Charlie is amazing. Absolutely THE BEST colorist I have ever encountered. I went to Charlie on a recommendation from a friend when I was in town on a visit. He both colored and cut my hair - and leaving both in his professional hands he did an incredible job. He is extremely knowledgeable from both his schooling at a top salon and his personal experience. Do not hesitate to go to Charlie for your new, refreshed or updated look! So many good things about Charlie and Rosemarie at Jolie Toi Salon. I love how my hair turns out, be it a simple wash and blow dry or a complex color treatment. They definitely know what they are doing. Besides being a very clean, elegant and pretty salon, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is great and my experience leaves me bright and beautiful. Charlie the owner is very accommodating but best is to make an appointment as they can get quite busy. Most importantly Jolie Toi is conveniently located; within steps to the GW bridge with plenty of parking; great to stop before heading into the city for that important meeting or a special date.
