I order from this location pretty frequently, several times a month as it is near my office. My past two orders were very disappointing. I ordered delivery and close to three hours later I contacted the store to see status of my order (after calling multiple times since they never answer the phone) I was told that if I wanted my order I would have to come pick it up because they do not have a delivery driver. The reason I ordered delivery was because I was working and I could not pick it up. I asked how come they didn't call me to inform me of this issue. Their response was they are too busy making pizzas to make phone calls. And I was told I would get a refund but that never happened. Last week I ordered delivery again and my pizza looked as if it had been dropped. The pizza shifted so far over that it was almost folded in half. Customer service at this location is the worst, they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I won't be ordering from this location again.

True rating is negative 5 stars. This has to be the worst establishment on the face of the earth. Order your pizza and two and a half hours later it shows up cold. You call multiple times and they either pick up and hang up the phone or nobody answers. Whoever works there needs to be replaced immediately.Every single one of them. If the owner ever sees this please shut this place down or do something about the service. Never order from this Papa John’s!

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. We ordered and we’re guaranteed a delivery in 36 minutes. The pizza arrived 2 hours later cold and was missing 2 pizzas. Called them and said “we are missing 2 pizzas” they hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a lady who claimed to be a manager and she said “it is not her problem that we are missing the pizza to feed my children on a school night”. They said I had to bring back the one box of pizza to receive a refund for my $60 order. So I politely got in my car in the rain and came back. The guy who refunded me said “next time you refuse quality guarantee you can’t order with us again” He said that as if he really makes decisions there. Lol 😂

On the phone for 12 minutes for a rude general manager. $48 for 3 items one of which was specific and delivered wrong. First person couldn’t get it right and the gm couldn’t get it right. Felt like I was talking to children. Box is marked correct but pizza was not what was in the box. Last order of $48 plus $5 tip for driver I will EVER make at that store.

Papa John's has really went downhill their pizza is never good and they don't listen to what you want. They have coupons they send to the house and never honor the coupons for the price you expect decent pizza and it's never what you really want so sad I don't reccomend this particular store your better off at pizza hut or domino's and I never recommend them but in this case you would get better pizza and they honor their coupons

This place honestly isnt good at all. I call in and I told the lady if she had any specials going on. She told me a medium one topping is 6 dollars. It was not worth ny money. The pizza wasnt as thick as it usually it. They literally didnt distribute the beef evenly and there was a bite taken out of my god damn pizza. DO NOT GO THERE

I don’t think anyone at this store can read. Ordered cheese stuffed crust with extra cheese. Did not get the extra cheese. Stuffed crust was pepperoni. Vegetarian household. Also, ordered 2 liter Diet Pepsi and received a regular Pepsi. Cannot drink it. Tipped $9, spent $50+ on my order. Barely order from here but when I do, always messed up.

Was told when I called to check on my order that they do not deliver to my area after 5:30 said I could come by the store and pick it up if I want or he would refund my money back within 48 hours so again you can take my money immediately but it takes 2 days for me to get my refund wow bad business you guys suck!

Young guy there has very poor customer service. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. To call back 3 more times after being put on hold. I had to drive up there to cancel order due to poor customer service. It was an online order and was going to tip 25%. This took place on 07/22/2020 at 9:00pm. Hopefully a manager reads this review and fires him. When I showed up there he was doing nothing at all.

This was the first and last time I will order from Papa John's. I am only interested in safe and contactless delivery. When the delivery person arrived at my door, she was not even wearing a mask and did not put the pizza down or step away. I answered the door in a mask for her safety. I'm only sad that I had to pre tip. And I tipped very well! All of this is exactly why I don't order from Domino's anymore. Wish I had read the reviews before we ordered last night. Yes their problems are still ongoing, we were told 35 to 45 minutes for delivery it was an hour and 27 minutes of course the pizza was Stone Cold. We will not be ordering from Papa John's again. The last time we ordered was about 3 years ago seems like this is going to be the norm see you in 3 years.

I've never had better pizza than papa johns, they also have specials every day and their rewards program gives you perks that can be used to get discounts on more pizza!!! I never received my order and I was waiting outside right by from door and no one ever came. I called the store and apparently the driver said that someone signed the pizza off and it was a man. There’s two apartments with the same number on them in my complex so I said maybe that happened but the manager working on 12/8 he was a young man and was so rude and unprofessional about the situation. Papa Johns is a very good pizza restaurant! They have wonderful cookie pizzas (which are my favorite)!!! The cookie pizzas are best when they are dipped into milk and eaten. They have a variety of pizzas and flavors! The workers are very nice, and the atmosphere is very clean. This place is wonderful and I 100% recommend this Pizza joint if you are visiting Fort Myers.

We upgraded from a larger pizza to an extra large pizza... we were given a large pizza and charged for an extra large. When i called the store, the manager said that there is nothing they could do.

I will never visit this place again. I went in on a Thursday night and I ordered a large pepperoni and black olive pizza.
