Came from out of town to go deep sea fishing. Wanted something quick to eat after being on the water all day so we came here. The place needs a deep cleaning inside and out! The bathrooms are so disgusting!!! Due to the lack of cleaning by their EMPLOYEES but I'm sure the constant use by the bums that are set up on their property with tents don't help either....🤦🏼‍♀️ P.S. You can forward it on and fix the problem since it is YOUR company/name they are ruining by running the franchise store like nasty hoodrats...

it 9:27pm all the light outside are off but peoples are inside. This is the second time i go to this sonic and it the same thing. Sonic do better.

When I order just 1 Blast and you forget to bring it to me well that's a problem! However, when I asked for the Manager to complain, well she was very apologetic and gave it to me free. I appreciate that but it needs to be looked at when you lose a customer's order for 1 thing! (And there was ONLY 1 other Car in the stall and no others, not even in the drive through!

Absolutely horrid. Drinks watered down, man at the drive through window shut the door and said nothing, took our card, walked away with it, gave us no receipt, tried waiting for receipt after shutting the window and walking away, and he never returned to hand us the receipt. Not a single word was said, parking lot was empty so was the drive through. Food was cold and over cooked, it used to be good, what a shame.

The last 3 times we come into town and we came by Sonic to get ice cream (hot fudge sundae to be exact) and frozen cherry limeades.....no ice cream, no hot fudge, ice cream machine not working and the staff evidently forgot you put lime in frozen cherry limeades.... don't just give me frozen cherry drink. ....twice. The other time the machine wasn't working. Time to find a new place

Ordered online, paid online, pulled up to the stall pressed the button spoke with a girl who said our order will be right out, 30 minutes later no food. Pressed the button no answer pressed again no answer. I had to walk inside and was told "oh yeah my bad, you want the food?". I asked the man to cancel the order hopefully I will get my money back since I was no longer able to cancel online since my food was "being prepared". I was told he could cancel on his end and I'd recieve my money back only time will tell I guess.

Sonic had truly raised their game with an improved app, great new offerings --- and the food has been very consistent at this location as well. If you haven't tried, their specialty Red Bull, Apricot Strawberry, you need to definitely add that to your existing Sonic order! Way to go Sonic!

At about 10 pm we ordered a door dash delivery the delivery guy did a decent job of getting to us promptly, problem was were missing 2 items totaling about $12 we text the driver who basically tells us too bad the restaurant screwed up not my problem. On top of that the food and drinks were terrible, drinks smelled mildew which means the soda machines are n ot being cleaned properly. We paid over $50 for discusting food 1 person out of 4 of us ate.i blame my wife and son I would never have paid $50 for garbage.

I went to the drive thru of this location yesterday and I was told the system is down. Decided to give it a try today and I was told the system is down. Called this location had a young man answer the phone and told me the system is down. I’m not understanding how the system is down for more than 24. He proceeded to tell me that the system is down because of the storm and lightening? Then hung up. I called back because at this point I would like to speak with a manager since that was just rude. He hung up the moment he answered the phone. I have been going to this location for over 5yrs and have had no issues until today. All I want is an apology.

Very poor service, pulled up to drive thru. Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. They did not, had to pull to the drive thru window. And sat for another 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Should never let young kids run a shift. Very bad!!!! Won't be back

This place is a pass, and a nope🙅‍♀️ all the intercom we tried were barely working. They can't hear us, We can't hear them. Dated worn down dirty. Got our order wrong twice and was rude about it. Took 45 minutes before we could eat anything. The burger is not what we ordered but here's a picture.

This was a nice stop on our road trip. Convenient location near gas stations. Our order was out very quickly. The chili cheese tots we're great with the burger. Highly recommend the Strawberry Lemonade. The lady that brought our order took great care of us and was very nice.

I ordered my burger from sonic with only ketchup they gave me a sandwich with lettuce tomato mayo all the stuff that I’m allergic to and I wish that they got my sandwich right? I hope that in the future they get there get their stuff right otherwise I’m going to corporate with this stuff because they should not get away with this when people ask for food that they want. They want it done exactly how they ask. Please fix this problem No

This has been one of the worst drive- in restaurant I have ever visited, the food is horrible, and the service is terrible. The food was so terrible my wife got sick.

This is the second time that we pull in to order food see people inside and nothing. Drive around to drive thru nothing. Literally was acknowledged by what look to be like a manager with a head nod and went about his obviously busy schedule. Definitely don't recommend at least per afternoon shift. Please do better. 3 times in a row, more than 15 minutes waiting, and they cancel the call and we have to go somewhere else when we really want to eat there, but reading other reviews is something normal that happens, so I guess owners dont care, what a shame.

Went here for happy hour drink. Ended up with 2 small drinks at 4:20pm and ended up paying over 11$? Tried to ask what we paid for the the guy said it was for our 2 small slushies. When we asked why it was so much his excuses was it wasn’t happy hour (even tho it was well before 5pm) ended up paying for someone else’s meal. Won’t go back here

Well, they got my order wrong and charged me for a ultimate meat and cheese burrito, rather than a simple sausage burrito. Not a big deal, but the veggies were so nasty I came back around and switched it out for what I originally ordered. The simple sausage burrito wasn't much better, the sausage was chewy and seemed kind of old. I ate maybe half, regrettably, and tossed the other half. At least the Jalepeno Poppers were decent, its honestly the only reason I rarely even come to Sonic. The staff were friendly, switched it out no issue and refunded me for the burrito.

Straight trash. The employees there need to be retrained or either fired. Two separate instances within the last week, the latest instance being today where they forgot food out of my bag and had nothing but attitude.

I ordered 2 Strawberry limeade. The drinks were yummy and I ordered tater tots too! Best place to get limeade,tater tots and onion rings!

Had a bacon toaster. My girlfriend usually get a similar sandwich at a different fast food place. The toaster is much better.

Drive thru like always moves quickly. Order is always accurate and prepared in a clean manner. Employees are friendly. The Coney Island footlong is the best thing on the menu by far!

Great Chicago dog here! Tots are yummy. Try the sour patch kid float with blue raspberry instead of watermelon. You're welcome! Staff is always great! Throw 'em a couple bucks for working hard!

We visit this place daily for drink and slushie happy hour. We also will get snacks too. For the most part our experiences are great but sometimes we will deal with someone not so friendly or just doesn't like their job, I still smile and tell them to have a blessed day. Never know what someone is going through so we don't take it to heart. We do enjoy the convenience of the location.

Okay, I love Sonic. I have lived places that they are really hard to find, if they're there at all. So I try to go to ones when I can. Pretty good selection of burgers, chicken, kids options, and a billion desserts. I'd say mostly known for their chili cheese dogs, and huge varity of desserts. I love their burgers as well. The service was very fast here. Very happy with this trip!

When I first got there, i one was in line just me. I waited for 5 minutes at the box and no one helped me so I drove up to the window and the lady inside looked at me and carried on with what she was doing giving me no time of day. I came around 9pm and if they are understaffed I can understand if they told me they needed time but no communication? It’s rude and disrespectful

The wait was not bad the service good but the food was old man I worked all day today wanted something to eat stopped by and my food was old and nasty today is Friday June 23 my cherry signature lemonade hade no limes or cherrys come on I paid 25$ then when I bit into my burger I almost threw up it was rotten so this is what I get never again never recommend this place to no one
