This
is
our
second
stay
here.
The
first
time
we
were
here
was
May
2021
and
the
stay
was
marvelous.
This
is
a
new
property,
about
two
years
old,
and
it
is
still
beautiful.
I
absolutely
love
the
property,
and
the
customer
service
is
top
notch.
Jennifer
at
the
front
desk
is
a
GEM.
I
hope
management
recognizes
her.
The
reason
for
the
three
stars:
the
pool
needs
security
and/or
a
lifeguard.
We
were
at
the
pool
at
about
4pm
on
Sunday
August
6th,
and
there
was
a
large
family
that
was
terrorizing
all
the
other
guests.
They
had
no
concept
that
there
was
anyone
other
than
them
at
the
pool,
and
they
were
diving,
wrestling,
throwing
a
ball,
chasing
said
ball,
screaming,
wrestling,
washing
their
dog
in
the
pool,
the
list
goes
on.
It
was
horrific
and
my
kids
almost
got
injured
on
several
occasions.
Other
guests
came
to
the
pool
with
their
kids,
saw
the
anarchy
in
front
of
them,
and
just
left.
There
was
a
single
bartender
up
there
that
either
didn’t
notice
or
didn’t
think
this
was
a
problem.
Regardless,
if
they
don’t
have
a
lifeguard
or
security
at
least
someone
should
make
a
round
up
to
the
pool
area
every
hour
or
so.
Lastly,
housekeeping
did
a
poor
job
of
cleaning
our
room
on
August
7th.
They
left
new
towels
on
the
bathroom
sink,
didn’t
replenish
the
waters
or
coffee,
and
didn’t
clean
the
toilet.
We
love
this
property
and
would
give
it
another
chance,
but
would
hope
some
of
these
issues
are
addressed.
