I responsibly recommend future and current tenants to be very careful with the problems that may arise when delivering the apartment. We were victims of harmful handling (unjustified and disproportionate charges) irresponsible and harmful on the part of the administration since even when we acquired and paid rent and insurance on time (insurance company imposed by them) we had an accident in the kitchen and after a year The administration never registered the collections with the insurance company and therefore, the insurance company could not pay the claim. As I presumed, what they did send on time was the negative report to the credit bureau, affecting me and my family. Other experiences to highlight are the precarious hygiene of the complex, the accumulated garbage, the insecurity, the large number of iguanas, the lack of maintenance in the common areas, among others.

Not happy at all with services. Since moving in I have not had a working dishwasher yet, and the refrigerator isn't working well either. The ice maker does not work and the refrigerator is missing a rack and freezing up my lettuce and drinks destroying my foods. They brought a rack to replace the missing one which is an oven rack. Been to the office multiple times and still no resolution. The have the nerve to charge for valet trash and pest control. Yet no pest person has been here yet and I've been here almost two months. And I had to call three weeks straight just to get them to pick up the trash. I'm only off on Sunday and can't access the pool my one day off. Rent is too expensive not to have things working properly

Horrible, Management on site does not know how to talk to people. Gets Defensive and raises his voice. When asked what his solution for possible mold in unit, he replied, "I could get it checked but can't tell you if it has mold." Can't use the heating system because the vents hasn't been cleaned since the building was built and all 8 fire alarms inside the apartment go off simultaneously when you turn it on, spitting out years of build up dust in the form of burning smell. Have been living here 1 year now and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT VALET TRASH, constantly not picking up trash and having maggots and fly infestations every weekend, and we continue to be charged a $35 for services that are not being provided . Roof has been leaking since day 1 and when told a tarp was being put up till repairs are made, no tarp has been put up In a year and my Infants room has leaks that Infact is growing Mold!. Facilities are never cleaned, trash everywhere. When they say updated apartments, just picture a 3rd party maintenance guy coming over to spray paint your tubs and sinks. Doors have no seals, water, and outside air constantly flowing in when it rains (and nothing has been done about that even after multiple worlds orders). Management tales letters to the front door saying they will be coming to inspect for repairs, never even show up or call and reschedule. DONT RECOMMEND

I wish I could give zero stars. Be careful when moving out. If you live there from it was called forest park, they did not transfer anything over to the new company. So arium will be charging you. The place is filled with insects. No valet trash but your been charged. They charge every unit the same water bill regardless of how much you use. No access to the gym. This place is still a mess. Nails are everywhere from when they fixed the roof. Countless times my tire has been punctured. Very unsafe for children because they leave all the materials from approximately a year ago with nails and screws everything in the parking lot. There’s no security. Absolutely awful… people in the office are rude.

Please apply elsewhere not at this location at least heck avoid Arium all together I am filing complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection along with the BBB, Help Me Howard amongst whomever else I need to assist me with the total disregard I have gotten since 03/08/2023 for the Refund process I do not give a flying F if it is $300 I have yet to get what's mine but get the run around and that is a problem!!! Please apply elsewhere not at this location at least maybe avoid Arium all together!!! Feedback from consumers is vital to BBB.

I absolutely love this area. It's very beautiful and quiet. You never have to worry about any disturbances. The grass is always green. The roads are free of trash. The interior of the homes are amazing. Brand new carpet, wood floors, up to date appliances. There's valet trash right at your front door. The rental office gives you air filters for your a/c unit the valet trash can. The leasing agents are very friendly and respectful. They greet you with a smile and go out of their way to assist you with all your needs! Truly a 5 star complex.

I'm so happy I moved here. The apartment has updated new appliances. Friendly staff & Lovely neighborhood. The moving in process was smooth & fast.

This has to be one of the best places I’ve lived thus far. I love the upgrade they have done with the staff. Way to go Arium. Home sweet home!!!

Absolutely the worst place to live. Maintenance never fixes anything. Office staff is useless. Management doesn't care. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I have never lived in a worse development. Can't wait to move out.
