The
apartment
complex
along
with
its
staff
is
the
absolute
worst.
I
have
been
a
resident
for
several
months
now
and
have
had
nothing
but
issues
with
water
pressure,
AC
not
working,
rotted
cabinets,
water
leaks
within
the
building,
raw
sewage
seeping
unto
the
parking
lot,
mold,
peeling
paint,
electrical
issues,
etc.
You
will
attempt
to
communicate
with
the
office
however
you
are
NEVER
able
to
talk
to
anyone
as
they
do
not
answer
any
calls.
However,
when
you
do
communicate
with
someone
you
are
met
with
unprofessionalism,
disrespect
from
staff
(Debbie)
who
lack
empathy
for
the
residents
and
their
concerns.
Work
orders
submitted
will
be
"reviewed"
then
quickly
marked
as
completed.
Unfortunately,
maintenance
should
you
ever
see
someone,
does
not
complete
the
work
as
they
lack
the
skill
set
needed
to
oversee
such
tasks.
You
will
be
told
time
and
time
again
that
we
are
quickly
working
to
resolve
your
issues
and
thank
you
for
your
patience.
The
new
excuse,
we
are
in
transition
under
new
management.
However,
prior
to
new
management
this
has
ALWAYS
been
an
issue
and
while
in
transition
continues
to
still
be
an
issue.
Your
water
bill
is
attached
to
your
rent
so
if
your
used
to
paying
$50-$70
a
month
or
maybe
nothing
at
all,
prepare
yourself
for
a
$200+
bill.
The
company
uses
a
third
party
to
distribute
the
overall
cost
of
water
to
residents.
Should
you
still
decide
to
rent
an
apartment,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
PLEASE
do
your
research,
visit
the
apartment
before
moving
in,
and
complete
a
walk-through
with
a
fine
toothcomb
as
they
make
the
appearance
appealing
but
once
your
locked
in
will
regret
your
decision.
