You can tell that Jane and Alina LOVE what they do. They go way beyond the call of duty to meet every need imaginable. Super clean accommodations, thoughtful extras, incredibly warm reception, super fast response and amazing amenities like free laundry and parking! Greatest up and coming short term rental in Victoria park and Wilton manors. Hospitality at it finest, reasonable fees for a great product and location. Safe and quiet, yet in the middle of all the action. I promise you will experience what you came for and more - take it from me, I’m the host !

Jane and her husband are amazing hosts. they were so kind and helpful. i had to stay longer than i originally booked for and they allowed me to extend my stay a few times without issue. Jane even welcomed me with cat treats and toys for my cats. i had to stay while my home was having work done. the apartment and building is a bit old but it's a very cute typical victoria park building and kept in very good condition. the one bedroom apartment was in great shape, very conformable and perfect for the 2 week stay. when i need to stay somewhere local again i will definetly be staying here with Jane.

Nicely appointed apartments in a quiet residential area 2 blocks off of main road (Sunrise). Less than .5 miles to Publix and several restaurants. Two free washers and dryers and ample on-premises parking. Jane is a superb hostess who offers lightning-fast responses to texts and calls. This is an excellent value.

This was by far the BEST experience ever!! My daughter and I have stayed at numerous hotels/motels as she played AAU basketball and we traveled the state for her games. We haven’t ever had such an experience in all of our stays. Jane treated us like we were a part of her family. Her and Joe made sure that our stay was amazing!! I wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough. I wasn’t sure when I booked the apartment if we were going to get what the picture showed, because in the past, that wasn’t ever the case…BUT we were WOWED when we stepped inside! It smelled soooo amazing! The pictures did no justice compared to what we walked into. It was the most welcoming and inviting apartment we ever walked in to. When we first booked it, Jane immediately reached out to make sure our stay would be pleasant and absolutely amazing! That hasn’t ever happened. There was so much provided in the apartment that at every turn we were more wowed. I really wish they were a chain so that I could only stay with them wherever we go. The big chains could absolutely learn from Jane and Joe! We didn’t want to leave but unfortunately our mini vacay had come to an end. We will most definitely becoming back down here to stay there again. Jane, thank you so very much for making our stay so wonderful and comfy!!

Victoria Park Regency is a small corner of the world where I could get away and not leave the city. The rooms were the perfect size, and there is a beautiful shady space outside to enjoy the evening breeze. The best part is the hostess. Jane is hospitable and made the stay feel like home with special personal touches to the room. Thank you for hosting me.

Absolutely wonderful! My daughter and her friend loved going to the park next door. The beach and restaurants are close. The community was friendly and the hosts were great. They even had a barbecue for everyone staying there :)

My Partner And I Have Been Staying At This Location for 3 months payed over 8K and we’re told we were coming in between there business. Beautiful rental but overall completely unsatisfied with the actions and response of the individual in charge. Location is amazing and property is nice.

Brilliant place, very comfortable, good shower, surprisingly quiet and convenient location. When I arrived, the app showed the wrong lock combination, but Jane got back to me in 20min,and fixed it all. There's even a bit tray of sweets and cookies waiting for you when you arrive. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay with Jane, the beds were the best and the gift basket was very much appreciated! The kitchen comes with all the tools you’ll need to make meals and the location was the best for our event. We are definitely booking with her again when we’re in the area.

Management is very helpful, you will likely need some help, but they are a text away and very responsive. Not a hotel, more like an apartment, no one greets you, it works, it's fine. Location is great. Privacy but lots to do nearby. Price was right, great value for those who don't want the chain hotel experience.

When we first stumbled upon this gem online, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Jane and Soflo Star Rentals are the most thoughtful, gracious combination of hosts. We were provided with the most detailed information we needed. The rental was absolutely perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs and then some. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, Tara was living room. The outdoor space was fantastic and we enjoyed the relaxed casual atmosphere as much as the rental itself. This place was my safe haven for a long weekend. I absolutely loved everything the moment I opened that front door: it immediately felt like home! Very tasteful interior, comfortable, quiet, practical and squeaky clean. The host Jane just thought of every possible scenario!!! Whatever you need is already available: from the beach chairs to the cooler and all the picnic essentials for a nice day at the beach, or for game night, for some quiet time reading novels or travel guides for the area. It’s not just another short term rental, it’s a mix between a home away from home and a 5 star hotel! I definitely recommend this property and can guarantee that you will feel pampered by a very thoughtful and caring host.

Cute place decorated with a lot of love. The Host is super responsive and very helpful to make sure you have a great stay. If you have any questions, Jane answers within minutes. I can highly recommend to spend some time at this amazing location.

I was very pleasantly surprised by all the extras we enjoyed while staying at the Victoria Park Regency. Jane was very thoughtful and provided a wonderful selection of snacks for us! The kitchen was very well supplied and the access to a washer and dryer without an extra charge was phenomenal. The apartment was clean and comfortable and not far from restaurants if we chose to eat out. There was also the option of grilling our food in the courtyard if we chose to. I would definitely consider staying there again and any other location that Jane may host! Thank you again For making us feel at home!

This place is in a great location. It’s one block away from a very nice large public park with walking trails and exercise equipment. The horses for the mounted police graze close by also. It’s also very close to the popular Las Olas district. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Great place to stay!

Very conveniently located close to stores, the beach, and downtown. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Booking was very easy and the owners are responsive and helpful. A great deal for the area

Victoria Park Regency is the best of the best! My daughter and stayed for two weeks and we are extending our stay. The host Jane, goes above and beyond. The place is SUPER clean! When we arrived, a huge gift basket of goodies waiting for us. Did I mention SUPER CLEAN! (I did... sorry had to say it again!) Security cameras around the entire property, plenty of parking, washer/dryer on property. Well stocked! Walkable safe neighborhood with Publix, Walgreens and restaurant in walking distance. A cold front came through the area, Jane provided space heaters expeditiously! Sent me a text saying "No guests of mine are going to be cold." You will not find a better vacation property or host in South Florida! I highly recommend Victoria Park Regency! Thank you so much Jane!

Very nice and comfortable stay at the Victoria Park regency it's like your personal party for however long your stay is.. It's also great because dogs are allowed and there is water and snacks for you when you arrive!! Jane is a great host and was always available when I contacted her. I recently stayed at Victoria Park Regency for a few weeks and I couldn’t recommend it more. Jane was very communicative and proactive with any questions or issues I had. The unit was more than adequate for one person as it is like a small apartment. It is furnished with stylish smart pieces. I found the bed to bed of high quality as well as the linens. The courtyard was great to hang out in at night and Victoria Park is nearby and a great place to stroll around. Thank you Jane!

We had a most delightful stay at the Victoria Park Regency apartment complex. The location was excellent being close to Holiday Park, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with restaurants and theaters nearby, plus just a short drive to the beach. The complex is laid out nicely with an inner courtyard that has comfortable outdoor seating and is well lit at night. Another very positive feature is the parking being virtually right out the door. While the apartment itself was on the small side, it was very efficient and comfortable with all the storage and living space needed for a very pleasant stay. Furthermore, the apartment was very tastefully decorated and supplied with all the amenities needed – including an extensive array of snacks and treats to make us feel especially welcome. However, the highlight of our experience was dealing with the Jane, the property manager. We have never dealt with an individual in this capacity that has been more pleasant, helpful, and concerned that our stay would be special. She checked with us on several occasions to see if we needed anything. When we noted there was no toaster, she acquired one before we needed it for our toast the next morning. Jane’s husband, Joe, was our hero when he solved our TV viewing shortcomings by going out and purchasing an indoor antenna so that we could receive the over-the-air local stations – like we are used to living in a rural area with no cable. This complex and management will be our “go to place” when staying in Fort Lauderdale in the future.

This is an amazing gem, I have stayed in so many hotels in Fort Lauderdale and this is now my top pick. I stayed here over the weekend and had a great experience. As someone who's often on the road and working remotely, I'm always looking for cozy spots with strong internet connection and checked those boxes. The residence was clean and close to the beach (as well as a park)! Couldn't ask for anything more.

Jane made my Dad & I feel so welcome, and she put together a little gift basket for arrival, along with bottled water in the fridge. Super clean, comfy beds, and everything was just perfect.
