I ordered a large meat lovers pizza thru Door Dash but when the pizza arrived, it was a medium cheese pizza. I called the store back and they apologized and explained that the order came thru as a meat lovers but with zero meat.. they made us a new meat lovers pizza and delivered it that moment. This is amazing customer service and we appreciate the Fort Oglethorpe Pizza Hut. Great customer service!

Not extra toppings like I ordered. Not hot when delivered. Warm, at best. At these prices, the pizza should be great. Not ordering from pizza hut again.

Ordered a thin crust and bread sticks. Worst pizza I have ever had. There wasn't any sauce hardly and it was dry. Tasted awful.

Each time I order pizza with very light on sauce it seems like more sauce on it other than that everything else is great

My first order was messed up. I called the store and they sent a Perfect replacement.

A "bread" pizza. Minimal sauce and cheese. I ordered mushrooms on the pizza and chicken and bacon on half. Couldn't see or taste the chicken or bacon. Minimal mushrooms. Won't go back to ANY Pizza Hut. I suspect that any other chain would have better pizza.

I was craving a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut. I have not had one in a very long time. I ordered my pizza for pick up. When I got there my pizza was ready, hot fresh (and delicious I found out when I got home). The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and fast getting my order to me. He was working in the back and stopped what he was doing to help me as soon as I walked in. I will definitely be back soon.

I am absolutely not happy with the pizza hut in fort Oglethorpe. I have had nothing but problems with this particular store. Starting with the pizza being cold wrong plus wings being raw and such nothjng has gone right with this store. I would NOT recommend this store at all. I have spent a ton of money at pizza hut because pizza hut USED to be my favorite pizza chain but this store has ruined my love for the pizza chain. I've been asked to leave my name email and everythjng two or three times just to be ignored when I do what they asked they said they would fix it but it's definitely a lie and a show on here to make it seem like they care since people read these reviews.. The last time I spent 75 dollars for my chicken wings to come back raw plus one of my 4 pizzas was wrong . The other three was cold . I called up there they assured me yhey would put me down for a full order of wings which I was aggravated but thanksful they decided to do something. I woke up today to call them and talked to a manager and gave everything we need and lo and behold everything was wrong and nasty this morning. I give up I'll be going to the higher ups about that store.its awful . I wish I could put a negative 5 rating
