Rude as ever!! Hateful to every single person that came into the drive through. I had an online order AT THIS MCDONALDS, she wanted to say I’m lying and there’s no way. I will not be back EVER! I’m not sure the name but a lot of people left due to this woman’s attitude in the drive through. Do not recommend. I understand bad days, but this was just plain being hateful and rude for no reason. Attached is the woman that is running away the customers with her awful attitude

Sat in the drive thru at 11:30 pm, says open until 2 am. I sit there 5 minutes after they told me they'd be right there. I ask if anyone is still there, she literally says that they are not taking orders at this time. Who is the manager? Who's the owner? I mean this is not the 1st time either. Close it down, it's barely running. I'm sure it was a blessing in disguise because I doubt anyone there can do anything as hard as making a hamburger at this place. Pretty shameful guys.

the manager was absolutely horrible. disrespectful, arguing with customers, and cursing at them. I watched a customer defend his sister for being disrespected, and this manager got so loud and rude to him, when she should be respected in the first place.

left out part of our order, my daughter called to let them know. They put their hand over the phone and she could hear them talking making remarks about her. The boy that prepared the order said it was the systems fault. But it cost her two trips to get out meals. And there was no reason for the employees to be rude, they messed up and didn't even apologize for their mistake

Ordered breakfast before the cut off but was ingored till 10:30 and told they couldnt serve us because they threw all the breakfast away. Ridiculous answer. They were just being lazy and unreasonable, i have worked at McDonald's before. I know all the tricks and i am disappointed they would do this to a customer. Dont order at the kiosks because they will straight up ingore your order and blame it on you.

Waited 20 mins for a curbside mobile order. Had to go inside and wait. When I finally got my order it was missing a sandwich and fries were cold. Got the missing one and "new" fries. Sandwich was wrong and pretty sure they were the same fries the employee took from me. Always something at this location. Never again. We will drive to another city if we want McDonald's that bad.

Nightshift is incompetent! I ordered a meal, they forgot the sauces, so I went in to get them. They told me I needed to pay for two sprites (I didn’t order sprites) after I already paid for my order. The cashier and manager were very rude and wanted to argue over drinks that I didn’t order. I just wanted sauce and they wanted to fight. I’ve never seen such ignorance in my life

Waited over 20 minutes with a small order, no straws, fries were only filled 1/2 way, they were cold and hard as a rock PLUS NO SALT!! this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had, overall not a good place to go to you want good food and fast.
