I’ve used Flowers of Fort Lauderdale twice now; I loved what I ordered both times. I had something specific in mind & they knew exactly what I wanted. I am very picky & hate cheap looking arrangements. They even sent me photos before they were delivered. The flowers looked so elegant and were well worth the price. I highly recommend them and would 100% order from them again.

There folks are great! Friendly staff, clean and very helpful. My wife and I were heading to visit a friend in Miami and wanted something better than "grocery store flowers." I asked for pink roses and I received a phone call close to 5 PM. I was given a choice of white or yellow, neither of which my wife really likes. Helen was efficient, personable, and very nice. I only buy flowers from Flowers of Ft Lauderdale. Up to now, it had always been a good experience.

I am so impressed! I called at 3 pm with a last minute request for a before 4pm delivery (same day, 1 hour window). Not only was the employee so kind over the phone she fulfilled the delivery request even though it was an hour past their cut off time. I am so grateful! This is true customer service!

I’m from NJ and ordered flowers for a funeral service the day before the services. I got notifications of my order received, and my delivery made. My delivery was made on time as I was promised. It was such a smooth service. The only thing I’m unsure of is how the actual arrangement looked as I’m from New Jersey and this was for somebody in Florida but I’m sure everything was up to par. I had a great experience.

Bought some flowers online for my lovely mother and wanted them delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. No issues with delivery and I thought the arrangement looked beautiful just online, so I figured, "Okay. Hope these will do." My mom sent me a picture - the flowers and arrangement are absolutely stunning. Even more vibrant and elegant than the website picture and she said they smell amazing. Worth every penny. This is my second time using Flowers of Fort Lauderdale and once again they exceeded my expectations. They put together a second beautiful, tasteful, and thoughtful bouquet and delivered on time. The folks that have taken my orders, both times, guided me through the process in a way that made me feel included. They took some of my adjectives and spun it into an arrangement that delivered. AND they did it all over the phone. I'm not prone to leaving reviews (really, check my history) but I am so satisfied with them that I felt compelled.

I love their arrangements! I first ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, and love you so much that I decided to order flowers for my nieces birthday. I especially appreciate the ability to approve or reject an initial arrangement, and request modifications to that arrangement. I have not rejected an initial arrangement as of yet.

Ordered flowers over the phone giving the person full discretion over the design, this was for my wife birthday. When I went in I was visibly disappointed, they were very understanding and tried to make it right, still not satisfied they asked if I would allow them to redo the design, so happy I said yes. These people are amazing!! In hindsight I was possibly too vague....I wanted something as magnificent as my wife is... they completely captured everything she is... bright, bold and beautiful.... unlike my wife the flowers barely fit in my car. I love this place, they are my official florist for all things unique in ft Lauderdale.
