Out of all the fast food places I have ordered from, this KFC/Taco Bell location has had the most mishaps with order accuracy on ubereats. Beware if you decide to order from this location. You are more likely to get missing items, different drinks from what you ordered, or a completely random food item end up in your bag.

Worst environment to dine in, floor is slippery, service is slow and food are just warm not hot. I wonder how long they keep it. Needs a lot of upgrades. Still hope they can improve.

It was not a good visit.. The floor was sticky. They ran out of all sodas juices, ice teas and even water. The chicken was very salty. I was given a wing that was so small I had to wonder of you're cooking the baby chick's now. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal and when I got home it was not in the bag. I am very disappointed. The staff gave a biscuits in lieu of sodas. It was not a pleasant experience.

Ordered 2 breast and 1 wing And got 2 thigh and drum stick. Regular instead of crispy. Ps. I hate dark meat. This isn't first time mishap happend... Always double check what they gave you before you walk out with the food.

The crew in there do not care. They were fighting (verbally) each other. The 2 black shirts (assuming managers) was just laughing at them fighting (verbally) and they also didnt care how they prepared the food. First time witnessing a disorganized franchise..guess thats kfc!

I was not happy with my experience eating from this establishment at all. To start I ordered from Uber Eats, so I can’t directly call this restaurant back and remind them of what they messed up, and had to through uber which of course did not solve anything. So here we are complaining; I ordered two orders of the crispy tenders and fries. I specifically ordered KFC sauce as well and it did not come in the order. Normally, missing sauce is not a huge deal but this is fast food chicken; it needs help and sauce to bring the flavor up. Without the sauce, I was just eating dry tasteless chicken which was not fun. Pretty simple; just pay attention and please add all items that were ordered. Not that anyone cares, but I have still not been refunded or compensated for the missing items in my order. It is very depressing when the only way I can trust a fast food joint to get an order right is when I am standing right there at the franchise. I was not happy with the taste of my chicken due to no sauce, and I was not happy with the missing sauce. If this was gourmet fried chicken that was magically moist, I would not care that much but as said, KFC chicken needs that sauce to lift it up. Not good and was left unsatisfied.

The service was below par. The lady that was serving me was somehow rude. Got an eight piece family bucket and three piece tenders. Had three small wings two small drumsticks and three thighs. The tenders were small too. My family was mad at me. I doubt if I will ever go there againBut I love KFC chicken .

Did an online order, stood at the counter while staff stayed in back, no greeting. Then she yelled a name and some came from behind me. He took he pickup order. The she looked at me with an inquisitive stare, so I said pickup? She clicked many buttons and kept looking up at a screen, then I guess she found my order that was due 5 minutes ago. Place is dingy, not clean like Arbys, McDonald's, or wendy's. Parking lot is worse then a NY street ridden with pot holes. I twisted my ankle walking from a garbage pail back to my car.

By far, one of the famous unfriendly restaurants you can encounter in Fort Lee. This old lady who works at the counter is infamous already among regular customers. I guess there's not much management can do about that since employees there are always changing. On March 5th, 2020 was another usual KFC experience as this old lady accepted my orders with usual attitude. I asked her why Taco bell is closed again at this restaurant eventhough they advertise as KFC and Taco bell restaurant. I visited three times this week and everytime I went there, Taco bell was closed. So, I asked her what was the reason Taco bell was not being offered and she said, "I don't know and I don't care. Don't ask me, ask the company. Welcome, thank you and goodbye." I literally stood there with my mouth opened as she said, "welcome, thank you and goodbye." Wow... other customers just started laughing and they told me to forget about it and told.me that how she is to all the customers. Probably the management at this restaurant is not able to find many people to work there, because they seem to be changing employees all the time, but have a courtesy and try to treat customers with manners. I don't expect them to be friendly, but saying, "goodbye" to customer when customer is ordering doesn't make any sense at all. You say, "goodbye" to your customer and I will say, "goodbye" to you too. I am sorry that this restaurants been in local business more than 30 years. And what makes.me sad is that they are getting worse and worse every year. Well... not much I can do.

I don't know if they were short staffed that day, it was labor day, but it took 15 min to get my order. Line of people after me was getting long. The food was pretty good, so at least that's a big plus. It's a Taco Bell and KFC together that you order from one counter and not different ones. I wasn't too fond of the biscuit they sell with icing on it though. Forgot the name of it.

I feel like this location is underrated. Combination KFC AND Taco Bell? I was there late night and food was fast and on point (except they ran out of cole slaw… probably for the best). Also, generous with sauces, which to me is very important! See photo for spicy chicken sandwich perfection.

Great Customer service. The best fried chicken ever.

They straight up do not answer phone calls. It just goes to a high pitched beep noise that goes on for about 10 seconds, silence for about another 30, and then the phone hangs up. All without a single person talking. I cant get in touch with them unless i go to the physical place. Wouldnt recommend applying for a job here. Its kfc though, so if you want food, i have no actual qualms with that other than its kfc and theres better chicken elsewhere

Fruit flies everywhere, the chicken was undercooked (pink), the fries were reheated, no utensils No ketchup were giving. Got sick because of that food the whole night and the next day!

You don’t except online order if you have some item is not available. I spent free gas fee for you guys???? It’s not first time about 5 times What a handle this maintenance

Good food and service, but they had people repairing appliances with power tools directly by the people preparing the food, so that was not great. The repair man was hammering away and drilling screws into metal kitchen appliances, which im sure left debris in the air. All of this was happening less than a foot away from the food preparation area. Absolutely not a good look. There is a time and place for everything.

Went at 9pm. Manager said she doesn't have enough chicken. I asked when she closed she said 10pm and can't make more. Confused I told her they close in one hour. I asked if I should write a review she then said she can make the chicken in 20 mins fresh. Very confused why are you open if you don't want to make chicken and you are a chicken specific restaurant? Very bad.

I go here like 3 times a week, amazing staff and good food. Floor is kind of sticky though.
