    CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER TOO OFTEN AND SOMETIMES LIE ABOUT IT! I have to say, you dont necessaily expect an exceptional service at McDonalds, but you dont expect an unwelcoming vibe either. You dont ever get a hello here when you walk in; you dont get a hi back even when you say it first. This is the closest location from where I live and I stop by whenever I crave some late night snack when everything else is closed. I once walked in to get a "large" ice coffee with "less ice" becase they often get it wrong when you customize your order at a drive-thru. It took them awhile to get my drink, but still got it wrong and gave me a medium size. I told the guy that I ordered a large. He said ohh and hesitated a bit. Then he said that was the large. I could tell he contemplated a bit whether to lie to me or not but i guess he decided he would give it a try. I looked at him and said no, I ordered large sizes too often to know that it's not. He said ohh and took it back. I do not want to believe that he lied to me just because he did not want to make it again, but there is no other explanation (or maybe he was so dumb that he didnt know the difference in the size??). Not getting a hi back is one thing but being lied to so you would not get what you paid for is unacceptable. You still expect an honest service whether how cheap your order might be. He did say sorry when he brought me a large size but that obviously doesnt change what happened. Be careful at this location and make sure to check your order BEFORE you leave. You might not get what you paid for.

    The worst McDonald's I ever visited. No bathroom usage available! Ordering food was complicated. On the good side an employee helped make it work. No napkins provided with my meal or are available inside. I did get some after asking.

    This Mc Donald is next to our High School. For years, students enjoyed stopping at that place after the school, having a meal and a conversation. Recently, I noticed kids (including my son) eating on the ground after they purchased a meal inside the McDonald. I went inside with an inquiry and was said that “because High School students are too loud and messy at times, we are not allowing seating during the afterschool hours”. The whole place is empty inside, the workers are looking happy that they don’t need to clean/wipe, and all the kids are seating on the ground outside! While I understand that it might happen that specific kids misbehave (they can be asked to leave, the police, the school can be called etc), how can all kids be punished/banned? Our town is a very safe town, and most kids are good kids. They often eat at McDonald since it is next to the school, and then go back to either athletic or volunteering activities. Every business may have good and bad customers. Who are we banning next??? Small kids because they are messy?? Totally unacceptable.

    The manager was extremely rude and condescending. He forced everyone to order on the machine while he stood there and watched the line accumulate; then lied about the bathrooms being broken because they already cleaned them. TERRIBLE service and lazy.

    Very precarious drive-through as there isn’t much clearance space for cars. The numerous marks left by the casualties of trying to get food from the drive through is ever present. Now for the food, I’m not a fan of McDonald’s, actually hadn’t been there in years prior to this time. Ordered a chicken sandwich, Big Mac, large fries and 10 piece nuggets. The chicken sandwich was horrific, disgusting, bland, rubbery and micro thin. Fries were soft, soggy, undercooked. The Big Mac was also lacking beef and was just underwhelming. The nuggets were something abortive. It was shocking to me how bad the food was and how much it cost me (nearly $26). Portions have withered down to nothing.

    Used to be my favorite McD but feels like there’s new management recently. Before, the place was filled w nice folk. Now it’s just a bunch of HS thugs being rowdy. Worst of all is the staff. Before they were helpful and obliging. Now they have an attitude and don’t care if you order or not, and mostly stand around looking lost and like they don’t want to be there. Even the (supposed) manager seems indifferent and talks down to you. Ironic.. If you ask them for anything, they will try to charge you or pretend it doesn’t exist. So disappointing.

    I asked for one item only. A bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and they gave me sausage egg and cheese and the bagel was hard like a rock. One week later I ordered the same thing and they made the same mistake. Check your orders before you leave the drive thru!!

    From a half year ago, my family had diarrhea after eating food picked up from this store. Surprisingly, no single problem happened when I picked up at Edgewater branch. Something is wrong here.

    I purchased a large ice coffee at this location about twenty minutes ago. The girl at the second drive-thru window spoke down at me and told me it was my fault when her co-worker didn't get my order right. This person was condescending, rude, and truthfully, racist. I spoke with Hector, the shift manager, and he apologized on her behalf. At first, I didn't think it was right, so I came back and asked the girl for an apology. She refused to apologize and kept speaking to Hector in Spanish. I told Hector that I'm not leaving without an apology, and he proceeded to call the police. Later, I got out of my car, and I asked for his name because I felt that this should be escalated to his supervisor. Luckily, I caught his supervisor on the phone while they were talking. We spoke at length about the incident, and she apologized on behalf of the rude worker's and Hector's behalf. I've always been courteous, respectful, and nice to the workers at this location. I even know some of them by name and most recognize me. You guys have to train your people to be respectful and nice to others --- 100%. No one deserves that kind of attitude. Usually, I'd let these things go, since I have work to do. But today, I could not allow this one to slip.

    Does not feel like mcdonals, poor environment. First day I went into the kiosk, took 20 minutos to get food ready give it to me when I asked for it never took it to the table like other mcdonals do. Today, I came into the store and reject the order because they will close in 3 minutes - manager does not look professional understand that is working hard but that guy never smile. He deserves some vacation maybe when he comes back will be more friendly.

    I ordered two hot pancakes and they didn't give me any syrups. I didn't know til I get home which is about 7mins drive .. I called them but didn't even get an apologize . Instead she just yelled and said ok then just come back and get it then hung up on me .. very rude .

    Came at 11:40 and they were closed both drive tru and inside. When it clearly says they close at 12:00 am hire more staff that’s w Illini To stay open till 12 or if not change the timing

    What is the point of ordering online if they are just going to ignore them. Ordered breakfast menu on 10:15AM, before they close out. And they blame me for not being at the location to pick up my order before 10:30AM? Lazy workers with lame unacceptable excuses.

    nice place, staff working hard to keep up. It seems there is a new manager recenetly who keeps shouting at staff in Spanish, maybe it is their way of talking, but i can hear it from the other end of the restaurant.

    The morning staff are very nice and polite. And not only that, this is a drive thru that will hand you your food as soon as you pull up every single time! The 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5 bucks is really a deal, especially with gas prices that are going nuts.

    Horrible experience. I was the first in the line ready to order breakfast while cashier said that I should use kiosk only. I was surprised that the only person who was sent to kiosk was me. When I asked why they didn’t take my order at the register, cashier said that they have instruction from their manager to send “people who speak English to order from the kiosk”. Not to mention that line behind me was perfectly served, they got their orders in timely manner because they and staff in this location speak Spanish. Is it for real? To be discriminated because I speak English not Spanish? Who sets these discriminating rules? What about Korean or Japanese speaking people? Are they also sent to kiosk because of that?

    Why can I not ask for more sauce. I got a 20 piece nuggets for my three kids and for myself. They gave me two bbq sauce so I asked for 2 more. Did I do something wrong. Why are your employees giving me these looks. McDonald's this is Bad.

    I ordered a quarter pound cheese burger but they gave me Mac double. I found out when I got home after pickup. They are so unpleasant service. Make sure your order after you pick up yours. They are so annoying.

    Had to get some chicken nuggets and fries they still have the best fries in my opinion. And you must always check your order before u leave counter or drive through, don't cry later your missing stuff. You should no better

    The food was good but their mobile app stinks! We chosen pick up in the drive thru...when it came to the ordering station, we gave the order number and the person said our name and said the order was in the system. When we got to the pick up window, our order wasn't there. We had to go in to show the manager the order a d payment. The app is also not user friendly

    Mcdonalds is located adjacent to Acme in Fort Lee, NJ. They offer a drive thru in store kiosk, and mobile ordering via the Mcdonalds app on your cell phone. Please note that they close the dining room on school days between 3 to 4;30 PM due to the influx of the students after school is dismissed

    Really this place is out of control at this point. 10:30-11 pm on Saturday they close all the lights say we don’t have any burgers any chicken any fries lol bruh apart from the mystery order you get (never what u actually order) straight up cold food IN the store, not letting kids in the store after school someone really needs to take a look into the management of this location. It’s really bad. I’ll just stop coming here.

    Today 9/23/22 i went to this McDonalds' to get my usual large hot latte. I came to work and when finally had time to have coffee turned out to be HOT WATER INSTEAD. Now i have a LONG day at work without my Coffee. I mean, how can this be a mistake? I'm sure words like Latte, Coffe and WATER sounds VERY DIFFERENT.

    There is an employee at this Limoine Avenue McDonald's that says "No Restrooms", after 9:15 p.m. till closing and blocks the brand new Restrooms off limits with TWO (2) trash can BINS! I really had to go, plus I wanted to wash my hands before ordering. She said, "NO! RESTROOMS CLOSED", "NO RESTROOMS ".I was forced to leave this McDonalds at the suggestion of a client at a table ---- to a Shell gas station outside, across the way, hence NO SALE. Ludicrous and unlawful in this day and age. Stay Away from this crew!

What makes this restaurant better than most is the nice seating area, the friendly clientele, and the staff who are happy and get your order right.     I ask for combo crispy chicken sandwich it’s came with nothing only slides bread and chicken, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato nothing, look like a lot of animal around to feed, i ask manager even wasn’t nice talking he said it’s coming that way, never ever again in any mcdonald believe me….
