Luigi is such an awesome customer service person. So polite and accommodating! The hotel is about three weeks old and we were excited to stay since we watched it get constructed. Fewer new hotel 'glitches' than anticipated. Good stay great people.

This is a new hotel in the middle of an armpit. No decent food places around here. But the surrounding properties are dreadful. The hotel is nice though. Good luck.

Perfect location for our weekend baseball tournament held at Clover Park and Lawnwood Recreational Park. Many places to eat. Beach is not far away. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, and service is excellent as always.

I was skeptical when I booked this hotel never stayed in this brand Hotel before. But to my surprise everything was wonderful. Nice family hotel. The rooms are very spacious the beds are not too soft the atmosphere is very updated. The only thing I wish they had breakfast until at least 10:30 a.m. 6:00 to 9:00 am is very early. The customer service from the man at the front desk was good. I was in room 423. Next time I'll get a room with a roll-in shower hopefully.

One of the nicest hotels. Rich who was in charge was outstanding..new hotel, room was nicely appointed and so clean with attention to details.

Opened in the last few weeks. Housekeeping lady said October. Multiple things in the room had not even been used yet. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast.

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. Very nice amenities. Could never quite regulate the temp in the room though.

Very clean & friendly staff (We didn't have to interact with them much as we did check in online. ) the kitchen came stocked with silverware, plates, cups & a dishwasher which was really cool 😎 10/10

This is a new construction hotel right off i-95 and the turnpike. It is perfectly located near Wal-Mart, Alidi and many restaurants that you can dine in or get delivery from including, an amazing local pizza spot, McDonalds, burger king, Chickfila, Starbucks, waffle house, red lobster, and more. What really made this place 5 stars was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I'm a local and I had an issue with my power at my apartment and needed a quiet place to work for a day. Rich at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating, he was able to get me checked in a bit early and even upgraded me. He understood I was there for business so he put me on the highest floor, all the way at the end of the hall. He even gave me tips on the wifi so I could have better connection. Rich was 100/10 service and definitely turned my entire day around. I usually don't write reviews but this was necessary! The room itself was absolutely gorgeous and super spacious. It was a modern room that allows you to control the TV, A/C and lights from the Hilton honors app on your phone. It also had a full kitchen (minus the stove but including a dish washer, microwave and even a toaster). I was very impressed with the room, and cleanliness of it all. Rich mentioned if I seen any issue whatever to not hesitate to reach out to him but everything was so perfect! I wish I would have gotten better pictures, these truly do not do the place justice. Some noted things is they have breakfast from 6am-9am, check is at 3 and check out is at 12 (when most places is 4pm and 11am) and they have a lot of nice lounge areas, including a pool and business center.

Brand new hotel is off of i-95. It has a kitchen where you can cook and there are restaurants that are within walking distance. the one plus they have is the kitchen cook. One of the nicest people i ever met. She talks to the guest and makes sure that there happy. Would stay here again

The room is hugh and very nice and clean but the tub was very small and the shower linked was running water for a bath.
