Beware the mobile app and holding your spot early. My partner just waited an hour and a half when he was told approximately 25 minutes. I realize that you can't know how long for sure something might take but if you're not going to honor the "call ahead" type of service you are boasting don't advertise it! Shame on you minute clinic, you should change your name to hours clinic. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Ridiculous. The practitioner was not thorough and aloof. Rather clipped and smug. He is clearly in the wrong profession. He decided that DayQuil and NightQuil was all I needed, although he could not be bothered to explain what I had or alternate remedies. I had explained to him that I was leaving the country the next morning for a job interview and presentation in from of 50 people. Quite likely the most influential people on Grand Cayman so it was imperative to get me on my feet. I had explained that I had suffered from this chest infection since October and that / rounds of antibiotics were successful in elevating the headache and coughing within 24 hours. Since this was round 3 and not even slightly different that the previous illnesses I knew exactly what to expect. I am 51 years old son. I know my body. DayQuil and NyQuil are useless to me on every level. He shut me down. Has he been more adept he would have ascertained a long list of unique health situations. Situations that make me a bit of an expert on my own body. Luckily I was able to speak to my doctor. He had an alternate path to get me back on my feet quickly. It may be a band aid, but tomorrow is the most important day of my career. I wasn’t the least bit surprised. I had tried minute clinic years ago and been disappointed. Only to go see my doctor and find that he agreed with my common sense assessment of my body. Pay attention people. Be smarter and more ambitious. Very irritated and will NEVER return. Just pathetic.

Called to complain that minute clinic was closed & apt for vaccine canceled AFTER arrival. They were not interested in my complaint and instead the girl hung up on me. CVS minute clinic is the worst

I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had when I went to your clinic. Your NP Kimberly was excellent. I came in with stomach pains as I was not able to see my primary for 3 weeks. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. She was able to help alleviate my pain ,and also suggest I see a gastroenterologist. You should have more people in your clinic just like her. Kudos to Kimberly.

The whole visit took 25 minutes. I even got in early. Very friendly and positive experience. Kimberley knows how to treat a fellow sick being, that's for sure.

Terrible. Bad experience. The practicing NP is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was abrasive and not at all understand and i felt judged. Luckily she only works at a minute clinic and not somewhere that she would actually matter. The pharmacy was just as bad.

Happened to go when there was no wait time (afterwards, their schedule was full). The RN was very professional and courteous, and did a thorough examination. Also, plenty of parking space, and location is easily accessible.

Help was quick and easy. I made an appointment online and was quickly admitted. Carmen did all the necessary tests and Laura prescribed my meds. Meds helped almost instantly. Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly.

This place is a joke.took my 75 yr old client there no appt because they say walk ins welcome no one was there to help finally someone said you have to check avaliable times after putting all info in computer nothing available. She then says I can try other ones told her I don't have all day to run a 75 yr old around town to see if you have an opening . CVS SUCKS

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever have at the minute clinic. Unnecessarily rude. They do not listen to the customers.

First: I want to say the NP who treated me, Ray, was excellent. The one star rating comes from the unethical billing processes that CVS uses after your visit. Both the CVS website and my insurance plan said that CVS minute clinic was in network. When I arrived and checked in, I paid the $20 copay which I believed was my total obligation out of pocket according to the automated kiosk I used to sign in. With flu like symptoms, I got a point of care flu and COVID test, and I was on my way. A month later, CVS sent a massive bill (not itemized) for over $400 to my insurance provider, who rejected the claim. Then, before I had a chance to appeal and file a grievance - CVS used my debit card information from the visit to deduct the money from my checking account with no warning or notification of any kind. So, my advice: do not go to CVS Minute Clinic, their billing practices are at the best shady, and at the worst fraudulent. You’re better off going to another urgent care.
