Renting through Fort Lauderdale Stays has been a great experience for us. We have stayed at Sunny Daze twice - a beautiful house. We spent most of our time in either the heated salt water pool or the screened front porch. The house had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, new linens, comfortable furniture and smart TVs in each room. Steve and David were extremely responsive the one time we called them. We had 2 totally stress-free vacations at Sunny Daze - and can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in Modern Luxury. The name says it all. The house is beautiful, well appointed, in a quiet location. Did I mention the pool was wonderful? Everything you need for a great vacation. This is the second time we have rented from Fort Lauderdale Stays. David and Steve have excellent attention to detail, high standards for the homes they rent, and are professional and nice to deal with. You can not go wrong. We will be back next year!

Coconut Cottage is a relaxing oasis. The home is centrally located for entertainment yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood for privacy and retreat. The house is immaculately kept and is well appointed with nicer furnishings than a typical rental. We look forward to returning here and relaxing by the pool!

Beautiful house, backyard, pool, landscaping, neighborhood, and etc. Exquisite attention to detail. Our family loved the house and pool so much, it was difficult to get them out to the beach and dinner. Looking forward to returning soon. Thanks for everything!

An absolutely beautiful home and setting. The house with 3-1/2 baths is perfect for three couples, giving each bedroom its own bath. The kitchen is ultra modern with built in fridge and microwave. Two dish washers make clean up so easy. The heated pool overlooking the waterway is stunning. About a 20 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to the Drive. Close to grocery store and a mom & pop Italian restaurant around the corner. If you are looking for the ideal perfect rental, this is it!

Wonderful stay. Just what we wanted for a relaxing stay in the Ft Lauderdale area. Beautiful home with a fabulous pool. Could not have been cleaner plus it’s clear someone with real talent decorated this beautiful house. Neighborhood was great and folks were very friendly when we met while walking. Room to ride our bikes and walk to Wilton Manors townsite quick and easy for an ice cream. Owners were a pleasure to deal with - very responsive. Will book again soon!!

One of our favorite home rentals ever! The house was extremely clean, newer furniture, beautifully decorated, and every detail was thought of. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need, there were plenty of towels and even soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable too. Honestly, I cannot think of one thing wrong with the house! The backyard was just as amazing. The pool was beautiful and clean and the landscaping made the area seem like an oasis! It was so relaxing, and we especially loved sitting out there each morning drinking our coffee.The outdoor furniture was in pristine condition and it was nice having an area by the pool and also a little side private sitting area. And we really appreciated being able to bring our dog. He had a great time too! Thank you and we will no doubt be renting here again the next time we return to the area!

I have stayed in many other homes in the Fort Lauderdale. However, I have never stayed at the Fort Lauderdale stay home. The home was exactly what was listed on vrbo, it was immaculate, clean, great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was welcoming, comfortable and above all felt homey. It is certain that the owners are paying attention to details and are focusing on their guest enjoying their stay, from the welcome note at the door, the heated and well filtered pool and the use of cleaning products that protects the environment. One of the best homes…I have stayed in hands down. Job well done….Bravo!!!

The first thing I want to say is WOW! We are so happy with our stay at Sunset Cove. The house is even nicer than the website photos and we couldn't believe how well provisioned it is. Every appliance, dish, pot etc. Is here! When we had a question it was dealt with immediately. On top of all that, each bedroom is beautiful and very comfortable. And the back yard is like being in paradise. Sitting by the pool or on the dock is so relaxing. And waking up to view the water and palm trees is pretty special too. All in all, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here. Can't wait to do it again.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Pineapple Paradise rental! I’ve rented houses/villas/apartments in many countries/states and I have never encountered such wonderful hosts as David and Steve. They literally think of everything one would need at a vacation rental and only supply the best natural/organic products. The rental was sanitized, spotless, and in great condition. Any questions or minor issues were addressed immediately. We’re already thinking about our next stay and we literally got home an hour ago!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Pineapple Place. It’s gorgeous, clean, and has such a peaceful feeling to it. Would go back in a heartbeat. Using Fort Lauderdale Stays yo find places, compare then, and make our choice was seamless.

We stayed at the Beach Bunny house. It was the most lovely place we have ever stayed in FLA. We only bought a few minor things from the store, and some food… so many things were provided. The house has been decorated very nicely. We rented a scooter right around the corner. Our parents drove so we had the best of both worlds. And you can walk to Fort Lauderdale By The Sea. The weather was amazing and when it did storm, the sun came out afterwards. No issues while here. We just all loved it. The pool outside by the canal, amazing!! Did some fishing on the dock (which is huge) and caught a few fish. That was fun. Thank you for a fabulous stay and great communication along the way!

My wife and I came to ft lauderdale for a concert and decided to stay here. We picked the zen den, and everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, my wife was in love. They have everything you need, and the property was beautiful! We will never go to an overpriced resort again. This is the way to go!

Our extended family stayed at the Palm Terrace in Fort Lauderdale. It was just what we needed! The home was immaculate, the customer service was immediate and excellent, and the location was perfect. I would have to say that the house was the most completely supplied of any other place we have ever stayed - it seems that every need was considered. Of course, the kids loved the pool and the backyard was very private. I would highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Stays!

We stayed at the Modern Paradise property for a week. Without a doubt the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house looks even better than the pictures. From the integrated full house Sonos system to the relaxing pool and patio area, this property is perfect. David with Fort Lauderdale Stays was a great host - he was very responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. We look forward to staying with Fort Lauderdale Stays again in the future.

We have repeatedly booked a house with David and Steve. Condition and equipment of the house and the outdoor areas have met our expectations to the fullest extent! The house and also the outdoor areas are lovingly furnished with high quality furniture and equipment. We especially like the attention to detail, as we did here and before. Five of us stayed in this house and all were very satisfied. The location of the house is fantastic. The neighborhood is very pleasant and everything is in top condition. By car it is 5 minutes to the beach or Publics supermarket, in this respect also a good start. For all kinds of activities.

Stayed at Sweet Retreat for a month. It was well stocked with everything I could think of for cooking, cleaning, going to the beach, enjoying the pool, etc. And the neighborhood (Imperial Point) is completely walkable, with lots of winding paths you can take, which is great for morning and evening walks. Within 10 minutes driving of three different Publix locations. The management was responsive and friendly (we needed a tip for how to use the vacuum cleaner, though it was our fault because it was super simple) and accommodated a late checkout, the (reasonable) fee for which was clearly specified before we even booked. The property was very well-maintained (grounds, cleanliness, plumbing, electrical) with plenty of storage both inside and outside. No complaints and I hope to come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Flirty Flamingo! The house was welcoming, tastefully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The yard is beautiful & very private. The heated pool was enjoyed daily. The hosts were very thoughtful and available to us if needed during our stay. It is apparent that much thought went into making this a wonderful rental experience! It is well deserving of its 5 star rating!

The Floridian was as perfect as you can get. The pool was so warm and private. The house had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy. Although the pool was my favorite spot, opening the screened sliders in the living room and feeling the breeze was heavenly. We didn’t turn the air conditioning on once ! The landscaping and night lighting made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. Super clean house and everything was ten minutes away including the beach, Las Olas Blvd and every store you could ever need. I can’t wait to try one of their other rentals.

We absolutely loved our stay. Generous champagne welcome, spotless space, beautiful design, comfortable beds, amazing heated pool by the river, all the amenities to feel at home away from home and seamless communication. Highly recommend and hoping to come back very soon!

“The Pines” is absolutely perfect in every way! We recently had the privilege of staying at this beautiful property in December 2022, and I can’t say enough good things about it and the hosts. I’ve stayed at multiple rentals throughout the years, and it’s a rarity that a property outshines the listing photos. Super well maintained, very very clean, and beautifully decorated. As incredible as the inside is, for me the outdoor living areas and pool stole the show. The tropical landscaping is super lush and well maintained, creating a very private outdoor oasis with multiple sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors. Location couldn’t be better, on a quiet street, but close to everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. Will most definitely be back!

We've rented eight different homes in Florida over the past few years, the last two managed by Fort Lauderdale Stays. We've learned the hard way that management makes all the difference in the rental experience. We could not be more pleased with how well David and Steve run their properties. They're quick to respond to requests. Their homes are well appointed, tastefully decorated and are equipped with everything anyone would ever need to enjoy what Florida has to offer.

We rented with Fort Lauderdale stays in August. The home was perfect! Extremely clean, beautiful view, stocked with all necessities and tasteful decor.. David and his team were extremely efficient. There is a book that explains everything in the home. It’s so frustrating when you have to keep calling managers to explain where things are and how to use them. I also love the fact they offer late checkouts for a small fee if it’s available. I visit my son often in Fort Lauderdale and I’m so happy that I discovered this rental company! They are my new go to! If you’re thinking about renting a home in Florida, definitely book with them!

Everything about this house is beautiful. There are plenty of amenities to make you feel at home with 5 star provisions and it is beautifully decorated and maintained. There is even a Sonos sound system for the pool area as well as to play in the living room. I loved the personal touches so much (environmentally safe cleaning products and room sprays, closet sachets, laundry baskets, etc.) that I ordered some from Amazon for my own home. There was an issue with the pool heating up and David responded to my call on a Saturday morning immediately, sent a pool technician over within an hour, and then followed up with a personal visit to make sure the pool and spa heat were working adequately. It was my son’s 12 birthday vacation and he said it was his best vacation ever and the house was a big part of that response!

From the moment we walked into the Martell House we knew we were going to have a relaxing week to celebrate my Birthday and our Anniversary. We had selected this home very carefully and after having a really bad experience with a VRBO property not far away for so much more per night. The Martell House is spotless! Nothing is broken, nothing is on the cheap. The deck was a welcome treat in the morning for breakfast and coffee and we honestly were so comfortable here we only left the house for dinner. We took advantage of David's referral and treated ourselves to an in-house message with Vanessa. She is amazing and we hope to see her again. We tried 2 restaurants also recommended on the app: Eddie V's was just about the best meal I have ever had. Dress is sporty, fancy, the staff is A+ and the seafood is amazing. We also tried Cafe Vico which we would not recommend. The Martell House has everything you will need for a great, peaceful and relaxing stay. The home is very quiet and has everything you will need to cook meals, which we did. I am already looking forward to renting another home offered by Ft. Lauderdale Stays. Our stay at The Sweet Spot was amazing! The property was Beautiful, Clean and stocked with everything you need. We definitely LOVED the back yard! We had so much FUN creating New Memories. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk or drive to a nearby store or restaurant if needed. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to anything needed. We Would Love to Return and would Highly recommend.

We stayed at Coconut Cottage in Ft. Lauderdale. The house is so charming and cozy, we barely left the house. It’s in a great neighbourhood and close to everything. From the beautiful interior decor, functional kitchen, and cozy beds, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were in the pool and bbq’d everyday. The landscape is beautiful and provides a lot of privacy. Kids were happy to get their own bedroom and TV. The service of Ft. Lauderdale Stays was beyond exceptional. Aside from being extremely organized and quick to reply, David and his housekeeper went above and beyond. The housekeeper found my husband’s wedding ring and David mailed the ring out to me the next day. We are so grateful of their exceptional service and compassion. We highly recommend this house and their service. We will definitely go back! Thank you again!!!

We spent weekends as a family searching for a place to stay whilst in FL and prices were high low and outrageous. We initially thought Avenue One was more than we wanted to pay, but was absolutely worth it. From the moment I contacted the team, to making the payments I knew I was dealing with fair, honest and reputable people. We had plenty of communications throughout up until day of arrival. We turned left onto the street on our arrival day and my wife and I looked at the houses in the street and we were to say a little concerned. We then pulled onto the driveway and accessed the house. Wow it was and is amazing. The space is modern, has every gadget and gizmo as well as 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges, no electric kettle though (it’s an English thing). We had a couple of housekeeping issues re the hot tub, Leo was around and sorted so quickly and proficiently. So in summing up, you get what you pay for and don’t judge a book by its cover. Would I return 100%, would I recommend 100% do I think what we have been charged is fair and equitable 100% Absolutely 5* review for everything, Just get an electric kettle for the English!!

This house we stayed at was amazing. The hosts thought of everything. Beds were comfy, everything very clean and plenty of essential supplies (even starting water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after a long drive). They really create and maintain beautiful properties. I also want to highlight the communication from the hosts - it was brilliant. You can tell they really care both about their houses being super comfortable and about their guests. They won’t leave you with an issue and will work with you to make your stay super enjoyable. Would 100% stay with them again over anywhere else. David: maybe you can open a few houses in Northeast? :)

We came for a family reunion and had an amazing time in the Martell! The house is exactly as described with spacious rooms and beautiful pool sunsets. The house is spotless clean with all the facilities any family would need for a rental especially in the kitchen! The location is central & neighbourhood super safe. David was extremely helpful & came by for a quick hello! I highly recommend this house and we look forward to future stays!

Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants! Home was well represented in pictures with an open floor plan and modern touches which made the space inviting.David and team was very communicative throughout our stay. Loved the unexpected welcome package with thoughtful goodies for everyone including our children.We look forward to being guests again.

Our family could not have enjoyed the Floridian home more, the home was clean, comfortable and very inviting. It is very evident that the owners take pride in making sure their guest have everything they need. Plenty of towels, beach/pool supplies (cooler, chairs, floats, a baby float, fully stocked kitchen supplies, playpen, high chair, blankets, etc..). By the end of Most vacations we are ready to get home and back in our own beds but we will be sad to leave tomorrow. Truly a wonderful stay and wonderful hosts. Highly recommended and looking forward to booking again soon!

This house was amazing! It had it all. It was so quiet, and felt like we were on a private vacation. Had every amenity we could’ve asked for. We enjoyed the ducks in the morning, and watching the fish during the day.

We had the pleasure to stay at Serenity house for 12 days, and we felt completely at home. As I live overseas and my sons are in the US, we usually do this trip once a year. I have to say that the house is even better than in pictures, everything is extremely organized, David was very easy to communicate and the whole experience was just wonderful. We will definitely come back to Serenity Place. FULLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you.
