Never felt this good writing a review considering the extremely outstanding service I got back in May/2023 and now fast forward to today again. Dr. Rita (Hygienist) is simply the real deal. She was extremely patient, educative, professional and dedicated to providing nothing short of the very best. I’ve never considered having a permanent dentist considering how difficult it can be to get an appointment…..but with Dr. Rita, I’ll wait as long as it takes to have her treat me. It’s feels really good to have this much confidence as the entire staff at Laurel Smiles will stop at nothing to put a good smile on your face. You guys absolutely ROCK!!!!

I had a Very good experience upon entering the door. Front desk was very friendly and I was seen quickly. The Hygienist was very thorough and I saw the Dentist very soon after x rays. She explained everything and looked over my teeth and x rays. I made an appointment for next week to fix a cracked tooth. It was a very pleasant experience considering I am a white knuckler patient.

Rita the Youthful Dental Hygienist will go above and beyond to transform your yuck mouth 🤢 to a fresh set of pearly whites 😁🦷🪥 While providing a semi painful, but thorough and necessary scaling and cleaning experience, Rita will advise on the best tools to maintain and elevate your current oral hygiene (Get the Oral B IO and floss OFTEN), while keeping cool and singing along to the 80/90s R&B playlist! She’s a breathe (see what I did there 😉) of fresh minty air! The youth would say, Rita is a Vibe! I have been considering composite veneers, but based on feedback from Rita I will reconsider and focus on maintaining my current set of semi decent pearly whites. Laurel Smiles, if you’re reading this I hope you plan to keep Rita around for a very very long time, she is quite the asset to your office! I had a wonderful experience at this practice! Rita is an amazing hygienist! She is very warm, friendly, made me feel comfortable & was very thorough! Dr. Cooper was also wonderful, nice & has a warm bed side manner! Front desk & billing was also very nice! I highly recommend this practice!

Everyone was very nice and professional. Teeth cleaning done, hygienist was very nice and thorough. Glad to hear she'll be there regularly. Sad to hear Dr Goyals have sold the practice but look forward to the new owners.

I trust the dentist and like the quality of care. If you undertake any major work or multi visit, I got persuaded to invisalign, you will have scheduling problems. My husband had this too but they had very little flexibility, I've had to miss work meetings and adjust to them to make timed procedures. The service is good if you have that kind of flexibility

1st visit here and it was very pleasant. Didn’t get the work done in this visit, had to set a different appointment. Dentist and staff was super nice and explained everything I needed in great detail. So far, so good! 👍🏾

I give the female Dr. Choudhary 5 stars for being an incredible provider during my time with this dental practice. But the consistent $50 rescheduling/late/no show fees are crazy. I know dental offices are money hungry, but man oh man. If you work hybrid, like I do, and you are called into the office and can’t reschedule you will be charged $50. Additionally, the front office manager is not the best. I find her off putting and lacks proper decorum when speaking to people about money over the phone. An itemized bill is always nice to have before paying for anything. Taking my business elsewhere.

Got an emergency appointment and everyone from the front desk to Dr. Cooper treated me with professionalism and care. Latrice made sure I knew what I was paying for. Sona patiently answered my nervous questions. And Dr. Cooper explained each step of the way and gave options for how much or how little numbing I needed or wanted when it felt like I might have felt any slight pain. The office is nice and plays music that keeps you “happy”. I have NEVER said this about a dentist, but I can’t wait to go back. Thanks Laurel Smiles

I've been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed. The last two visits I have been serviced by Rita (Dental Hygienist) and have throughly the cleaning and great conversation as well on each occasion. Looking forward to the next visit.
