I celebrated my 28th birthday on the train and it was a very fun experience. I would recommend going on it at least once. The food was great. Matt and Erica were great servers and very diligent with requests. The actors were funny and super nice. I gave 4 stars for small reasons. I could hear the actors in a separate section of the car. The only thing that separated us was a curtain so it kind of ruined the ambiance of the show for me. Another small thing was the ending; didnโ€™t make much sense, but thatโ€™s just me. Other than that, I would definitely do it again!

Fun experience. The show itself wonโ€™t be winning any Oscars, but you can tell the actors enjoy what they do and were charismatic and the show was enjoyable overall. The food was average (prime rib was tasty but chicken was slightly dry) and well paced. The wait staff were the real heroes. Our cups were never empty of water, they were quick to clear the tables, were receptive and prompt to requests, and had great personalities. Overall, we had a good time and I wouldnโ€™t mind returning.

This train was ride was amazing. Just the whole experience was awesome. The service was good, the train ride was good and the food was delicious. The murder mystery play was very funny and very entertaining. The waiters and waitresses worked very hard and they were always on the go. The actors did an amazing job at their part of the play. The bathrooms are very nice and well clean. They also give you a lot of food which was a 6 course meal with a salad, grapes and cheese, tomato soup, bread, a strawberry cake and the main attraction which was 3 options for the meal which was chicken, fish or prime rib. I got the prime rib and it was DELICIOUS. The seasoning was fantastic and the mashed potatoes were great. I totally recommend this place to go with your family or friends for an amazing experience.

Great time! The actors were awesomeโ€ฆEven though they had to learn a new show in less than 24 hours (I think one of the actors was sick) we were told they we may see them with a script..they pulled it off..no scripts..& they did a great job! Really entertaining, great food & service..We even saw a rainbow ๐ŸŒˆ..planning on going back for the Christmas show! Highly recommend!!

All of the dinner items prepared were fine, however temps were warm. unfortunately,Too slow of service .which is probably do to ,lack of help. Too much Lag time, between actors (show in your car.)you forget , what was the last act about..Boredom sets in & u start looking at your phones. At times it was hard to hear the actors with their masks on.... Not something I would bring children too. Reserve 3 hrs. of time.

Itโ€™s a bit pricey when you look BUT youโ€™re getting dinner, a show and a train ride. This is a great way to celebrate a group event trying to figure out who done it. The cast was fun, the food was good and the views of the water were gorgeous. Down side is you do see a lot of unattractive homes but that isnโ€™t their fault. Itโ€™s a long ride so plan accordingly. Iโ€™d definitely go again. Choice of prime rib, chicken or salmon. Itโ€™s a lot of food with the app, soup, salad, entree and dessert.

One. Of. A. Kind. Experience. The title speaks for itself. There isnโ€™t a long enough review to do this whole experience justice. Prepare to have almost half your day blown away so quickly and wonder where the time went, and wanting for more of the food, the acting and the phenomenal service from professional staff. The 5 course meal and constant drink refills on the original train from the late 1800โ€™s or so has you wondering if this food really belongs on a train. As you finish your meal on a moving train, the acting of each scene is meticulously planned so you can enjoy your meal at your own pace and try to figure out the mystery murder! They do different acts every season. From the moment you board the train to the moment you step off the train, you feel like you were transported to the past and back. Simply put, this deserves more than 5 stars!

Lots of fun, train ride, nice dinner, and a fun show. Actors were outstanding! All 6 of us enjoyed the experience. And one of our group was the super sleuth who had the right pick for the criminal and the clues and the motive!

My sister treated me to this amazing dinner experience. We had a great time. The mystery and acting was good and funny. Food was excellent especially the prime rib. Service on the other hand was slow. Ariel was great and although under pressure maintained great service. Marcelo lacked customer service. He even rolled his eyes when we asked for something like more water. He said they ran out of clean glass, no extra sugar or creamer. But Overall it was a wonderful birthday experience and I got the mug for figuring out who did it. I definitely recommend it. Pine Island Table 4.

Me and my husband had a fantastic time. The food was really good. They start you off with fruits and crackers and cheese. Then we had some bread with butter, then soup, then the entree I had chicken with rice and green beans my husband had prime rib with mashed potatoes and green beans and lastly we had dessert which was a nice apple cake. The acting was good ( it was more funny ) to me then anything and the other guest we sat with were enjoyable company Overall 10/10 and my husband won the game and guessed right ๐Ÿคฃ

We went last night. Was a small number of guests. Totally enjoyable. Food was great. Actors were very professional. Our servers were energetic and fun. We ordered a bottle of wine. Easy to park and get to. We were back at the station by 9:15 pm. Totally enjoyable. Going again.

The food was absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best prime ribs I've ever had. The show was great too. The performers were good, funny and would play off us if we were involved in the show! The entire experience was great!

The murder mystery train is a nice experience. It is 4 to a table, so if you're looking for an intimate date, this may not be the best option, but if you're looking to chat with another couple or so a double date, this is perfect. You get to see some scenery with the water being the nicest scenery especially if you catch the sunset. The murder mystery is interesting as they do a fine job. Also the service is good as well. The food average. There are other dinner and show options that may be just as competitive and may have better food, but they surely do not have a train ride, which is what sets this one apart.

We had a great time time on the Murder Mystery Dinner Train. We had a party of 12 and, while we were sat at 3 separate tables, we were all together in the same car. The food was very good and drink prices were very reasonable. The food service and progression of the show were nicely timed and made the 3 and a half hour train ride feel much faster. The story was well written and performed. I would recommend this for a fun night out for the family and I would definitely return for one of the other stories or events like the Halloween or Christmas story lines.

My husband and I did a date night on the train. The food was good and so was the show. The service from the staff was exceptional especially for being on a train. The show was funny; solving the mystery took some serious thought and investigative work!

We took the murder mystery train about a month ago. It was a cool experience and it was a different way to see the area. The actors were really good and they kept it interesting while you tried to figure out who the killer was. They typically seat 4 to a table so I recommend a double date or a group of friends if you want to avoid sitting with someone you dont know. You'll have a choice of fish, chicken or beef. i had the chicken and was happy with it. The drinks and desserts are good also. It is definitely worth trying atleast once.

If youโ€™re looking for a fun and unique experience - take a ride on the Murder Mystery Dinner Train. Enjoy company and entertainment while eating an incredibly delicious meal. I didnโ€™t anticipate such well Cooked meals on a train ride that serves a lot of people at once but I was wrong. Each of the options were enticing and tasty!!! The actors were engaging, the staff was kind, friendly, and impressive. I know I could never carry a tray of meals above my head!! The added fun of solving the mystery only added to the delight of the evening. Highly recommend!!!

Place was insanely awful!! Our waiter Matt was extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone on board. The food was terrible, the main course prime rib was ok. The acting is what you would probably expect to see and was up to my expectations. But the staff, service, food and the management is extremely poor. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived at the station boarded the train Pinehurst was in seats Table 5 and Table 6 We ordered drinks and 58 minutes later we receive two beers and a sangria The waiter Was terrible He needs a class in human relations We had one part at the table asked for different times from three different waiters for water And never never got any The food was very good except for the desert was terrible The whole experience was Terrible Never again Seemed as though the staff was stressed kind of thin It had very clean and very little communication with each other Ask several times for coffee and finally arrived at the station and was given a cup everyone else refused Overpriced and service was awful You either need new waders Or better training The whole trip was uncomfortable And the salad was a joke along with the Cheap cheese and Grapes on the table The only good thing about it is the prime rib was excellent But I could probably get that at any good Steakhouse You need some quality review on that train

Matt the server was horrible. Ride to every customer with other tables very upset along with us. We would ask for simple things like butter and was told โ€œhe would try but might forgetโ€. Itโ€™s also a 4 hour ride averaging 10 mph. With zero ventilation.

Our server Matt was beyond rude. He ruined the experience. He was super short with us and was very rude to other tables around us. The train ride was 4 hours long which is too long and the drink maximum is 3 beers. We spent two hours eating and drinking then nothing but a gross cheap dessert at the end. Prime rib was great but the cheese and crackers were super cheap, bread was gross and salad was disgusting. Do not recommend going here.

The train ride and actors were excellent. Food was ok. Our server, Matt, questioned the cash we gave him for our bar bill. We tipped him well over 20% and he told us that he once had someone pay him $40 on a $80 bar bill. That was why he had to double check in front of us. It made all of us at the table feel very uncomfortable as if we were trying to screw him over. On a positive note, Steve the assistant to Matt, was beyond excellent! Very genuine and attentive. Seriously wish I would have given the tip to Steve.

This was our second trip on the Murder Mystery Dinner train & as with our first trip, the food was excellent! They also had really great drink specials to go wity the storyline. My best friend & I preferred the first trip/mystery, but both were really fun in different ways! The whole ride/dinner/show is a really great experience & we both highly recommend trying it, or even going back again for a different mystery! Both of our train rides coincided with the sunset over the water, which was beautiful! My best friend & I try to make it down to the Fort Myers area every couple of years & this is a trip we will definitely try to incorporate into each visit!

Have NEVER had a bad meal on the Dinner Train. And, I have tried every type of food that was being served. Have NEVER gotten off the train hungry. Been riding the Dinner Train from the very first one. And have ridden it many, many times since then. Being a railroad enthusiast, I may be just a tad bias. But I also appreciate good food. And the Dinner Train certainly has that, good food. Sincerely, Bruce F. Raykiewicz

This was the first time we've taken this train ride since learning about it a couple years ago. It is a nice experience. The food was good, potatoes and veggies very good, although we could have ordered the prime rib a little more rare. My "medium" was pretty well done, and my husband's "medium rare" was "medium". The mystery was very fun to watch, super funny. Another great part of the train ride was meeting the other couple that sat with us. Recommend this for a fun activity.

The food was absolutely delicious it was 10/10 from start to finish!! The murder mystery show was a 10/10 and the actors were great! Highly recommend for any family, couple, or have a friends night out here! Prime Rib cooked Medium and it was delicious, well seasoned as well as green beans and mashed potatoes. The potato soup was delicious as well and did not need anything done to it in my opinion. Will be back for another theme soon!

What a great night! Our service was impeccable from Olivia and Diego.. The tables seat 4 people , so perfect small table vibe . The actors were funny and the show was perfect . It lasted through the whole thing which was about 3 hours . Really enjoyed it

The murder mystery train was by far one of my favorite experiences that I canโ€™t wait to do again! The train was very clean! And it was a little tight, but itโ€™s a train so i think it comes with the experience! The actors of course were amazing, interactive, funny and wonderful to be around. They used up to date improv and made you feel apart of the show. The food on the train was beyond excellent and made to perfection. I recommend the prime rib HIGHLY. I would also like to point out that my mother in law has a latex allergy and they use latex gloves, however, the chef came out personally to tell her that he would prepare her food personally, and with a non latex glove, and he sure did exactly that. Her courses always came out separate and we were so thankful for that. I canโ€™t wait to experience all this little train has to offer at different times of the year!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Extraordinary experience. A lot of food. Soup was exceptional, good salad, prime rib was huge, cooked to perfection with great veggies, and the dessert was delicious. I found the actors to be very good and it all contributed to a great evening. I would highly recommend it.

Pretty cool experience overall, there are somethings I feel could be better. I ordered the chicken, the meal to go for is the prime rib though. I do plan to do it again in the future. The actors and actresses did a good job and our server Nikki was very attentive the entire time.

I enjoyed this experience thoroughly. The wait staff was great and very friendly, professional,, and accommodating. The food was excellent. There were some things I was unable to eat on the menu due to my gluten allergy, such as the soup and the desert, but our waitress was able to get me extra salad to make up for the soup. I think they change the soup and desert every so often, so future gluten-free passengers may have better luck. The sights to be seen during the ride start out a little rough, but quickly become a beautiful view of nature. We saw the sun set on the river water and passed through some sucluded woods before reversing course. It was also a fun to ride on a train that is around 100 years old give or take. The show was also entertaining. It was my first time doing a murder mystery dinner and I wasn't sure what to expect. The cast were fun to watch and the information to help you solve the crime was all there if you paid close attention. Just remember, there are no throw away lines. The ticket price was high, but when you consider everything you get with it and break it down, the value is there. While it's not something I would plan to do often, it is something fun to do once in a while especially if you tend to be the kind of person who tries to guess what's going to happen next in the movie, much to your friends' annoyance. I would do this again

Wonderful dining experience with a show here in Fort Myers. Truly enjoyable show where you are literally right next to the cast as the show is happening. I enjoyed a very tender Prime Rib entree with excellent mashed potatoes and Sangria. The cast is great, the stories change, and the Christmas show is usually sold out. Well worth the time and expense.
