I just order pay $18 for my burger they forgot to give me the cheese on my fried that I was charge extra for and I also asked for avocado for mu burguer and nothing. I try to call to complain but they didn’t pick up and I was already home didn’t want to drive all the way there again

Great burgers!! First time visiting this location, excellent burgers always wanted to visit this location since there is so many stores around it as well. Very clean and neat, food was also prepared very fast, we got our food within 10 minutes.

My first time eating here the cashier was rude and worthless absolutely no personality. The server was great explaining the set up the burger was so good and it's worth the price. I appreciate the reply from owner maybe have your cashier explain the set up to people that haven't been there before. First impression last if the first person you come in contact with is non responsive you assume the whole place shares the same values the server and a guy cleaning tables made up for her attitude I will return in the future for sure haven't had a burger that good in a while

I was in the area on vacation with my family and we decided to go to Shake Shack as it is one of our favorite places to eat. This location is absolutely terrible. Being a huge fan of founder Danny Meyer, I’ve read a lot of his work and I know he’d be appalled if he were to visit this location. We walked in and nobody greeted us. We stood there for probably a full 3-5 minutes and multiple people spotted us through the window from the kitchen but couldn’t be bothered to come out and even acknowledge that we were there. Once someone finally came out, she acted like she would rather be anywhere else than work. I felt like we were a burden. The food took forever to come out. I appreciate the Shake Shack has fresh made food but I’ve visited many locations and never had my meal take as long as it did at this location. There was only a handful people dining there so I’m not entirely sure the reason for the wait. The burger was overcooked and dry and had hardly any sauce on it. It definitely wasn’t the quality I had come to expect from Shake Shack. I love Shake Shack. If you haven’t been, I’d highly recommend going. I’d just make sure to avoid this location!

The burgers are Sooo Good. If they had better straws i would give it 5 stars... burgers and fries are delicious, I personally don't like the shack sauce but my bf does, we always get double burgers and share a fries and bring our own drinks and have car dates lol. We tried the shakes once and it was the only bad experience but only because the straws break so easily. The strawberry Shake was good, my bf had the chocolate which he loved but it was too rich for my taste. I'm more of a wendys frosty type of chocolate lover lol. I never thought I would say it, but the paper straws everyone hated from McDonald's was better than the straws they give you here. We couldn't even drink our shakes from them. Give them a try tho. I def recommend the burgers.. double if you like meat and the fries are nice. Ask for ketchup if you need it, and ENJOY, because we sure do, like Every other week.

Simply delicious! We are not from USA so everytime we come to USA. It is a must! Love the shack burger and their signature fries with cheese. Oh! Don’t forget to order the milkshake! It has lots of calories but it’s still worth it!

Pleasantly stumbled upon the Shake Shack and was please to see that the serves was quick and fast. Our Cashier walked us to our seat and within 5 min she brought out our delicious burgers. A women who appeared to be a manger constantly check up on me and my husband to make sure we were doing well. What allowed the shake shack to earn these 5star, on my way out 3 gentlemen came in without their mask and instead of turning them away. The cashier respectfully provided them with a mask. Will definitely return.

The good: food was tasty, service was friendly, the place was clean! The not so good: again as to be expected with the pandemic, the service was very very slow. The food was warm , not hot and not cold. Overall it was a reasonably good experience. The manager was running food and helping at the register which was nice to see….. she cared.

This review is for the Shake Shack at the Ft Lauderdale Airport, managed via HMS Host only: Service and Quality -- I found both seriously lacking during a recent visit to the Shake Shack location at the Ft Lauderdale airport. Service – Order was taken quickly and accurately. However, once my order was placed, there were perhaps 5-10 orders called (via their names) within the next 2-3 minutes. THEN there was a lapse of perhaps 10 minutes or longer before ANY additional orders were called. All of us waiting, were becoming irritated & frustrated, myself included as the wait seemed excessive; considering how fast orders had been called just minutes ago. Quality (for the price) – Yes, I realize this is within an Airport, therefore I expect inflated pricing. But for Two Burgers (Shack singles) & Two Fries (no drinks), $25.34 seems excessive. Especially once I saw the burgers. While reasonably tasty, the burger size vs the price paid was not even close. Not much larger than a McDonald’s burger at more than Triple the price. EVERY item of food was hot and fresh. I frequent fast casual burger restaurants (unfortunately I have to settle for Burgerfi because there is no Shack close to me) and it’s rare to receive all food items still piping hot. Even the Boca Raton Shack sometimes misses the mark -last time I was there they skimped on the string onions and didn’t give me the truffle sauce that was supposed to come with my fries. Yesterday was my first time at the Ft. Lauderdale Shack and I met the operations manager and she must be doing something right for all the food to be so nice and hot and full of toppings. The only hiccup was that my nuggets only had 9 pieces (not 10) and she quickly rectified the situation (sorry I don’t remember her name). Also, this location is all glass windows facing west, the whole restaurant is a solarium. I avoid direct sunlight and if the one corner table had been taken I would have had to eat in my car. I suggest getting some shades! I know some might say Shake Shack is a little expensive but you’re paying for humane, antibiotic-free beef and other high quality ingredients. Totally worth it in my book. You can absolutely taste the quality.

Shhh....don't tell my gym friends that I eat here more often than I should. The manager of this Shake Shack is a amazing. She's a no-nonsense manager who hires really good people, sets expectations high and then makes sure her crew meets those standards. If you want to see how a good manager does her job, come check out this Shake Shack. Really she should be mentoring future managers for the company. Because of that stellar manager the staff her are top notch. They're friendly, efficient and courteous. They often remember the names of regular customers. They check in at tables to make sure customers are satisfied with the product and experience. The restaurant is always clean and the bathrooms are spotless. I'm not a fan of the new self-service kiosks, but if you ask a human will take your order with a smile. No one gets annoyed if you say you'd rather not use the computer screens. I've been to other Shake Shacks and this is the best.

We are regular customers to Shake Skack in locations in Florida and none of the location thank you before we had any issues with the food. However for this location specifically the cheeseburger was a fail. Not only my order but also for the group who was with me! Never recommend this place! Also The bathroom lack to toilet paper and toilet tissue cover seat! I am not going to that location again!

Delicious food! Always my first stop when i’m in town. The Avocado Bacon burger was amazing.

May go to place and friends come to town. I cover once a week and use the order the bacon avocado burger with fries. A 10 out of 10 experience.

I love this place. The food is great, and as well as the milkshakes. My favorite is their chocolate milkshake it has the right amount of sweetness were it’s not overheat sweet, it’s just right. The customer service is excellent. The manager is amazing. Always friendly and helping out. Going above and beyond. Definitely worth coming too.

This was a great Shake Shack location. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One of the associates helped to ensure a smooth experience at the self-serve kiosk, which made ordering easy. Another associate, Jarey, brought our orders in a timely manner, as well as an addition we made to our order mid-way through eating. He also took our finished trays away with a smile on his face when we were done. Overall, it was a pleasurable dining experience!

Not a big menu, but it's all done well! Their burgers and chicken sandwiches all have great flavor! I like it better than the sea of drive thru burger places!

The food is typically superb if you get to enjoy it on a timely basis. The service often matches it, but has frequent lapses (and when it’s bad, it’s really difficult to save a meal that is getting colder by the moment). Corporate needs to get with Hellmans to come up with mayo packets that humans can open more consistently (especially after touching one or more fries). The iPhone app is atrocious and caused severe stress while trying to order en route. So close to greatness but yet so far … but the burgers, the fries and the shakes are so doggone good when they’re good!

This was my first trip to a Shake Shack Restaurant. I've traveled extensively and have seen Shake Shack Restaurants in many locations; I just never took the opportunity to give them a try. I found Shake Shack to be refreshing and a great value. Our burgers were perfectly and quickly prepared to order. I requested added condiments and onions without additional charges. Overall, the restaurant was clean, well maintained, with professional staff. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Average burger and shake, at above average prices. Burger was cold and shake was melted by the time I was able to drive home (5 minutes). Cashier couldn't be bothered to take my order right away as she was too busy texting on her phone. Because Google asked be for the atmosphere it looks like a shipping crate on the inside

I finally had my first Shake Shack burger, fries, and Tarimasu milk shake. OMG, I was not disappointed. The people who worked there were friendly as well from the time I walked through the doors.

Waited 40 minutes in curbside for my order, had to go in and get my food. The app said to call the store if you have questions, called 3 times and nobody picked up. Obviously when I got my food it was cold and the milkshake was watery. For $20 it should have been perfect. Not worth it

Had the shack burger with fries and both were delicious. I think it is the best fast food I've had in a while, you simply cannot compare it to Chick-fil-A or McD. It is more or less the same price but the quality is far better. Everything on the menu is a la carte but the prices would be the same as a meal. You order at a counter and they have option for tip. Please DO tip your service industry workers! After the checkout, they give you a number and you can choose your seating. They have indoors and outdoors option. Space is very clean and bright. Also clean up after yourself, take the tray to the side station.

My first time at Shake Shack and I'm glad I came to this location. The manager had a delightful disposition and was very attentive. The food was also delicious. We had chicken bites and chicken sandwiches. Everything was great. Inside was also very clean and had alot of natural light which was a nice addition. I will definitely come back again.

Wasn't impressed...the food was ok, we've had better at same style restaurants, we had 1 Cheese burger, 1 smokestack burger and 1 chicken bites, all was good but not great or anything. Milkshake was to thick to sweet. Service was lame & bathrooms dirty. To me personally, not worth going back too.

First timer, i tried the mushroom burger which has cheese inside of the patty, fries and their strawberry shake. My husband tried the single patty cheese burger with the pomegranate fruit drink. The portions are small but honestly we dont eat heavy portions so we thought it was great. The flavors were amazing, the shake was so smooth and delicious. The fries seasoned well.

The food was ok. And my bigger issue was how messy and falling apart the burger was. I feel like I use to really enjoy shake shack but this visit wasn’t my favorite! I can say I definitely won’t be running back here any time soon
