We moved here almost three months ago. We couldn’t be happier. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Every day they clean the hallways and once a month they power wash everything. The people at the leasing office and the maintenance people are all so nice. We’ve only had one issue (a broken garbage disposal) and it was replaced in just a couple hours. Our neighbors are great. Everyone here is so friendly. The wildlife here is fun to watch. There’s ducks, bald eagles, herons, turtles and lots of other animals. I see people fishing in the lakes in front of the buildings all the time. This is a major change for us, moving from Baltimore. I don’t think we could have picked a nicer place.

We moved to Greens Edge in November and absolutely love it!! Our apartment is beautiful and doesn’t feel at all like the “boxy” apartments you find in most places! The grounds are beautiful and you can’t beat the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend Greens Edge to anyone looking for a new home in Fort Myers!

My family and I love living here. This condominium is very quiet and safe. The people in the office are kind, caring and very polite. The pool is amazing!!!

We have been living at Green Edge for two years now, a safe and pleasant place to live. During the Hurricane Ian, the management did their very best to the safety of their residents, including the cleanup efforts. Maintainance staff are amazing, harding working and friendly. It's a pleasure to live here.

I love living at this apartment. The office staff is so nice and helpful. The property is always neat and tidy. The maintenance staff always responds to work orders promptly. Not the mention the apartment itself is beautiful. I would 100% recommend living here!

I moved to Greens Edge almost three years ago. The unit I moved into was beautifully maintained. It was like moving into a new home. The fitness room and pool are always clean. The maintenance staff has been very responsive to an issue I have had and the agents in the leasing office have always been very helpful.

Want a sense of security and a peace of mind? I definitely got it when I moved here. The entrance is beautiful and nicely maintained, the secured gates give that extra piece of security I was looking for. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. Maintenance has been great with our requests since moving in last month. I will say, that by far, this is the best living experience I’ve had while living in SWFL! Their weekly food trucks are definitely a HUGE added bonus for the community! I highly recommend Greens Edge!

Moved here 3 years ago and while my upstairs neighbor sound like a herd of elephants, she can’t help herself, this place is not a bad place to live. In fact the location is awesome with multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The maintenance staff is probably the best of any apartment complex I’ve ever been in. The security gate makes one feel safe with the system being utilized as one can pick and choose who is on their guest list. The amenities are equal to any other apartment complex. The community is shared with the Province Park association and is well taken care of. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great location.

Living at greens edge has been nothing short of mediocre. The landscaping is mediocre, the units are mediocre, the staff is mediocre, not very bright or friendly, Kim has a great time making rude, snarky remarks and laughing in your face, you as the resident, has to call and follow up with the office after they communicated, they would be reviewing and getting back to you in a few minutes. Which turns into a whole day with no communication. This is not the first time I have heard about the management staff being rude and unprofessional to myself and other residents. Completely unacceptable

This is one of the best communities in Fort Myers. The units are very large and the views are awesome. If you can, try to get one of the newer units which don't have carpets and on a floor 3 or above to give you a great view of the golf course. I must note, the community managers Tiffany, Jae, and Marc are amazing. They were very helpful before we signed a lease here and that continued as I'm in my second year here.

Everyone seems to go to the internet real fast to leave bad reviews and not enough good. We moved in a little over a month ago and are enjoying our place very much! The office staff was very nice and helpful with the whole move in process and made it easy. They answered any questions I had and enjoyed updating them on our move and how our place is coming along. We ended up choosing the 2 bedroom floor plan that was completely updated new floors, appliances, and counters; all upgrades of what we wanted at a reasonable price with great amenities. Yes you are living in a common dwelling apartment style place so you do hear some noises but nothing we’re not used to when signing to live in apartment complexes. The upgrades, space, and views we have outweighs some noise. Any complaint you see about dogs and the smell is ridiculous I went on a walk today and no problems. Also parking is never a problem we love having the garage for the one car and the other always has a spot. Lastly the complaint about the gates with Envera is not a problem either. I’ve lived in many gated communities and am pleased at this gate system and the double gate to prevent tailgating. They have an app for the gate system to add visitors that is very convenient and easy to use. No problems here and very pleased with our choice in choosing Greens Edge as our new home and plan on staying for a long time!

I moved a year ago from ND! The whole process was smooth thanks to Marc, Jaye, and Tiffany. I feel I live in a resort. Beautiful landscaping, pool, and club house. Maintenance is on site and helpful. Dog friendly is a plus. I’ m thankful for the all the staff that keep this community safe and beautiful!

Great place to live! Close to many restaurants, shopping etc. Hiking trail for walking the dogs, going for a jog or biking. Breathtaking 6th floor sunset view. Private garage. Storage units. So many amenities including pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, clubhouse & more. Dog park & playground for babies with or without fur. Best thing is, all of this is located inside a double gated community which makes my family feel safe 24/7.

We love Greens Edge! We have been residents here since 2015. These are the most spacious apartments anywhere in the area. The staff is wonderful - always very helpful, Maintenance is outstanding - always there to help when needed! We enjoy living here - great neighbors and it is convenient to may things! We highly recommend GreensEdge!

Very new resident here, but so far am quite happy. Leasing office staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance team have similarly been very friendly and helpful. The main positive compared to other apartment complexes I see in the area is the size of the apartment and quality of materials (tile, countertops, cabinets etc.). You easily get 400-500 more square feet for a 3br than most other complexes I considered. That means spacious bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen that doesn't feel like being in box. A couple of minor things as I'd expect moving in anywhere, but nothing that would make me drop the review even half a star. My main complaint (that isn't in any way the fault of the apartment complex) is that the area is very busy and it can get pretty congested trying to take care of simple errands. I suspect we would have found that problem everywhere around here!

I am approaching my first year in Florida and at Greens Edge. I love both! The leasing office is the best and helps everyone with referrals, help and questions. I love my apartment! It is spacious and having a lanai is fantastic to spend mornings and evenings. There may be a number of options, but you cannot go wrong with living here!! The complex just painted and it is modern and refreshing!

My parents found this place in a way by accident when vacationing in Ft. Myers. Having applied to countless apartments this was the ONLY ONE that answered right away and walked my folks through everything from start to finish (Thank you Mark Kelch!) The units are huge, brand new, and there is always something to do within the complex. Me and my wife were so impressed, that we decided to move down here from NYC as well and we couldn't be happier. Everyone we have met so far, from staff to our amazing neighbors is beyond helpful and kind, as well as very welcoming. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, Greens Edge is the place.

I am confident to say that there is no better place to rent in Fort Myers. The layout of the units are perfect for entertaining friends, and the amenities are so nice! The only downside about this place is the fact that security is way too good and it can take a little bit to enter, and the parking is limited. This all does add up to make you feel more elite if that's what you're going for 😁

So far so good! We moved in about 2 months ago now and I had found this place last minute and on a whim. The floor plans are quite large and the finishes are really nice and everything is beautifully maintained. The couple times we have needed maintenance for minor things we found upon moving in, they were very professional and quick to get to our request. I believe the price of rent is fair and I’m hoping everything continues to go smoothly as I am enjoying everything so far!

I moved here in July 2023 and have enjoyed every minute of it! My top three favs are the office staff (so helpful and friendly), my neighbors are some of the nicest people, and the responsiveness if there is any issue - is immediate. I feel safe, valued and happy to call Green's Edge my home. My guests also love to visit. It's something out of a movie when you pull through the gates and see the water and palm trees - gorgeous little home nestled off the main road.

I’ve rented from several other leasing companies in the past and Greens Edge at Province Park has by far been the most considerate and accommodating. Every issue we’ve had has been met with a timely response! The apartments are beautiful and in our short time being new residents my roommates and I couldn’t be happier! Would reccomend to anyone looking for an easy transition into their next apartment.

This place has a beautiful exterior. Beautiful landscape. Nice pool area and jacuzzi. Some of the staff is nice like Connor who is a part of the new management team. Tiffany was a terrible person to work with and had a disgusting demeanor and attitude towards residential complaints. The interior of the apartment is immaculate with wood flooring, stainless steal sinks and appliances. Tile everywhere else. Never had issues with washer and dryer. WINDOWS ARE NOT SCREENED?! But the porch is. There are a lot of ant hills everywhere and the gate and parking system is a world of headaches. If your registration doesn’t match your license (like the car isn’t put under your name) you can’t get the scanner to get in the gate. People have situations in which everything may not match up for whatever reason but that shouldn’t stop you from being able to park at a place you pay rent at. The elevators have constant maintenance issues and the one at our building was down for well over a month. The staff are allowed to park in the front circle for days but that rule isn’t applied to residents under any circumstance so don’t accidentally leave your car out front upon your move in. The rent is too high for any of these issues. So 2 stars is fair. Best of luck.

We moved in after losing our place in the hurricane. The leasing office made our transition very easy. They made a difficult time easier for us. We have enjoyed our time here and look forward to living here in the future.

This place is great so far. It's been a month and the apartments are spacious and the porches are large. All of the porches have a golf course backed up to them. Maintenance has been super quick to respond to issues and it is gated.

I moved in back in July of 2021 my expectations was... this is just another apartment complex. As months went on I have see this as NOT another complex community but a clean, safe and engaging community! We have fun with neighbors who throw NYE parties, the leasing staff have door decorating contests each holiday and give prizes. The management has Ice Cream nights and Food Truck Fridays! Events for the whole family! So much more! My grandkids love it here! Where can you find THAT in an apartment community? Maintenance? Hats off to them! It is hard work keeping the grounds clean and every unit spectacular. They do it. Send a work order get a call same day! What??? I used to have to wait at least a week. The ground are kept manicured and garbage free! Not everything is perfect but between the staff and the residents doing their part Greens Edge is now a place I call home!

We moved from Knoxville, Tennessee about 6 months ago. So far we can honestly say we have enjoyed our time at Greens edge at province park. One thing that we love is the size of the apartment we can tell you from shopping around that it is the best deal you are gonna find in Ft.Myers. Also, I appreciate how quickly maintenance responds to issues with the building.

We moved here September of 2019. The front office staff is amazing... They made our moving experience so easy. Our apartment complex it's one of the nicest complex in Fort Myers.... Our apartment is beautiful and huge. For the amenities, security and apartment size the rent is very reasonable. We signed a two-year lease and we are very happy with our decision.

The leasing staff recently offered a monetary incentive for residents to leave a 5 star review. Scroll back 4 or 5 months for a more accurate representation of GreensEdge. Here's a real review: The pros - Larger floor plans than most apartments, large balcony, maintenance staff is usually helpful and quick (but it'd be nice if things weren't needing fixing all the time), pool area is clean and well maintained. The cons - One of the most micro-managed communities in the area. They'll allow felons (with ankle monitors) to live here, doing drug deals in the parking lot, yet you can't invite friends and family to the pool. The gate is ALWAYS malfunctioning so if you're a resident, be prepared to be annoyed and if you are expecting a guest, you'll quickly realize it's more of a hassle than it's worth. Once they're finally granted access through the gate, know that there are zero guest spots in this community. Just a parking lot a quarter of a mile away from the buildings. Parking is a mess in general. Office staff is incredibly condescending. They send weekly mass emails scolding the residents over the pettiest complaints. Pool is hotter than a bath. They frequently shut off the building's water for "plumbing issues". If you're not on an end unit, it's very loud with the foot traffic directly outside of your windows all day. The elevators are behind on maintenance and we've gotten stuck in it before. Now I'm sure the leasing staff will respond to this review deflecting and gaslighting instead of being professional, taking notes of the issues and making it better for the residents who pay an insane amount to live in these "luxury" apartments.

I moved to Green Edge at Province Park in July My experience so far ir really good We have a dog and she is really enjoying the place Is a very quiet place, the view is amazing and everybody in the office staff is very nice and helpful I love the structure of the apartments the master room is huge and the bathroom is amazing The kitchen is so nice and in my case with a great view in the mornings Was a great choice to live here 🙏🏻

We’ve been here for 4 months and have really enjoyed the complex as a whole. The pool recently got an update and it’s really cool that they do food truck nights by the leasing office. I’ve seen complaints about the gate and the elevators (our elevator was out once, but fixed in a couple of hours) but we haven’t had major issues with either and our guests have had an easy time getting in. Would love to see some designated guest parking signs added in the back lots as most of those spots are left open but we haven’t had any major issues with that either. We have had some good and bad experiences with the neighbors but the leasing office is very accommodating and have made our experience much better than our old apartment (same with the maintenance team)! The apartments layouts are spacious and just make sense. We already plan to renew when our lease ends!
