This service is amazing, I was in severe pain and they arrived within an hour even though they had given me a 2 hour window. The Nurse Practitioner and EMT were thorough and efficient. 20 mins later I had been examined given pain and steroid shots, prescriptions to fill and care instructions. I am so thankful for this wonderful service.

I used this company November 2021 because I was having bad pain in my abdomen. They came and I tested positive for COVID. They gave me an IV and had an x-ray tech come to my home and cleared my stomach issues. They were professional and extremely kind plus they took my insurance. I highly recommend this company.

I was very fortunate to be seen by one of Dispatch Health's NP's this past week due to an urgent need to be seen for a high fever. I was too sick to drive and also was unsure if they would even let me in the building because of the of the fever so I called dispatch health to see if they could help me on a Sunday. She was able to complete a flu, mono, and covid test on site and only needed to send out the mono test therefore had results right then for me. Called in scripts that helped manage my symptoms tremendously and also completed a very thorough assessment in the comfort of my home. This service is outstanding and Im honestly scared so many people will use it that it will make it difficult to get a same day appointment in the future. Aside from that I feel Dispatch is an incredible addition to the health system community offerings and hope their company continues to grow.

The team that came were amazing. They made me feel comfortable while doing there evaluation. I will definitely be using your company again. The two people that work together worked as a true team. I was completely blown away by this service. I had no idea it even existed until they came to my house. This was the type of service I needed at the time and it can save many people from having to go to the ER. It is truly amazing what they can do right there in your own home. Larry and Kathy were kind, compassionate and full of knowledge and willing to share that knowledge with me. Before they came I was scared and confused and overwhelmed. I no longer feel that way.

Stacy and Nick were extremely friendly and didn’t make it awkward. Nick got my IV in one try (unheard of). Will 100% be using again and secretly praying I will get the same team!

Maybe this is a great service for adults but I do not recommend at all for a child. First off the provider assumed my child had a bronchial virus since she didn’t have enough equipment to give my child rapid testing of any kind. She took cultures with her and I was told I would be emailed results. She didn’t prescribe medication or provide a school note. After not receiving any correspondence of a requested co pay receipt or for a school note, I decided to give them a call to inquire how long it would take for me to receive the results or the visit information. I was told they can't tell me how much it would because it was too soon to figure out what the coverage was (what?) and that I am not allowed to receive any information. I was informed that providing me with the proof of diagnosis and even an appointment confirmation note for school would go against HIPPA. I assured her that it does not, being that my child is 11 and I am her legal guardian. She then said she can only forward the information to the PCP and that I would have to work it out with the PCP to retrieve the information. I have never heard of such a thing and I have been in the medical field for years. What a hassle and run around just for a school note and diagnosis. Update: took my daughter to her PCP and Doc said her chest sounds fine, not a bronchial virus but that my daughter tested positive for the flu. Too late for tamiflu since I wasted an extra day going through this company. Save yourself the headache if you have children, it’s a waste of time and effort.

Your professional team delivered quick care to my multi handicapped son who needed a little help recovering from outpatient surgery. Your staff helped boost his recovery and set him on the right track without an ER visit or further hospitalization. Thank you I am a fan!

Dispatch Health is a smart and safe alternative to emergency room care as well as urgent care. They came to my house treated me for my illness called in an Rx all in the comfort of my home with comparable costs of an urgent care visit and significant savings to an ED visit. Bad sore throat. GP too busy. Too sick to sit in a waiting room for an hour. Called these guys. Boom. Nurse and PA at the front door in about 2 hours. Tested for 4 things. Made recommendations. It’s like Amazon healthcare. Loved it!!

We had a really good experience. The team arrived on time and quickly accessed our needs. Testing confirmed that we were suffering from flu, not covid, and the necessary treatment was prescribed. Visit was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get urgent care treatment for my asthma flare up without having to leave my house. Although there was quite a wait for them to arrive, dispatch kept me informed of where i was in line for my appointment and relaxing in my house was certainly preferable to a waiting room.

We could not have had a nicer, sweeter, better team. They showed up on time, provided an answer, were quick, and were just all around helpful. I had a bad case of strep, and with their help, I was able to get over it within 2 days! I love the idea of a mobile health team. It saved so much time, and made our lives so much easier. When you are sick, the last thing you want to do is take a ride in a bumpy vehicle and wait an hour in a waiting room. My mom had knee surgery a couple of months ago. Recently she was experiencing dizziness and high blood pressure, we didn't feel okay taking her to the ER. We called DispatchHealth made an appointment for her. The nurses ran a few test including labs and determined she was dehydrated. They had an IV in within minutes! They also made an appointment for a follow-up next day. Next day came and my mom was back to her old self again!!! I was feeling so terrible but I had no ambition or desire to go to any urgent care facility. I made a few phone calls to my doctor’s office (my doctor that I had for years had just retired and I didn’t choose a replacement yet.) Somehow I received a call from Dispatch Health and I felt so relieved that medical help was going to come to our home!. They were wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable. Second time this year we have used DispatchHealth. Their response is amazing and continues with setting appointments, message on their way and appointment. Dispatch Health is amazing. Started out as a call to the “Nurse Line” for some information. I returned from some travel feeling nauseous and dizzy. Suggested I go to an Urgent care facility. I did not feel safe driving. I was “triaged ” to Dispatch Health. Within 2 hours, 2 staff arrived (a PA, and an RN). They had a full complement of equipment. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I was assured this was covered the same as an “PCP office visit” or an “Urgent Care” visit ( the first question I asked). I will update if and when the invoice arrives.

Not having to drag yourself anywhere when you are too sick to get out of bed? This is the best service ever! The team was so caring and professional. They were able to do a rapid Covid test, get me set up with a MOAB appointment and send in prescriptions. I am so grateful for them. Highly recommend!

I would HIGHLY recommend Dispatch Health! We were unable to keep my Mom's PCP appointment, but had an urgent need. We called Dispatch Health in the afternoon, and they were in our home by 6:00pm same day. They were equipped to do simple lab work and examinations. I was very impressed!!
