I have been a patient at Envision Eye Care with Dr. Pamela Ebmeier and Dr. Cheryl Ebmeier for over five years. Having been a patient at four other nearby eye care offices in as many years, it was certainly a relief to find Envision Eye Care. Dr. Pam and Dr. Cheryl are both wonderful doctors! They also have an excellent staff to assistant them. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I know that I am receiving the best eye care now than ever before.

Envision is really two doctors working in tandem to give you a higher level of examination. I was recommended to them by my friend Elizabeth, gave them a great reference. The atmosphere is very professional yet laid-back, and I really feel like they addressed all of my concerns and even found some things about my eyes that I could improve in terms of hygiene. Both doctors respected my medical history from my ophthalmologist and retina doctor, and did not try to duplicate any previous test performed. In addition, they respected my insurance and adhered to it, not trying to sell me anything I did not need. I am a very hard rater on Google, but this facility and the doctors deserves five stars. The service provided by both doctors and the front office staff is exceptional, professional, respectful and efficient.

I came with a problem with me contact lens and no appointment. My regular optometrist, Dr Pamela, was not in but her sister, Dr. Cheryl, saw me in the middle of her busy schedule. Her care and skill are fantastic and she took swift diagnosis and treatment of my complex problem besides being very nice and supportive. Now I can highly recommend both doctors at Envision as the best around. And don't forget the staff! They are all great

I was referred to Envision Eye Care from a friend who talked very highly about her experience. My teenage daughter refused to wear glasses so we were looking into getting her contacts. Everyone was very helpful from the first phone call. Dr Cheryl was informative, patient, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. My daughter has been very comfortable with everyone at the office and that she has worked with. I am so happy to have found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pam. I’ve been to some of the most well known doctors in SoFla to address my severe astigmatism and declinig eyesight. Dr.Pam was the ONLY doctor who took the time to really understand what was going on with my eyes. We tried many different lenses and she worked repeatedly with me to refine my script and select the best hybrid lenses for my unique situation. I feel comfortable driving at night now and can’t say enough good things about her, her staff and the exceptional service I have received over the last 10 years trusting my eyes with her. She answers all your questions and explains everything in any easy to understand manner. The office is a very attractive space the staff at Envision are very kind and caring.

Spectacular! They were able to get my daughter in same day for an eye issue. Dr. Pamela (and the entire staff) was so kind and caring for my 6-year old. I would highly recommend this office and team!

Only optometrist I will ever use! And since I'm so much older than the Ebmeiers sisters the hope is that they will be in business as long as I'm alive. With their level of quality suspect they will be in business as long as they want to be. I don't want to have to change offices and discover what will probably be inevitable...that no other office will ever come up to the standards they have set, at least for me. And, by the way, they hire the nicest, most professional people in their support staff. Thank you Ebmeier sisters!

Absolutely the best. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Docs are top notch and on top of their profession. Highly recommend for contact lens and glasses fitting.

Dr. Cheryl is the best!!!. I moved away from Lauderdale a few years back and I now drive nearly 2 hours each way to come see Dr. Cheryl and keep her as my eye doctor. That tells you all that you need to know. She’s worth it! I trust her 100%. We also brought our 1 year old son for his first eye exam this year and she is also incredible with children. I highly recommend Dr. Cheryl and Envision.

I've been going to Dr. Cheryl at Envision for years, always getting the best care. When I needed immediate care, she was proactive in getting me in and seen right away. The office staff is also very friendly and caring.

My experience was excellent. I was greeted with a friendly staff and had no wait time to see Dr. Pam. She is amazing. She explained in great detail everything that she was performing and or testing on my eyes. I highly recommend Envision Eye Care! And the place is beautiful and clean!

best experience ever at a doctors office. Was very informative and didn't push anything on me. Last doctor spent 5 min and prescribed glasses (which would not have addressed my main concern)... turns out I don't necessarily need glasses, but possibly just lacking in some vitamins. I'm glad I got a second opinion and not just someone who hands out "bandaids" to get to the next patient.

I've been going to Envision Eye Care for a very long time. On and off I try other places and I always regret it. I live in Miami, so the drive is long but it's 100 worth it.

If it wasn’t because this is the second or third time I received an automated robocall spam message reminding me that my “eye exam is due” I would have never written this review. Mind you, iOS identifies the automated phone call to be originating from a “Scam” number. To say my experience with their practice was underwhelming is generous. Around this time last year I went to Envision Eye Care for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The process was long (had to go on three different occasions and the full eye exam was never completed). The team doing the measurements was inexperienced, impatient, rude and unprofessional. I even caught a glimpse of one of their trainees on his phone while he was in the middle of one my exam. On each visit a different kid would try to do a very uninspired attempt at a measurement. I was sent home with a pair of lenses to try out, never had a follow up, never was called back, never was given a prescription. I highly advice anyone considering Dr. Sham to try their luck somewhere else.

I had an emergency on a work trip, and my contacts were lost. I called Envision hoping I could get lucky and they would have my prescription in stock. They did not and I didn't think much of it and I had to struggle through work. However, Jerry called me the next day saying they had ordered it for me and had them waiting for me. I couldn't believe it! This place is so awesome, I can't thank them enough.

Dr Pam has been excellent! She goes above and beyond for her patients, as does her amazing staff. You walk in a patient and walk out as family. I have already recommended friends and family to Envision Eye Care.

I really appreciate the attention to detail by everyone during an exam. From the moment I was taken to an exam room the staff made sure everything was sanitized and even wiped down the seat again. The tech cleaned equipment as we went through the various tests. Even the doctor used an alcohol wipe during the exam. The tech and doctor were very thorough and explained everything to me in terms I understood. I left feeling sure I knew what to expect with the new prescription for glasses and contacts. With all this effort I am always confident I am getting the attention needed for a complete exam. The downside is the amount of time I end up spending in the office. I just plan accordingly and am confident I am receiving the best care available.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pam. Her expertise, professional yet very down to earth approach with her patience and honesty are so seldom found in this particular region. She has been my doctor for years even after my move to Delray Beach. She is so worth the drive as I know I will get the best care with my exam. I am never rushed and never doubt her concern for giving me the very best care. A special shout out to Georgie. He adds such a comforting touch that makes the practice feel like home.
