I
went
to
here
on
Friday
and
I’m
disappointed
that
I
have
to
leave
this
review
2
days
later.
I’m
new
to
the
area
and
the
reviews
influenced
me
to
book
a
gel
refill
&
pedicure.
The
positive:
my
signature
pedicure
was
AMAZING.
The
tech
that
did
it
took
her
time,
gave
an
AMAZING
massage,
and
applied
my
color
beautifully.
Would
highly
recommend!
(I
left
a
$10
tip
for
her
but
she
was
in
the
bathroom,
I
really
hope
she
got
it…)
Negatives:
I
would
not
go
here
for
a
manicure
unless
the
owner
herself
is
doing
it.
I
learned
that
the
owner
is
in
Korea
so
one
of
the
older
women
there
did
my
nails
(not
the
same
tech
that
did
my
pedicure
unfortunately).
As
someone
who
is
a
business
owner,
I
find
it
very
problematic
if
an
employee
is
not
able
to
provide
directions
to
the
salon.
I
called
because
it
was
my
first
time
and
I
was
confused
and
she
could
not
understand
anything
I
was
asking
so
I
had
to
find
the
way;
I
expected
the
woman
to
maybe
pass
the
phone
to
someone
who
could
provide
directions?
I
arrived
to
the
salon
and
asked
if
they
could
do
a
certain
design
I
saw
online
and
she
immediately
said
no.
Not
a
problem
except
as
new
designs
become
trendy,
LuLu
is
the
last
place
to
go
to
if
you’re
interested
in
trying
something
unique.
They
simply
cannot
do
it
so
I
asked
for
a
French
color
design.
Next,
she
used
a
nail
drill
to
file
down
my
nails
which
was
very
uncomfortable
because
I
feared
that
she
was
going
to
hit
my
actual
nails
and
damage
them.
I’ve
never
been
to
a
salon
that
does
that
especially
since
it
made
my
nail
uneven,
why
can’t
you
just
cut
it
evenly?
I
had
to
point
out
how
one
of
my
nails
was
uneven.
Since
I
asked
for
a
refill
(acrylics),
she
only
put
the
acrylic
at
the
BOTTOM
of
my
nails.
She
had
a
very
odd
technique
where
she
placed
it
at
the
bottom
and
did
not
spread
it
out
evenly
on
my
entire
nail…I’ve
NEVER
seen
that
before
especially
since
it
made
the
surface
uneven
AND
one
of
my
nails
is
already
lifting!
Unbelievable!
I
am
adding
a
picture
of
my
nails
below
along
with
a
pic
of
the
nails
I
asked
for…terrible.
The
color
started
to
run
and
(this
is
the
best
part)
the
nail
tech
noticed
it
and
did
not
even
try
to
fix
it.
She
rubbed
my
nails
and
once
she
saw
that
they
had
already
cured,
she
just
stopped
caring.
Why
would
you
want
your
customer
to
leave
with
messy
nails?
I
pointed
this
out
to
her
when
she
asked
if
I
liked
it
and
she
proceeded
to
try
to
blame
ME;
she
claimed
that
I
was
not
putting
my
nails
all
the
way
under
the
UV
light…this
salon
uses
the
most
basic
UV
LED
Nail
lamps
that
exists.
I
am
not
a
dummy
who
does
not
know
how
to
put
my
hands
under
the
light
properly.
Overall,
I
would
not
recommend
coming
here
if
the
older
woman
at
the
first
table
does
your
nails.
She
is
very
careless
(I
honestly
wish
I
didn’t
tip
her
but
I
hate
being
one
of
those
people).
However,
you
should
never
pay
for
a
careless
service;
I
learned
that
after
going
here.
I
am
very
dissatisfied,
especially
now
that
one
of
my
acrylics
is
lifting
after
TWO
DAYS.
I
will
be
going
to
Uni
Nail
&
Spa
to
get
them
fixed.
They
look
like
they
know
exactly
what
they’re
doing
and
have
amazing
reviews.
