    This place is a roach infested dump, the guard gate is constantly not working, and thereā€™s not security at night like they inform you. They lie, and lie, and lie for you to move-in and take your money. Please, please pay attention to all those negative reviews. Management (Behania) gave me a lease renewal letter 4 days before our lease expiration date raising our rent from $1335 to $1400. Now she is salty that we left and sends me sarcastic emails. Upon our notice that we would not be renewing, she created a fraudulent statement claiming that we owe for water, so keep record of everything you pay to them. You can expect to wait forever or never for repairs, always with excuses that they forgot to print the work order or thereā€™s a new employee. We waited almost a month for repair of a leaking A/C, it was over a year that we got screens installed, on 5/24 we reported windows do not work and they closed the work order without ever completing the work, you have to request extermination and good luck if they come. Repairs are quicker contacting code enforcement vs contacting management. They are extremely desperate for business right now because they have quite a few tenants living there and not paying rent, so CAVEAT EMPTOR. If you need proof of anything I have stated, provide me your email address and Iā€™ll be glad to provide all the proof you need.

    This apartment is the worst thin every the manager is so unprofessional just dont know how to talk to people ,she think that the tenant don't have voice. The place have so much roaches from the day I move in until now just never goes away. Maintenance is so poor they take very long time before they fix the problem if they ever do ,if anyone looking somewhere to live please think twice before moving in this apartment.

    The worst apartment I've lived in my far, lots of roaches, lots of garbege and management was uncooperative, unhelpful and plain rude...do not waste your time this place is awful. If you try to get them to address the pest issue they will say they've sent someone out but no one ever does. Our car window was smashed because the front gate is ALWAYS broken. Only live here if your extremely broke and desperate.

    I have been a good tenant, always paying my dues on time. Following the rules, and conforming to the changes. I love how spacious my apartment is and it is a beauty inside but the building community, maintenance, and office personal is horrible. We have a bad smell in our bathroom every time we take a shower, that lingers for hours. We have a roach infestation and we are clean tenants. They are suppose to conduct routine extermination and haven't done so in the time we have lived here. The pool has been closed for almost a year due to renovations. They towed my car even after complying with the car registration and purchasing the permit sticker, which cost me $150. All they said was sorry and didn't rectify the problem. They only care about making money, not about keeping tenants happy. They've put security gates up and had us pay an access fee and the gates are not in use. The neighbors are noisy and they don't put forth enough action to fix it. The tenants litter a lot and there's not enough garbage cans to control this. They leave notices on our door when we pay our rent on time. They make up new rules and regulations that don't comply with the lease, aren't professional, or certified. I am one unhappy tenant and will be moving soon as my lease is up.

    Worst Apartment I ever lived in.. management staff is rude. The walls are thin i hear Spanish music 24/7. They change payment systems every month. Pool is always closed. Gates never working which i had to pay for a gate key. Paid twice within 4-5 months for a parking pass bc they claimed they changed companies. They removed one of the dumpsters so itā€™s always full. Just keep looking itā€™s not worth living here.

    First offā€¦. The plumbing in the apartments is horrible. I had a flood in my apron, the fire department and police were dispatched to the area. And guess what???? They couldnā€™t even find the blueprints of the building to turn off the power to ensure the safety of the tenants. They told us we couldnā€™t go in and they have been having problems with these apartments for years under different management companies. I was given the chief code inspector number to call and report the problem. The fire department and police were livid after walking up and down the complexes trying to find a number to call the property manager to make them aware of the problem. THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER TO CALL AFTER HOURS!!!!! So if there was afire the property manager Jasmine at the time would have not known until the next day which was Monday!!! You are allowed two cars and all others will be towed. Visitors cars have been towed while in the guest space. So you canā€™t have anyone visit for more than a few days before their car is towed. Freaking ridiculous!!!! The problems are never fixed properly just painted over and thatā€™s it. Take your money somewhere else!!!

    The review I would like to give, I've already emailed about. However, I must say that Natalie is a sweetheart. She shows so much empathy, she's friendly and kind. Her customer service is great!!! When I first met her, it felt like I've known her all my life because that's the energy she poured out. She answers calls, emails and jumps straight to wte you have a issue of. However, I'm very upset about a couple of things that I know is way out of her hands and I could never hold her accountable for any of it. That would be left to upper management and the owners to fix these horrible issues

    Do not recommend living here. bad area.limited parking for a dozen building. Maybe 12 guest parking at far end of complex for 12 buildings!..makes no sense. Towing all the time, residents and guest cars.seems like 4:40am is a common time. Office making money off of this.tow stickers daily! Garbage overfills to the streets daily.

    The absolute worst place to recommend at this time. Not because of the location, but because of private ownership. 1. The buildings need a lot of TLC. The buildings are infested with roaches. I currently hire my own pest control ā€œTerminixā€ and the infestation is still a problem. 2. The elevators arenā€™t up to city coding and residents are always getting stuck. If you get stuck there is a note on elevators that suggests the bill will be forwarded to you. 3. They will charge you water rates along with rent. But youā€™ll notice thereā€™s never a meter reading to suggest $70 - $80 water usages monthly. Others pay $40, and some will tell you they pay $50. All units share one line. So yea ! Big scam! Save your money and find another worthy place. Itā€™s very appalling that the City of Oakland Park doesnā€™t get involved. When called they tell you to call a Civil Lawyer. Even though they advise you that there is no way to monetize individuals independently to ā€œCharge Waterā€ ! Itā€™s a scheme they have set up. R.A.M Utilities! Google it, youā€™ll be shocked where this entity leads to. If you pay water you pay it to the City you live in. Not some out of state entity that can show you your individual usage. 4. The units are equipped with old appliances. The Air Conditioning is always going out. 5. The buildings have weeds growing throughout the infrastructures around. There been cases of move out because of MOLD in the units and you see the exterior marking along the walls of the buildings. 6. You pay for security Gate Access but for the past years ā€œGATEā€ remains in the upright position. Again save your money ! Find another place for your buck ! 7. They payment systems are ridiculous. Please donā€™t give these folks your Bank Access unless itā€™s another form of secured payment methods! They are not trust worthy. 8. Lastly, with exclusion of maybe 2 employees the rental office personnel including Landlord are very rude, very conning, disrespectful to your family needs and itā€™s been very dissatisfying doing business with such class. Very distasteful and I wouldnā€™t suggest this place to no one who asks my opinion.

    The apartments are not bad but they are not great either , the rents not high and everyone minds there business , the problems are it takes them quite a while to fix anything that breaks and if it's expensive they may give you the run around , there is a nice pool but it has not been open in the 2 year I lived here . There is also a basket ball court but it's not lit at all at night and one of the two rims is almost always broken

    Natalia Was Amazing. She Was Awesome And She Really Was A Blessing To Us. We Appreciate Her Very Much And She Outstanding Customer Service No Matter What. She Took The Time To Show Us The Apartment With No Rush, She Explained Everything Verbatim To Us And It Was Very Clear. The Apartments Are Pretty Good And Has A Decent Environment.     I've lived there for a now and so far I like it! The staff has always been nice to me. Since I've been there the pool has always been open and clean, the laundry room can use an upgrade but no major complaints. I started seeing roaches in my apartment so I reported it to the office and pest control was sent, a few weeks later no more bugs! Love the security cameras spread around the property, gives a sense of security. There is a gate at the entrance which is great but unfortunately people keep breaking it. Well this is my opinion for now, I will be renewing my lease there !....

    It's simply an abandoned complex, and the inhabitants themselves make it worse. There are no rules, the cameras don't work, the gate doesn't work, the washing machines don't work, the light in the parking lot doesn't work, the back is terrifying, and the elevators don't work either. they work, the house is terrible on the weekend there is garbage by quantity, by the same inhabitants and the solution is to demand with rules and fines but if there are no cameras or control it would be impossible
