I love Penny's. My favorite department is Purses. There is a fabulous selection. Also great prices. Penny's is a fun store to shop in. So many departments, always well stocked.

Clean store and helpful staff. Beauty department helped me find a mascara I love and were very helpful.

The store is nice and clean, but the service in the return register area needs work. While in store a guy was filling up a suitcase with jeans. The associate saw him and started yelling for security. The people in the store stopped and was watching but there was no reaction from employees. She was on her own. The guy casually finished what he was doing and walked right out of the store. Not run, casually walked out. I can't believe no one came to assist her in stopping him. You obviously need security at that store.

I usually go to accompany my friend. I never get to purchase anything for me or my daughter because is always a mess. This makes it hard to find your size. Having the store so mess up makes everything look used and cheap. I end up going to Macys.

It was almost closing time when we got to JCP, but we need some shoes for work.The associate that took care of us was very attentive, serviceable and courteous. Even thou. The store was closing the doors..very grateful to her..always like JCP. You find great deals, varieties and what you're looking for it's perfect for Ll in the family and household..great place to shop..

Every pair of shoes/sandals I've purchased that claimed they are leather (in my case - Liz Claiborne shoe boots) completely peeled everywhere! They ONLY lasted about 3-4 month's, and approx. $60 . Also, they are ALWAYS out of size 7-9, which limits the selection every time.

JCPenny always has the best selection and pricing on men's clothing of the major department stores. This should be your first stop when shopping for men. Very helpful staff. Only one negative: very poor inventory of shoes for men.

I've experienced great customer service and help from several departments at this JC Penney! Had a good experience in the jewelry section, with Pam the salon manager and a few of the other store employees that I forget to mention by name. (Sorry) The salon now offers ear piercing as well! Recommend checking this JCPenney store for clothing, piercing, jewelry, and upstairs for family photography.

You usually can find what you need especially around the Christmas holiday. When you can find someone on the floor (star deduction) they are friendly and helpful. Stop forcing your employees to wear a face diaper (another star deduction). Absolutely ridiculous. Good pricing always.

I haven't been to JCP in a while as I used to go to the one in Cape Coral and they closed that location. Yesterday I went to the one in Fort Myers and when I first walked in I was assaulted by the worst music playing at a very loud volume. Then I asked an Associate where the rest rooms were and she acted like I was a big bother to her. There were very few people working in the store, no one asked if I needed any help finding anything and when I went to check out only one register was open in the Men's department, manned by 3 women and not one of them had a clue what they were doing. I probably won't be shopping there in the future.

Absolutely miserable customer service. Ordered a suit online, it was delivered but too small. Company advertises that exchanges can “conveniently be made in local store”. Ok, so I call the store three times before getting a lady who interrupted me as I was explaining the situation, said she was the only one working there and said she would transfer me to the men’s department. Instead, she hung up on me. I try calling back, no answer. I try calling the following day. Their automated voicemail system has NO option for Customer Service. I transfer to Men’s Department – again, no answer. I will need to pay to send this suit back and will take my future business elsewhere.

Never had a problem shopping for JcPenny, Store is always well organized. I think honestly though, this store location needs some serious deep clean and a face lift. there was a weird smell around the Men's department and in general you could see some of the wear the store had. Other than that, I can always trust I will find what I want at a JCP

I bought my engagement ring from this store and they went as far as offering me life insurance on the ring I purchased. I took the offer just incase it was needed in the future. However, somewhere around January of this year, one of the diamonds have fallen out of place and I took the ring to the same store asking in regards to replacing the missing diamond on my ring. They asked if I had insurance on my ring and I said yes, therefore I left my ring for them to repair and I was told ahead of time that the ring would be back in my possession within 3 to 6 business weeks. My ring has not yet been returned and it has been past the time frame I was given. It wasn't until today (3 months that I may clarify) that I've received my ring back and was offered from the store to buy my engagement ring due to them admitting there was no way they could fix my ring. What purpose does having life insurance on my ring have if it won't do me any good and just keep me waiting this long just to be denied it's services? I'm not purchasing any jewelry from that store ever again nor would I advise anyone to take their life insurance offer. Unsatisfactory service.

The manager Fred or whatever his name is , is absolutely rude !! He has no manners ! So unprofessional for his position, and lack basic communication skills ! As soon as he got on the phone , just started yelling and refusing to help , didn’t even say hello, didn’t care about no needs being met, just rambled on about how he don’t have to help and he personally refuses to help then hung up. He should not be representing JC Penney at all. I can’t imagine working for a man like him. Definitely the worst experience ever !

After two times of ordering the same thing I finally got the correct order. The first time I went in the store there was a man that worked there along with three women standing in the middle of the floor talking in the aisle and not helping anyone they stood there for over 30 minutes while I was in the store just gabbing away you can't get any help from there they don't have anything to do but stand in the floor and talk. Really aggravated me I left without buying anything. Then I went home and ordered stuff online when I received it it was the wrong items so I had to go back to the store to drop them off to get my money back. Today I finally got the correct order delivered to the store that I picked up.

We showed up for a 4:45 portrait appointment and there was no one in the studio… but there was vomit down the front of a chair and on the floor in front of it. Finally a gentleman shows up and says he’s running 25 minutes behind. We left… and sanitized our hands on the way out. Gross!

Some good sales but there weren't many people working to help you or else they were hiding. Most Cash registers were closed and had to hunt for a place to pay. When we got there there were at least 4 workers standing there talking and there wasn't anyone in line

I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the few emoyees with whom I dealt. Knowing this particular store had to shut down for repairs after Hurricane Ian, I feel the employees were just really happy to have jobs they could return to since so many businesses have been unable to reopen and their employees no longer have jobs. Parking was close to the store and easily navigated.

I can almost never find something for me in the store, but there are some options online. The only problem is the delivery time that they usually arrive 3-5 days after the estimated date.

I always seem to find something in JCP. The store is clean and bright. The layout is a bit confusing. They have great coupons.

It's been about 2 years since I've been to this particular Penneys. Previously I did not care for certain brands they carried. They seemed to have better styles and brand names. The store was neat and orderly and well stocked. Great selection of BIG & TALL MEN.

Tried to purchase jewelry from employee Dayami. Showed her what was in the advertisement that we wanted. She immediately began to try and build the sale by showing higher priced items before finally saying that the store did not have the advertised product. Upon asking if the advertised product could be purchased online she said that it could not because the ad did not have a product number. She further said that she could not determine the product number. After talking with a supervisor near the pick up/return/exchange desk, employees there looked up the product number so that the item could be bought online and indicated that the jewelry counter employee could have done the same thing.

Mall has many stores closing and this place is one of many. I saw many items on clearance. Place was neat cashier was 100% helpful.

Dread going to this place. The only reason I go is for the sales. Very few registers open, short staffed regardless oh what time of year you go. It's understandable and expected for a place that probably won't be in business much longer. Store needs to make more of an effort to make sure their staff are customer service friendly instead of talking about their weekend plans
