paradise in a great location! Super friendly and accommodating people! We loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer! Definitely our go to spot when visiting Fort Lauderdale again.

A beautiful location and a comfortable little suite made me want to return. Andrea is a great host, and she made me feel welcome and looked after. Easy access to everything- beach one way, Las Olas Blvd the other, all walking distance.

Lovely accommodation. This is our second stay at Villa Venezia and it was just as good as the first time. The apartments have everything you need and more. The hosts are great too, ensuring everything we requested was in our apartment on arrival. For some the apartments may be a bit far from the beach or las olas, but we think they are perfectly situated between both and enjoy the short stroll to either (only 25 mins to the beach and about 20 mins to the near end of las olas). We'll definitely be back again.

Very positive experience. Late September is not high season, and perhaps this helped. However, the apartment was delightful and did not lack any comfort. Parking is included, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The area is nice, not very close to the beach or the center. If you love walking there is no problem otherwise you should know that when staying in this area you will have to use transport to get around.

Staff very helpful. Room was small but lovely and clean with lots of windows. I felt like the management had gone out of their way to make guest comfortable. Lovely seating overlooking the water and boats. Even a large seating area for dining and barbecue. This hotel felt like a step back in time. Soon these small places in residential neighborhoods will not exist. Loved the free parking.

Hands down, one of the best places I've ever booked for a vacation! From arrival to departure, everything was incredible. The property is extremely well-kept, and the pool also gets great sun for most of the day. The staff (and especially the owner Andrea) went out of their way to ensure comfort and peace during the stay, and really made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a clean, large, beautiful room with immaculate views of the pool and canals. (The room was even better than the photos they had online - and that usually never happens!) Though we only stayed for 2 nights, we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

WOW!!! This is a lovely small hotel on one of the Las Olas Isles. The staff were all ultra friendly and helpful. The neighborhood cat that paid a visit to our balcony several times was very friendly too. We got a free upgrade to the biggest apartment in the hotel - 2 bed, 2 bath, with a wrap-around balcony and HUGE. And it was fully equipped. Even had a tea kettle. It was upstairs too so we had a great view of the canal, the pool and the moored boats. It was so nice, it was great to just hang there and chill, but it was also close enough to downtown to walk to even on a summer evening. Parking in downtown Fort Lauderdale is expensive so when we didn't want to walk there we got the free LauderGo Micro Mover electric taxi service which runs until 8pm. When the service wasn't available we got a Lyft ride back from the top of Las Olas for $6 which was much less than parking would have been for the four hours we were there. We chose this place because it got 4.9 on Google Maps which was much better than a lot of similarly priced large waterfront hotels. We loved it, like really loved it and will definitely return.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the cleanliness was spot on, we had our own little appartment by the pool with a full kitchen. There is a BBQ outside that guests can use. The place is small so the number of other guests is limited which makes it perfect for people looking for relaxation. Parking is just a couple steps away from the rooms in front of the building. The youg lady at the frontdesk was just so nice, accommodating and radiant. We will come again for sure but this time for a longer stay!

We were so impressed with everything at this hotel. The room we stayed in had been remodeled compared to pictures online so that was a nice surprise! The location is great, we rented a car but my fiancé and I were able to walk to restaurants on Las Olas Blvd. A staff member mixed up rooms and mistakenly knocked on our door one of the mornings and woke us up (which didn’t even bother us) but they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as an apology - so sweet of them! We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if we come back to Fort Lauderdale :)

This is a highly rated villa and with good reasons. Reception: great people and demeanour towards guests, they know what you need and will not fail to provide it. Cleanliness: exceptional Decor: amazing taste for colours and where to arrange them, great attention to details Parking: free! A hidden gem on a little island with great view and soothing songs of a bayou. Don’t forget repellant, sunscreen and to check-in before 3pm. Special thanks to Oksana and Andrea, such a pleasere to meet you both in person. Thank you for all the info you shared with us, we appreciate it :)

Wonderfully charming hotel in a beautiful location. The water views, perfect swimming pool, and lush gardens truly made us feel like we were at someplace very special. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and generous. We plan on returning soon so we can enjoy another amazing stay.

First, let’s talk about this beautiful place. This a true hidden gem, a diamond in the rough. I love how it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. Beautiful view of the bay. It has a pool. The rooms had really cool themes. Mine was the south beach theme. Although we got there a little late after the check in times, Oksana was able to check us in. She was really awesome and able to give us a late check out so that we could experience more of Fort Lauderdale. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. They even had bathrobes for us AND a freaking fishing rod to go fishing. The only thing I didn’t like was the little geckos but that was out of the hotels control. Also they have a really cool green iguana roaming around. We were also minutes away from amazing restaurants, about 20 minutes from Seminole Hard Rock Casino and the airport. My wife and I love the place and will DEFINITELY come back. I highly recommend you all to go to this place. I guarantee you’ll love it. Big thanks to Oksana and the hotel for allowing us to stay there! You guys are awesome!

You can stop your search for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. My sister and I stayed here in early June and we loved it. The rooms are large and very clean, the hotel itself is charming and has beautiful gardens. The pool is small but it was perfect for us. There is a lovely outdoor table where we had dinner one night. Andrea was the hostess and she was amazing. It is a great location between the beach and downtown. Note, it is very quiet here, which we loved, but it is not a party place. We will absolutely be back!

Andrea and Diego are friendly, courteous, professional and very attentive to everyone’s needs. I’m blessed to have met them. I was treated more like a friend at a tropical paradise. Accommodations and services are excellent! Villas were very clean. Location is in the heart of Las Olas close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one.

Excellent small boutique hotel in a convenient location between Las Olas and the beach. Great spacious apartment, easy parking and friendly staff. One of our most enjoyable stays in Fort Lauderdale in a long time.

Villa Venezia provided a fantastic experience for my daughter and I. The staff literally could not have been nicer to us. The room was comfortable, the grounds were pretty, and the pool area was clean and very enjoyable. We had direct contact with a staff member each time we called, even prior to arrival. The street and waterway surrounding the hotel was beautiful, and you can walk to the ocean and to all that Las Olas Blvd has to offer. This hotel is #1 on Tripadvisor in Fort Lauderdale, and it definitely lived up to those expectations. Thank you Diego!

Villa Venezia is the perfect solution to your short or long term vacation needs, a wonderful, quiet facility. Well maintained, we felt very safe and were happy we chose to stay at the Villa Venezia, this is our second stay at Villa Venezia, I think our first was in 2018. The Villa is located about 1.2 miles from the beach and about 1.2 miles for Las Olas Boulevard, very walk able to the beach and Las Olas Boulevard shops, restaurants, bars. If you stay on the beach the walk to Las Olas Boulevard can be about 2 + miles. The location is very quiet as compared to staying at or near the beach. Villa Venezia is exceptionally clean, exceptionally well managed and accommodating. The manager, Andrea, is on site if you have any needs. For longer term stays you can adjust your room cleaning services. The available accommodations, are one bedroom, two bedroom and rooms without bedrooms, we stayed in a one bedroom and the size was good for our one month vacation. At the front of Villa Venezia is a street view, at the rear is a water or canal view. The canal view is very quiet, only one time did we hear any loud sounds from boats passing on the canal outside of our room. Also provided is a wonderful, clean, heated pool at the rear of the main building, lots of chairs are available. Near the pool is an area where guests can grille using a gas grille. Accommodations in our room included a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and oven. Our room had a separate bedroom with a bathroom off the bedroom. Also provided was cable television. There is a dining area, at least in our room. If you need details on your room choice check with Andrea, the owner. The manager, Andrea, is wonderful, on site, always super accommodating, a great host and very responsive to any needs. Ours was a perfect, extraordinary one month stay, we have already reserved our same room for next year.

I had 2 nights at this fantastic hotel with a special view and amazing atmosphere. It has been one of the best choice of my vacation time. Clean and super recommended. Thanks to Andrea for the kindness. Next time I will be in Fort Lauderdale I will come back!

What a charming little gem! Exactly as pictured on line. Even in the small room we had, we felt it was spacious enough. It even had a walk in closet! Fantastic location on a super quiet street off of Las Olas on one I'd the canals.

Fantastic find. Cozy and well kept. Love the interior space as well. Our unit was basically a 1 bed apartment with a view of the water. Andrea was very accommodating and lovely to interact with. The hotel is 10 mins from the beach, food and everything else. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Had an awesome week-long stay at Villa Venezia. The hotel is very well maintained and everything works just fine. Found it to be very charming and the view of the channel from the room balcony was very relaxing. My room had a living room separate from the bedroom and also a full size working kitchen which was very helpful. The hotel also provided a dedicated parking space for my rental car which was quite helpful. The location is awesome, just a 10 minute walk away from Las Olas Boulevard and a quick ride to most attractions in Fort Lauderdale. Only downside was the bed which kind of had a “pothole” in the mattress, which made my back hurt a bit. Not a big deal, though. Would definitely stay again, if the price is right.
