I woke up with terrible tooth pain on a Sunday morning and was thankful Laurel Pines Dental group could see me. I saw the Dentist and banged on my tooth hard enough for me literally fall out of the chair. I could not stop the tears from flowing from my eyes for at-least 20 minutes. I had x-rays and the 3-d scan done. I am a self pay patient and had to pay $250 to be seen and then $250 for the 3-d scan. The dentist said I needed a root canal. I was fine with that. Then the "money lady" came and said I needed to go to her office. I said you cant tell me how much it will be here. She said no, I had to come with her. (I should have known then it was going to be ridiculous). Her "Office" is this tiny space full of clutter and papers. She tells me it will cost about $4000. When I declined her tone changed to very pushy and disgruntled. She kept telling me I could finance the procedure. Despite being clear that I could afford it I was just not going to pay that much. Upon leaving I requested the images I paid for. I was told I would be given the images and an itemized receipt. I was given a envelope. As I was driving I realized the receipt was not in the envelope. I have called 3 times and emailed once since Dec 3 and each time have been told I would be emailed the receipt. It's Dec 15th and still no receipt. As far as my tooth I was able to see my regular dentist and he just adjusted my bite and that solved the problem.

I can't tell you what an amazing experience this was. I absolutely love them. I have had a hard time finding dentists close to where I live that are willing to work with me. This one is a keeper. I highly recommend coming in. They really understand and work with you. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

I called the dentist office early on a Saturday morning with extreme tooth pain, I was able to be seen the same day. I ended up having 2 cracked teeth that required two crowns and a root canal. They were able to perform the root canal and install two crowns within a day and a half, finishing the following Sunday morning, (New Years Eve). I am very please with their service and my new crowns/teeth and would recommend their service to anyone.

I have been experiencing severe pain due to my wisdom teeth. I called the dentist office and they booked me in for an appointment immediately. They have wonderful payment options. The dentist and staffs were excellent and extremely kind. I HIGHLY recommend Laurel pines dental group.

Been going here for almost 30 years. Always friendly staff and rarely wait beyond scheduled appointment time. The routine cleanings are thorough and always get to see a doctor as well during the checkup. Even have been able to get me in right away for emergency work which is important if you have a problem.

I have been going to Laurel Pines Dental Group for several years. From the time I arrive for an appointment until I leave I am treated respectfully and the staff could not be nicer or more professional. Very pleased with this practice.

Tiffanie and Dr. Samad were amazing. I had a blood clot that rupture Friday night and was able to obtain an appointment on Saturday morning. Everything was explained to us and all the precaution were taken as I am 32 weeks pregnant. This is a great professional practice! We will def be using them again.

The Bowie Dental group took care of me throughout the entire process. Everyone was great from the receptionists, to the dental assistants, to the dentist(s). I can tell that the culture at BWD is to treat patients like people and not ‘just another number’. I had an emergency procedure and after I was taken care of, I looked as good as new and feel so much better. I’d recommend this office to anyone but also people I personally care about!

Dr. Samad, Haley, & Brandon were great during my visit as well as the reception staff. They Took care of my emergency problem (crown) in the same day. No wait all work completed on site. DR. Samad did a great job in creating & replacing my old crown which is located in the front. It looks better than the previous one, so natural and blends in well with my teeth. All work done within a few hours in the same day. Highly recommend if you need work done immediately. Prices are very reasonable for the advanced technology used. Thank you for restoring my smile!!!

I was worked in on Black Friday on short notice after losing a crown the night before. I was fortunate to find this office as no other dentist offices were open. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctors did a nice job with a minimum of discomfort in taking care of decay and quickly replacing my crown. It was a little expensive but I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

I was having tooth pain. I woke up on a Sunday morning and needed something done. They got me in immediately and were able to do a root canal that morning. They did great work. Very friendly. And I'm pain free again. Highly recommend for the availability and their work. I will definitely use them again.

The night before Christmas Eve, my temporary filling broke and I was experiencing pain and sensitivity. I called Laurel Pines Dental immediately and they got me in for the first appointment the next day (Christmas Eve/Sunday!!). I am so grateful for how quickly they were able to put the new filling and crown on. I now get to spend Christmas with my family pain free. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. She was also extremely helpful. Ms Lacy (I think the dental hygienist) did really well with my cleaning. She also answered all of my questions that I had. I’ve never experienced a cleaning that was this well. I could see the difference in my teeth when I left.
